Ordered through doordash coz it raining and I'm staying at a hotel on Dana Point with family.. got Pad Thai.. bbq chicken and spicy fried rice ... after 45min .. I get the food the pad Thai came with no spicy rice .. instead I got some noodles with pork.. the bbq chicken had curry sauce all over it that made it so salty and no rice that should come with the order.. got refunded for both items but they said that that's how they serve their bbq chicken.. I still can't believe that ..sad coz I'm visiting from out of town and was really craving Thai Food! read more

Our regular place is Thai Paradise but they were closed on a Sunday so I ventured out and tried this place based on the review and the fact that it's also the next closest Thai place. We ordered chicken fried rice no spice and no veggies for our littles. Spicy Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Fried Thai Rolls, Pork Yellow Curry medium spice and Crying Tiger Dinner Special and Mango sticky rice for desert. I must say I was a bit disappointed with this place.The kids fried rice had no flavor and the only egg was placed on top of the rice so we had to mix it up...I get it that I asked for no spice but seriously?! No flavor?? The Spicy Chicken Fried rice had no eggs in it...if it did we couldn't find it or taste it. The curry was subpar, not a lot of meat...more of potatoes than anything else. The Crying Tiger Dinner Special was ok as well. Chicken Satay was a bit dry. The only thing we liked was their Fried Thai Roll. read more

The food is ok but BEWARE the super-long wait times and unhelpful attitude of the staff. After being told my takeout order would be ready in 25 minutes, I came to pick up 30 minutes later and the food was not ready. After asking about the status a couple of times, I got my order another 30 minutes later. I got some free eggrolls as compensation but they were cold. There was another customer waiting as long as I was. It turned out her food had been sitting in a bag on the counter the entire time. She asked for a refund but she was offered an iced tea instead. Sad to say I'm very disappointed in this place, very small portions after waiting over a hour for delivery. The green beans in the sum tum were so raw I couldn't even eat them, the pad thai had a whole over cooked egg very dry sitting on top, 4 or 5 shrimp added to my dish. The portions were so small it was barely enough for o.e person. Disappointed in the value they give to their customers. Over 40 dollars and hardly enough sum tum salad for one person. read more

Nice little place, in a new mall in San clemente, the lady said she open for only 4 months, the food was delicious, I ate the panang salmon and was soo good... My son got the spaghetti kee mao and he loved, my wife got the wonton soup and she loved too... We will come back for sure to try another plates. read more

Have been there twice now. Really enjoyed both meals. Service is a little slow, but in a relaxing way, not a "what's taking so long" way. Love the Tom kha soup, spice level of three. The steamed potstickers, chicken satay and spring rolls are great. Anything with their peanut sauce is amazing (ok the sauce is amazing)... we're usually pretty set after aps, but the pad Thai is good, wife really likes how the prep the chicken. The pad se ew is very tasty. Just be aware that spice levels are a little warmer that you're thinking, we like spice, but go with a 2 on entrees now. And of course, sticky rice with mango is the perfect way to finish! read more

Having moved out of San Clemente for four years I was anxious to get back to my local favorites. Since moving is stressful we ordered dinner for four of us to get something decent in our tummy's . They do not disappoint. Red Curry was delicious. We also had hot and sour soup and hit the spot. My daughter had the pad Thai which she absolutely loved. We've order twice more in the past two weeks we have been back. This will be our regular go to place for Thai now! read more

I get the pad Thai here. It's good and I have no complaints about the quality of food or staff. I'm only giving four instead of five stars because it's $14.40 for pad Thai, when most places it's usually around $10-12. Not sure I'll be back just because I can get it more reasonably priced elsewhere. If this isn't a factor for you though I would recommend! read more

Very delicious and I love that when I told them I wanted a level 5 in spiciness, they did just that. It was flavorful, spicy like I asked, great service, and took care of our leftovers for us. I just wish they had their liquor license by now. I recommend the Green Curry, Tom Yum soup, the Mixed Vegetable Delight, the Chili and Thai Basil, and the Pad Thai. I've ate there before, it's been ok, but during this pandemic I decided to order food from, first of I called before I placed the order online, and the lady said it would be 40 to 50, so I placed the other. 50 min went by food didn't come, two hours went by the food still didn't come, called grubhub and the said the driver is waiting on the restaurant to prepare the food. Food arrived after 2.5 hours COLD, disgusting, the brown rice wasn't even brown, they had mixed in white rice with it to make it more of a portion. I called a restaurant the lady just kept saying uhh ummm, uhhuuuuu, that's all. Nothing else. She said she will have the manager call me, and they didn't. I would never go here again. read more

This spot made my boyfriend and I throw up due to the orange peel chicken tasted like mold with each bite. There was way too much pepper on the "spicy fried rice" spicy does not mean a ton of pepper it means add some chile, some actually heat. Not happy with that night because i usually love going to new places and trying out the way each restaurant makes certain foods but this was such a let down:/ However I was very pleased that i had ordered two orders of egg rolls since that was pretty much my dinner. read more

I'm so disappointed too because this used to be a great little spot but since they reopened and I'm guessing with new ownership, the food is just terrible . No flavor whatsoever. REALLY enjoyed this cozy little restaurant. Excellent food - extremely flavorful and well presented. Service could have been a bit faster but it seems like they do a lot of take out and the wait staff has to prep all of the to go orders in addition to waiting on tables. Our first time going here this weekend-- wow! We ordered the eggplant with calamari, pad thai with shrimp and crab cake appetizers. They were all really delicious, homemade, with generous portion sizes. The service was courteous, helpful and timely. I would go again! read more

I got the sweet and sour beef and my mom got the shrimp. She said there were 3 pieces of shrimp in hers and my dish had a good amount of beef but it was so plain. I have had some good Thai food in the past at other restaurants in OC and this was below average. The sweet and sour dish is pretty much cut up pineapples, tomatoes and onions you could do yourself at home easily. The only good part of the meal were the dumplings. read more

We use to go to the Thai restaurant that was here previously, Little Thai Hut, weekly. If you liked that restaurant give this one a try.
