Another Patterson fan we got in town

We absolutely love this place! This was one of the first restaurants Max brought me to when we first got together, so it holds a special place in our hearts. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is consistently great. We always enjoy coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Thai food!

What a score! Glad I tried it out. Excellent tasting food. New fave is beef Thai lo mein, medium heat, brocolli instead of mushrooms, w/ some pineapple on the side. Awesome flavors and a perfect heat on the end. And who doesn't enjoy a beautiful saltwater aquarium? A+

The food here was outstanding and I'm glad I came to try it. Great atmosphere inside with a fish tank and the chicken fried rice was great for lunch. The staff were friendly and I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much

3+, solid massaman curry and the level of spice in peanut curry is just heavenly perfect, never had such a balanced bite before, chicken tempura app is well executed making it so much fun to crunch through (goes great dipped with any curry!) shumai is fresh, delicate and flavorful, Thai ice tea not too sweet, and the gooey black rice sitting in coconut milk with very gentle custard on top was also an interesting desert to chew through. All in all, you can taste most ingredients get made on the premises for a really good tasty home-like meal. Would love to try their noodles next.

A great find for Thai food in Hampton NH. While we have so many favorite Thai restaurants in the area, it was a real surprise to find such great Thai food in Hampton. We've had takeout a few times now, and finally were able to dine in. All the dishes we tried were very good. The appetizer sampler is a great way to try a variety of the appetizers they offer. Chicken Satay, Spring rolls were all very good, but the shumai was outstanding. On this visit we tried the sizzling shrimp pot which was very good. The menu is pretty extensive, so it will take several visits to work through it. We had no issues with our prior takeout orders, and service was on point the other evening. The dining room is pretty spartan, but they are working on a large salt water fish tank. Give them a try.

Ordered over the phone bc DoorDash was a bit expensive. I appreciate the price point and I loved the drunken noodles. The only mistake made was that it was not ground chicken with a chicken basil dish, but I still loved it and the Thai iced tea just really hit the spot. We brought it back to our hotel and it was the best meal to get over some jet lag. I'll definitely try to return when I can!

Highly Recommend This Restaurant!…read more We absolutely love Thai food, so we decided to stop by and give this place a try--and we were genuinely impressed. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, she treated us to four complimentary vegetable spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious. We ordered the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Papaya Salad. All three dishes were outstanding--full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and very close to the authentic local taste we experienced while eating in Bangkok. The restaurant itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes from the menu. If you're looking for authentic and delicious Thai food, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent Thai street food and dim sum at Bangkok Street Thai Kitchen in Portsmouth!…read more The inside is kept nice and cool during a hot summer's day with rather dim lighting, so doing my Yelp thing and shooting photos required two phones. One for light, and the other took the pictures...! I ordered the pork and shrimp shumai, which arrived with a nice soy based sauce, crispy garlic, and fresh cilantro. The wrappers were delicate and the filling well-seasoned. When I asked about egg fried rice with Lap Cheong (sweet Chinese sausage), the kitchen prepared it even though it is not listed on the menu. It turned out to be one of the best versions I have had, and my server Arisa mentioned it is also a favorite of hers and her husband's. The Pad Kee Mao with beef (Nua) was flavorful, with wide rice noodles, fresh basil, and vegetables cooked to the right texture. The added bamboo shoots aren't normally on that dish, but a welcome addition here. Arisa was an outstanding server. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and happy to talk about Thai food traditions and family memories. The conversation made the meal more enjoyable. The restaurant's story about its Thai-Chinese roots on Charoen Krung Road comes through in both the menu and the service. Everything I tried was delicious. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for quality Thai food and dim sum in the Portsmouth area.

We all gos our drinks and placed our orders in and my daughter and mother in law got their food. Papaya salad and chicken skin. The chicken skin was amazing especially with the sauce. Really enjoyed the sticky rice which looks hard but isn't. I ordered the Pad Kra Pao with pork but Pho came in and I told them we didn't ordered that. Then an order of crab Rangoons came which we didn't order and we list let it sit on our table and about 10 min went by and we decided to eat it since I was getting hungry. I sat there for about an hour waiting for my food then the owner came out to show me what she wrote down and we crossed everything off that came then she said it would be coming out. Another 20 min pass and they deliver my food which was wrong again lol... I laughed it off because I know they're trying but I didn't send it back since I was getting hangry. All the food was great, they just need to get a better system from taking orders and getting those orders to the chef and brining the items to the correct table. To top it off, she gave us our recipe and that was all wrong as well. Like I said the food is amazing just getting what you ordered was the hard part. I hope to give this place a try but not sure yet.
