We got takeout from here while I was on the Cape. The food was prepared for our whole group very quickly, we were impressed that a large order for six people was done so quickly. Was in town and decided to give this place another shot. It has not improved. I was the only one there and clearly stated my order with scallion pancakes first. What I found when we unwrapped the order at home was something totally different. Have no idea what it was but neither of us liked it. This was without a doubt, the WORST Thai food i've ever eaten. Ordered take-out for my family tonight. Chicken Pad Thai, Beef Drunken Noodle, Crab Rangoon, and Pork Dumplings. The Pad Thai was mediocre at best, but the real problem was with the other items. The Beef Drunken Noodle was absolutely disgusting. The beef was barely recognizable as beef and looked like old gray lumps of meat. The dish itself was bland, white, gelatinous mush. Unedible. The Pork Dumplings (which I ordered steamed, and got fried but we'll let that go) tasted like something that had been frozen for 10 months and then slapped into a tray. Both the dumplings and crab rangoon were $10 a piece and each came with 4 small pieces in each container. I spent over $60 on this meal and had to throw 75% of it away. We called to let them know and were immediately faced with hostility. When we asked for a refund, they told us to bring the food back. I live 30 min. away so there is NO WAY i'm getting back in my car and driving this garbage food back to the restaurant. If I could give this rating less than 1 star, I would. Complete and utter disgusting food, ridiculously overpriced. STAY AWAY. read more

3+, solid massaman curry and the level of spice in peanut curry is just heavenly perfect, never had such a balanced bite before, chicken tempura app is well executed making it so much fun to crunch through (goes great dipped with any curry!) shumai is fresh, delicate and flavorful, Thai ice tea not too sweet, and the gooey black rice sitting in coconut milk with very gentle custard on top was also an interesting desert to chew through. I had a chicken tempura appetizer. It's pretty good because of the sweet and sour sauce. And then, because it's a Thai restaurant, I also order their pad Thai. This is just wrong. The noodles are rice sticks noodle instead of the medium size rice noodles. Then, the sauce, pad Thai, uses tamarin and brown sugar as seasoning. I can taste the lime juice instead; if a Thai restaurant can't even make pad thai, it is that bad. That's the least u should be good at. But since the chicken temp appetizer is decent, they might have to rethink to be a fusion restaurant, then the bad pad thai makes sense. read more

A great find for Thai food in Hampton NH. While we have so many favorite Thai restaurants in the area, it was a real surprise to find such great Thai food in Hampton. We've had takeout a few times now, and finally were able to dine in. All the dishes we tried were very good. The appetizer sampler is a great way to try a variety of the appetizers they offer. Chicken Satay, Spring rolls were all very good, but the shumai was outstanding. On this visit we tried the sizzling shrimp pot which was very good. The menu is pretty extensive, so it will take several visits to work through it. We had no issues with our prior takeout orders, and service was on point the other evening. The dining room is pretty spartan, but they are working on a large salt water fish tank. Give them a try. read more

Chargining $8.00 with tax for what is less than a pint of wonton soup is just bananas and will make me think twice about going back. I also got Lemon Grass Chicken which was over cooked very dry and not much chicken . Rice was mushy and over cooked and Bangkok Sting bean was also not as good as it used to be and very expensive at 21.40 with small shrimp and few vegetables. I would give this restaurant five stars if it was based on the food alone. I had the cashew nut with rice and it was delicious! The reason I don't give this place five stars is because of the wait time and the lack of communication between the staff and us. We waited 45 minutes for dinner and watched numerous to go orders leave the restaurant while we sat hungry. They should've offered us some sort of appetizer such as dumplings when they realized that they had messed our order up in the kitchen and had to remake it. They were very busy tonight as it's a holiday weekend and we understand that. But if they would've just acknowledged earlier about the mess up in the kitchen I would have given them 5 stars. I was in town and craving Asian food so I decided to grab some takeout from Thai House after seeing positive Yelp reviews. I got two bowls of pho and a Thai iced tea, all of which were mediocre. The pho was not authentic at all with extremely overdone thick pieces of beef in dark, over salted beef broth. And it came with broccoli.. something I have never seen in my pho in my entire life. What I got looked nothing like the image on their website. The Thai iced tea tasted extremely diluted with the ratios being off so I barely drank any before it got thrown out. I could just tell from the shade of orange that it was not going to be good. Prices are pretty steep ($16.95 for each bowl of pho + $4.95 Thai iced tea) but I think there aren't many Thai restaurants in the area so I was not too surprised. I get that I am from an area with a lot more options, but this pho was worse than instant ramen for me. I give a star for the nice service. I requested extra hot sauce and they gave me a couple of little containers of it. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE HERE TONIGHT. Firstly made an order, repeated 3 times over the phone and was told 25mins. Went there it was an additional 35minutes beyond. Then was given food half of which appetizers were cold and soggy but the other meals half boiling hot. Enough said there....Then two errors, no chicken in the chicken noodle soup and no satay which was in the above 3x reiteration. Called them. They offered to give me chicken but id "have to pay the difference for the satay because they didn't add it to the order....WOW....oh sidenote, ordered over 125 worth of tood and they actually charged for the rice to go with each of the curries we ordered since none of their entrees come .with rice!!! What????? So, then i said just refund me the $5.00 for the chicken that wasn't in the soup since they certainly charged $5 extra for the two shrimp we'd ordered in it (this was an expensive curry soup dish, not a $5 soup btw). He tells me no that I have to go in to swipe my card to get it. No offer to rectify anything. Out of principle and fury at the way he offered no interest in making it right I go into the restaurant and he refunds $5 - so not the tax he collected on the product he didn't supply. He was supposed to refund $5.40. Even nickel and dining still at this point...Again offered no way to resolve the obvious total inconvenience caused me because of their screw up. Now keep in mind there was two people in the restaurant and in the half hour additional we waited after food was promised only two pickups and one walk in of one person. So being busy was no excuse....ive never come across such lack of service and indifference to them inconveniencing a customer TWICE. Once because of the wrong food. Then to teturn for the chicken they didn't put in a CHICKEN noodle curry. So I asked him if he was the owner, he says "no". I said so "who is can I speak to him or her" and he tells me "you don't know him" and refused to give me any information about who it was so I could talk to them about the experience. He wouldn't give me the information. Finally, if that weren't enough had to throw out the expensive curry broth and the fried rice was beyond normal salt levels so it was almost impossible to eat and didn't get finished. Like I said my appetizer was cold and soggy so had to have been sitting at least 10 or 15 minutes before the entrees were boxed.. Been here before and never issues like this, usually just onions where I said no........but this....I had to actually write this completely appalling review for a place that actually made me want to throw out every item of food ordered from them because it's made by a place that does not care about there customers and penny pinch to the point of being offensive. Stay away. Rude desk staff... I mean alternatively if you like to go to an empty restaurant with no ambiance that brings your food delivered to your table on a delightful rubbermaid dolley hospital truck then this is the place you want to go...,...,i'm serious people..... that should have been a sign...Totally disgusted....the only highlight was the guy having a house phone strapped to his head taking orders at the front desk. read more

The bar has all sorts of drinks, including beer, wine, sake. The food is fresh and delicious. If you like spicy, then let the waiter know. They will ask you multiple times if you're sure. If you can handle spicy, then go with Thai spicy. Ordered Kra Pow: Minced chicken stir fried in a delicious mixture of Krapow sauce, Thai chili, onions, basil leaves, green beans, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, with garlic. It was delicious with good spices. Price was $14.95 Girlfriend ordered Bamee Gaigrob with broth: Steamed soft egg noodles, topped with crispy seasoned chicken, ground peanuts, broccoli, bean sprouts, cilantro, sliced scallions, lime, and fried garlic. Had a good kick to it. Price was $13.95 Ordered Shumai: Homemade steamed wanton skin with chicken and shrimp, served with house ginger sauce. Very delicious. Price was $6.95 Ordered Slam Rolls: crispy rolls with mix vegetables, served with sweet and sour sauce. Price was $6.95. All the food came out in a timely manner.
