I get the Thai fried rice with chicken and hot on the flavor the wife gets drunken noodles with chicken we love it. I ordered a to-go order from your site and did not receive the rice after picking it up. The lid also popped off before even getting it home for the second time. I tried calling to see if this could be corrected and stayed on hold for over 10 minutes, so I hung up. The food is great but this is not ideal. read more

I had the chicken fried rice and pot stickers. Not the most adventurous choices but I was very happy with my selections! Good flavor/spice on the rice and the sauce with the pot stickers was delicious. The portions are generous with plenty for leftovers! Other Thai Chili locations in AZ have bigger menus. I hope this location expands there menu. read more

After reading several reviews, we didn't have high hopes, but decided to try it. We were unimpressed. The Pad Thai has an unfortunate sour taste, as if the veggies were fermented. This is not a fresh lime taste, as one would expect. Rather, as I ate it, I became concerned that it was spoiled. I am regretting the choice now. The Penang Curry was flavorless. We ordered it medium. Although it had some heat, it had no complex flavor. It was thin and bland. The dumplings were okay. I had to crisp them in the oven because they were soft and chewy when we arrived home. The dipping sauce was overly sweet. I would not recommend this restaurant. We have at least one good Thai option nearby (Dara Thai) and it is worth driving the extra distance. Also, there are a couple solid Asian food restaurants in Tramonto. read more

We love going to Thai Chili 2 Go. There are not many quick options in this area to get good food that is not from a chain. It's quick and easy to place an order online and pick up! Our only negative is they don't serve their full menu at this location. We need drunken noodles! read more

Kim the store manager was very accommodating to me. I have vegan dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was patient, outgoing and friendly! I only wish you had more vegan options besides the fried rice although she did mention the curry will soon be vegan friendly! A+ customer service! This place is legit. We get the red curry for me and the yellow curry for my wife. Both spiced at hot. The food is so good. I ate my whole bowl of red and then finished what was left of the yellow. I can't say it enough how good the food is here. read more

The food is really good. I had the Yellow Curry with chicken, medium heat, with brown rice. Great flavor with just enough burn. Lots of veggies with potatoes. Enough for two meals. My wife had the Pad Thai, the dish by which she judges Thai restaurants, and my daughter had the Drunken Noodles. They both declared the food "delicious". The staff were incredibly helpful in responding to ingredient questions. We will be back. read more

This place has "2 go" in their name but their wait times are usually 25-40 minutes for food which is much longer than a "sit-in" restaurant. I was just in the restaurant and the manager or someone told the cashier to "slow down" with the food orders. So does that mean to turn away customers because you can't accomplish making meals in the short "2 go" fashion? The cooks were taking their sweet time for a Saturday night. I was in the back of the line after ordering on the app and I saw 3 people walk away because the wait was too long. After I told them I ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes to show up, I was told to wait an additional 20 minutes. The food isn't even worth the wait but I already paid on the app. I've been here since it was first opened and the food was pretty decent. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai and Panang Curry with chicken. But I've gone here a few times recently and they put more green peppers than the rubber meat they call "chicken" in my curry. The to go containers have stayed the same but the serving sizes have gotten smaller. read more

Great addition to the neighborhood! I've eaten here at least 5 times now and every time has been great. The food is fresh, it's prepared to order so it's worth the wait during busier times. I have customized every order with substitutes for veggies that I prefer and they have been happy to accommodate my preferences. Oh and the best part I paid 16 bucks for this. They put it in a decent sized container but barely filled it up half way. My husband had learned of Thai Chili 2 Go from co-workers who live in the east valley, and was excited that we finally got one close to us! He got me excited to try it out. And I have to say, I LOVE it! Big, delicious portions (even though the bowls are bigger), enough so that sometimes I/we can have some for lunch the next day! Fresh food, freshly prepared, with nothing sitting around in vats for hours makes me so happy! Although I've heard there are some missing menu items... I'm interested in trying those because I'm kind of stuck with my 3 favorite items right now. I do love the customizations as well. I love extra egg in my fried rice! The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. So why did I give this review only 4 stars? It's because there is zero kids menu. And it's silly to buy my toddler a $10 meal, only to have her eat 3 bites and not touch it again. And a side of rice is a hefty portion of rice, but not much else nutrition for a growing kid. Additionally, I'm sure she's getting pretty tired of the dumplings all the time. It would be nice to have at least 2 options maybe a smaller fried rice dish and a smaller pad thai? Just as a suggestion. Anyway, if there were some affordable options to feed a child, I would surely upgrade my review to 5 stars! Then everything would be perfect! read more

All of our food was incredible except for the Panang Curry. I'm sure this could have been great for someone else but we don't like panang when it's so peanut based. We have been used to the panang from Thai Smile in Palm Springs which is incredible and not so heavily influenced by peanuts. My green curry; however, was perfect and so were the drunken noodles. One more thing the tofu was a bit dry. However, the staff, service, portions, price, and overall food taste was wonderful. read more

I have been to Thai Chili 2 Go in Scottsdale and love it. I was excited to see it come to Norterra but was slightly disappointed by the light menu. This place gets 1 star because they are friendly. The food is mediocre. There is only one other Thai restaurant (it's a sit down or take out place) in the area so they really don't have much competition. There was a 25 minute wait to get food. The guy in front of me got his food in 25 minutes. Mine came out 10 minutes later. In that 10 minutes, there were at least 3 orders that came out. How is that possible? When my food was ready, the employee walked it over to a couple who were sitting. She didn't verify the name on the order. The couple opened the food and realized it wasn't theirs. The girl put it back in the bag, walked it back to the counter and stood there tying/untying the bag for 3 minutes. Then she called my name. I asked if the couple had opened it. "Yes, but they didn't touch it. Do you want me to make another one?". At this time the wait was 45 min. I asked why she assumed it was theirs instead of calling the name on the order. Crickets. Go to Saigon Pearl. Better menu, better food and I've never waited more than 10 minutes for anything there. read more

Went in to order. No customers in front of me but a few waiting. After ordering and paying was told a 35 minute wait. Lady said "worth the wait", sorry, a lot of online orders. 40 minutes later was asked my name on the order. Was told all the orders were messed up and unorganized and would be 10 minutes more, making it now. Still only person in store and a very few coming in for pickup orders. Finally received food at the 56 minute mark and was handed my bag and told "Have a good night". Lady saw me on Yelp app and was not happy even though I was looking for some other services. I had the Thai fried rice. 90 minutes later stomach cramps and it shot out of me like a curry volcano erupted! Noticed a in window when I left they are hiring cooks. Food was good but how it shot out of me like a cannon I will never go back and the wait and service could of been avoided by just being friendly and showing some empathy. read more
