The ambiance is nice and the Customer Service is without a doubt the BEST as well! The Servers pay close attention to the Customer's needs. I am a frequent patron, and visit for lunch about 1-2 times per month. They remember me and if I order something that is not 5-star worthy, they will tell me...for example, the last time I ordered Mango Sticky Rice, my server said the mango wasn't ripe enough yet. Another Boise staple and favorite bites the dust. We used to love this place, but the last few times we've been, it's gone way downhill. First, they raised the prices without the website menu reflecting it ($12 for two spring rolls, ouch). Tonight, we ordered a specific dish for takeout and they just gave us something different because they were out of the other dish, and they didn't even tell us. I typically order vegetarian and they just gave us chicken, (I do not prefer eating bird if I can avoid it), and we didn't know until we got home - too far to just go back and ask for the right food. This all occurred after it took more than 40 minutes for our simple to go order when the place was not packed/super busy. Further, the food quality has greatly diminished. Our dish was bland, with watery sauce, and the portions have also decreased. The cashier was really nice, so we can't complain about the service, but overall, we won't go here again. It's sad to see another favorite Boise restaurant greatly decline after many years of top-notch quality. This is unfortunately the reality of Boise's growing pains. read more

The salad was a heap of lettuce and some cut up cucumbers with a side of run of the mill sugary peanut sauce. Just fine, but for $10, not a lot of value or extra taste. We went to eat here tonight and pulling up it looks like a total dump from the outside and almost looked abandoned...first off they are not doing any dine in today and then we asked for a menu to look at to go options and the only thing they had available was their dine in menu that wouldn't let us take out of the restaurant for us to agree on dishes. I love Thai food pretty much more than other type of food. I'm also rather picky about it after working at a Thai restaurant in Sydney years ago. Thai Cuisine is easily one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to. I have had the drunken noodles, yellow curry and pad Thai and Thai fried spring rolls (best spring rolls ever) , and the Pad Thai is my favorite dish by far! Been here several times and tried a variety of dishes. I have always thoroughly enjoyed every dish and appreciated the great service every time. They have great lunch specials that are reasonably priced. Their currys are really good. Highly recommend this place. If there was one thing I would like to see improved is the level of spice. I always ask for the hottest possible but would like to see their dishes a little spicier. Very happy with the quality and reasonable pricing for Thai. Will continue coming back. read more

I really don't want to leave this review..... $34 for the worst dinner I've eaten at a Thai restaurant. The Thai tea is the smallest glass packed with ice, when asked for the cream on the side they notified me it was pre mixed together and trust me it's all cream. The honey walnut shrimp was close to $20 it included 6 pieces of shrimp tail on uncleaned then brushed with batter then fried till Over cooked and barely glazed with a sauce that is nothing like what it is supposed to be, they add fruit at the bottom and place it on a burnt hashbrown. Didn't come with veggies.... so for $6 more I got a tiny plate of edamame. Congrats they are over priced and suck. Also they didn't give me chop sticks when I went to the counter to pay the bill they asked if I was taking out didn't even recognize me as the person that was sitting in the booth 2 mins ago! read more

The pad Thai didn't taste bad, however there wasn't enough bean sprouts. I should have read the menu in detail, but I was definitely missing the carrots and purple cabbage that typically top off the dish at the majority of restaurants. It lacked the crunch so I won't be ordering this dish again. I'll give them another shot with a different dish. read more

This place use to be really good, but we noticed about a year ago they started to become overwhelmed with too many people and too many take out orders. They started serving undercooked food, I think as a result of rushing too many dishes out of the kitchen. They have also forgotten to put orders in so when you arrive for take out they have to put your order into the kitchen right then and you have to wait. read more

I looked through their menu on Yelp, decided on Basil Curry Noodles, called them up, ordered, hopped in my car, and was back home in no time with my deeee-lish-us noodles! About those noodles... Tangy, slightly spicy, sort of sweet, and super savory. Loaded with zucchini, onions, carrots, basil, chicken, and celery--which I picked out because celery is not my fave #Ew. (Side note: my intention was for you to read "#Ew" in the voice of Sara from Jimmy Fallon's show "Ew!". No clue what I'm talking about? Search "Ew! Jimmy Fallon" on Youtube.) Back to the noodles... I ordered mine at medium spice, and that got my brow sweatin' a little bit. Which I don't mind. But if your tolerance for spice isn't high, I'd recommend you ask them to take it down a notch (or 5)! This dish cost me $13.75 with tax--which is a bit steep--but they give you a lot of food for that price. I split this dish into two meals, and was filled up each time I ate it! Love this place. We always order takeout and they always deliver on delicious Thai food. My go to is the Chicken Panang Curry. They give you a decent amount as compared some of the other Thai restaurants in Boise (which are also overpriced for that small amount). They also are possibly the only Thai restaurant in Boise that gives you the option of brown rice. We also usually get either the Fresh Spring Rolls or the Fried Spring Rolls and those are always yummy! We've also gotten the Golden Bags which are essentially crab Rangoon but they are delicious as well. My latest favorite thing to get there is the Tom Yum Koong soup. It has such tasty broth. My husband and I can usually split one order of this before we start on our meals (which we usually end up with leftovers. Yum!). The only thing I've gotten here before that I was not a fan of was the Po Tak soup. Had some fishy tasting stuff in it. We used to LOVE their fresh spring rolls, but they need to revise the Menu, as it states it includes Cilantro, which the last numerous times when we've ordered, hasn't had ANY. It has lots of parsley, which isn't Cilantro--it is green and leafy, tho, but tastes totally different for those of us who love Cilantro. We finally decided to ask for Cilantro, and yes, they added it, along with an extra charge, which makes NO sense ... why say it's in the spring roll, then charge additional to put some in?
