I tried heat, acupuncture, theragun, muscle relaxers, tiger balm, relaxing massage, etc., and it got a tiny bit better but came back with a vengeance this week. Last night at 11:30 pm as I couldn't sleep because of the giant knot that was taking over my neck, I looked for deep tissue massage for this morning, and was so glad I found Dusit Thai. Tai was my therapist and is the owner and she basically saved my life. She did a combination of deep tissue Swedish (I think) massage and had great strong pressure and clearly a lot of knowledge and understanding about anatomy as she worked on both my neck things that weren't my neck but made my neck feel much better. At the end she said, "This might feel a little weird but if you're willing to sit on the floor rug and lean against the table, I can use my knees to get even deeper." I put my clothes on and sat on the floor and I couldn't see what she was doing but somehow she put all her weight in her knee and the knee on my shoulder and it was the best thing that's ever happened to my muscle knots. They have Thai, Swedish, and deep tissue massage and also reflexology. They can do a combination of things like they did for me. I will DEFINITELY be back and I recommend you all check it out!

As someone who has hypermobility issues, chronic pain, and frequent muscle and joint injuries, Suzanne's careful administration of anatomical knowledge as well as how to loosen the angry, inflamed muscles has been integral in getting my body back in balance. I came in because my tailbone and right hip were painful to move or even touch, and in just 3 sessions she was able to focus intently on those specific muscle areas and untangle a good portion of the aches away!
