I stopped in for something quick while waiting in the area for my daughter. I had Thai tea, egg drop soup and rice. Cost was just under $9 before tip. Restaurant is very cute. Staff were nice. Thai tea wasn't my favorite, not like I'm used to and I've had my fair share of Thai tea *. Tasted more like milk than tea. I love egg drop soup and rice, something I haven't had in a while and it brought back memories.

I went in with high expectations for this place, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. Food - 1/5 The food felt very Americanized, like it relied heavily on pre-packaged or bottled sauces rather than fresh flavors. It lacked soul and that authentic Thai touch. The house noodles were pale and bland, with shrimp that added little to no flavor. The Bangkok chicken was overly sweet and tasted like it came straight from a bottle. The fish with chili was also strange--several dishes had lettuce mixed in, which felt out of place and didn't work with the flavors. Overall, it's hard to describe the taste, but it reminded me of a slightly better version of P.F. Chang's rather than real Thai cuisine and it's not even the same cuisine. That's the best thing I can compare it to. Service - 4/5 The staff was friendly, and my pickup order was quick and efficient. One downside was that I wasn't asked about spice level when ordering. I didn't even know they used a 1-5 scale until I overheard another customer's order, which was disappointing. Overall I wouldn't return. I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes for a more authentic Thai meal with real depth, culture, and flavor. For 75$ I hardly feel it was worth it.

We decided to stop here for lunch! They have their own parking, so parking was easy. We were greeted immediately as we walked in and seated not to long after. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty, probably about 3 other patrons besides us. Which, was nice because the dining area is pretty small. Everything seemed clean and the decor is very minimal. Our server was very nice and accommodating! She kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask. Brought our food out right away, made us aware of timing expectations on certain items we ordered. Very polite! I ordered the thai emerald fried rice and added chicken. 10/10 - Honestly it looked bland, but was packed with flavor! This was considered a lunch meal so it came with soup and a spring roll, which was nice! Also, placed an order for wings also a solid 10/10. The wings were fresh and super tasty! I ordered the Bangkok chicken as I noticed that was a fan favorite. 5/10 - Honestly, I didn't really care for this dish. There was nothing wrong with the food, I can tell it was prepared fresh to order and with fresh ingredients. It was just not for me! The soup that came with the meals were pretty tasty as well! Overall, food and service were good and I could see us coming back to enjoy some other items on the menu!

First time going and i really liked the look inside. Had some nice are, good size space, and the green walls. I got a curry and my friend got a squid stir fry. Both were pretty good and the servers were very nice. Would recommend if you love thai food like me.

We came here for lunch and we ordered several for the table (satay [both chicken and steak], green curry, drunken noodle, chicken wings, and meed krob). I liked the starters more than the main dishes, but overall it was a good experience. Staff and owners were nice and the service was great.

We've had the privilege to live all over NC, and we think this is the best Thai restaurant in the State! The atmosphere is casual and extremely clean. The food is hot, fresh and delicious! Service is very friendly and just right! They make sure you're well taken care of, but don't bother you repeatedly. It's just the best little family restaurant! Our favorites are the soups, crispy spring rolls, nam sod, red curry, drunken noodles, and pad Thai.

Thai chicken wings are a must. Juicy and seasoned great. 10/10 Spring rolls were piping hot but mostly vegetable filled compared to cha gio. 9/10 Pad see ew was unfortunately lacking some sauce as it was dry, I had to ask for more sauce but it did make it better. 8/10 Thai fried rice was 10/10 and the chicken was high quality and wasnt dry at all. Bangkok chicken was 10/10 if you like General Tso's chicken

The food was extremely nasty. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and I've never bought food this terrible. Service was pleasant

Go to spot for this cuisine. Dumplings are the best and great take out. Weekly stop!

Updated review- My husband and I used to love this place…read more It was the best we could find in the whole Charlotte area and we frequented it often. Unfortunately the two chefs left the restaurant and now it's just become another so-so Thai spot. It lacks spice and everything we've had for the past few months has been bland and underwhelming. So disappointing! We really loved this place a year ago! Pfttt

I came here because of all the great reviews, but after my experience, I honestly don't understand…read morethe hype. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The host/server didn't greet us or say hello--instead, she looked confused that we were even there. When we asked if we could sit at the bar, her response was, "Um... yeah, I guess," which immediately made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. After we sat down, she continued staring at us as if we weren't supposed to be there. The service only got worse from there. She was rude while taking our order, then spent most of the time sitting directly across from us on her phone. She never once checked on us, asked how the food was, or if we needed refills or anything else. It was some of the most inattentive and unprofessional service I've experienced. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. It was mediocre at best. The vegetables in my curry were clearly freezer-burned, which completely ruined the dish. I also ordered soup with tofu in it, and the tofu tasted like it had been fried in oil that hadn't been changed in months. It had an old, rancid, greasy flavor that made it almost impossible to eat. Overall, the poor customer service and disappointing food made this a terrible experience. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
