Thai House is truly a gem. I drive by all the time and it's so unobtrusive; I'm so happy my family went for dinner Saturday night. Our meal was delicious, with bright colors and flavors. Service was gracious and professional. The staff treated us like family. Parking right in front. Atmosphere is charming and relaxing, softly lit and peaceful. We had pad Thai, mango curry, basil pork, fresh rolls, pork fried rice, and crab Rangoon. All were excellent with the perfect spices. This place is perfect for a romantic date but would also suit for a special occasion or any time. Family friendly, but has a little bar too. Prices fair. Great local spot serving authentic Thai food in Hampton. All food is cooked to order and the place is extremely clean. The curry dishes, pad Thai, chicken tempura and cashew chicken are what we typically get. We have gotten the crab rangoon, Thai pancakes and dumplings before. All great but you don't get a bunch - probably because it is actually authentic, homemade food and it's quality ingredients. Great find! Fast, friendly service that was stoked about the current offerings on special. Mai Tai was F'ing dope. Had the spring rolls and dumplings to start and ended up ordering another round of each they were so great. The Khao Soi was phenomenal. Great little gem! Started off with the Thai scallion pancakes that were both smaller and thicker than I expected, but very fresh and delicious. The ginger sauce with dark, but very tasty. I'm now converted on the pancakes. But at $7, it's a pricey appetizer. I had the Basil Gaigrob, one of their specialties and I'm glad I did! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the batter had a nice flavor. It was piping hot when I got it and it stayed that way until the final bite. The vegetables were nice and crisp and everything was perfectly coated with a medium Thai sauce that did not disappoint! My partner had the Bamee Gaigrob which was served in a bowl. A little pleasant heat and a very fresh taste made this a delightful dish. Same fried chi chicken on a crispy batter on top of fresh noodles and garnished with a nice selection of vegetables and fresh cilantro. I'd go back again! read more

We found this great place on our way home from New York and were very happy to have stopped in. The service was prompt and friendly and our drinks were always filled. My husband and I had the Thai fried rice and Drunken Noodle with tofu. Both dishes had great flavor and the veggies were cooked perfectly- nice and crisp. For dessert we had the Black Sticky Rice with Thai Custard and it was amazing! I'll admit, I was a little skeptical when it came out but we enjoyed every bite of this unique and not too sweet dessert. We will definitely be back when we're in the area again. read more

My family has been dining at Thai House for years and it's our favorite Thai restaurant in the seacoast, after trying many others. I've tried many of the curries, noodle dishes, and special entrees and they're always delicious. They have plenty of vegetarian/vegan dishes as well. I was happy to see that even with the COVID-19 pandemic, they are still doing take out (though not dine in). They had social distancing measures in place inside, a contactless way to open the front door, and plexiglass barriers between you and the cashiers - who were all wearing masks. The kitchen staff that I could see were also wearing masks. These measures show they are committed to customer safety, and the food is delicious! read more

Ordered pad thai for lunch and was not impressed. Also they charged me $14 for take out which is the dinner price, not the lunch price like I ordered. I didnt notice until after I left because I was in a rush. They were sketchy and didnt show me the total just put the receipt in my bag. I felt like I was schemed afterwards. It was 1230pm. It was definitely a lunch portion. There was three and half pieces of shrimp in the whole portion. The flavor was not authentic thai but tasted good, except for the tiny amount of protein. When they serve your dish they bring the food out on a plastic cleaning cart and it actually has windex on the second shelf and your dish is on the top shelf. Consistently receive great quality food. They are always accommodating to adjust the spice to your taste - I like things on the hotter side. Food is good. They will not consider or except custom request even when told will pay extra. On their menu it stated that we can request extra egg for 2.00$ each. We requested 2 fried eggs to put on top of our pad Thai and they said that they do not have eggs and that they do not fry eggs. Which is strange to me because all the dishes we ordered (which we spent 110.00$) requires eggs in all dishes. We asked why can they not just fry a simple egg and put it aside in the dish? They said again "sorry no egg" will not be going back there again. Considered I spent 110.00 you would think they would at least fried a few freaking eggs for us. Smh read more

Always fresh, hot, delicious food. They have one of the best curry dishes I've had by far. I haven't ventured much of the menu as all of the the curry dishes are so good. I do wish a side of rice was included but that's only a minor complaint. The samosa appetizer is also very good. I would recommend giving them a try if you have not. read more
