This is one of our favorite lunch places @ work. It's really close to us and the food is always good. Mild or XXXXXX Spicy (yes, some of my coworkers like it that hot) they get it right. Big variety of lunch and dinner specials, big portions, chicken, beef, tofu... you choose. Usually we just call for pickup and we never have to wait when we get there. Today, I had the sit-down @ the restaurant experience. We went for dinner. Immediately we were sitting at our table, offered drinks... server waited enough time between that and asking for our order, so by the time he asked we knew what we wanted instead of asking for "a couple more minutes". Food didn't take long. I had the Chicken Pad Thai mild (I know, safe choice but I like it). It comes with Chicken Noodle Soup, Salad, and Ice Cream for dessert - your choice of Pistachio, Chocolate or Orange Sorbet. I had the Orange Sorbet, and even though I'm not an Ice Cream fan (I have to crave it to have it) must say it was a good ending to our meal. read more

Disclaimer: This review is for a take-out order so I am basing this review purely in the ordering experience and the food itself. After reading some reviews about this place, I ordered by phone. The process was very quick and easy. The person on the phone told me the food would be ready by a certain time, when I showed up the order was ready to be picked up. As for the food itself, it was great. The curry I ordered was very flavorful and well spiced, albeit a bit heavy. Updating my last 4 star review. Prices increased a little and I'm okay with that. But they removed the free spring roll from the lunch specials, which if you want you now have to buy in 3's. Also, they now charge for hot tea. If you want to raise prices, I get that and I'm okay with a slight increase but don't raise prices and remove items. And hot tea is usually free at all Asian restaurants. It's like going to a Chinese food restaurant and being charged for a fortune cookie. The shrimp is also smaller. Maybe a diff provider but puny and tasted like your typical frozen shrimp. Everything else has remained the same but those small changes are enough to warrant an update a star removal. read more

More like 3.5 stars. This place is solid, especially if you live nearby. My red curry with tofu was the right blend of creamy and spicy. The portion was perfect for me, although if I had a larger appetite I might want some more. The lunch special is a pretty good deal - soup, mini spring roll (and i mean MINI), and an entree. This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the back of a deserted parking lot. Upon walking in I feel like I'm back in Thailand when seeing Jeff, the sweet incoherent owner who always greets me with a cynical laugh followed with a large grin on his face every time I see him. With no need for a menu I place my usual order and within a seconds it's being carted out to me by a miniature thai woman bearing a chefs hat. Best lunch place around. This place is what made me fall in love with Thai food. I seriously ate there 3 times a week when I worked near by, and now that I don't I still drop by for lunch occasionally. The lunch specials are great, I sometimes order two and bring one home for the next day! The beef or shrimp fried rice is to die for, and the curry dishes are authentic and delicious. The serving is large so you always have left overs, which taste even better the next day! The spring roll you get with lunch is a bite of true happiness. Yum! The soup is also good, but you only get it when you dine in! The wait staff has always been friendly and quick.
