Completely unsatisfied! We had been repeat customers. We made a take out order described a dish and discussed it. Somehow it got left off the order. I got home and found that it wasn't in the order. I called to let them know and they didn't take responsibility, except to offer a percentage off. I guess they were just a little responsible for dropping the ball! I placed a pickup order for my family's dinner. After I got home from the pickup, I noticed several items were missing from my order. I checked the receipt and verified that the items were listed and I had been charged for them. I called them up to report the missing items and get a refund. The woman that answered the phone gave me a real hassle, very unfriendly. Finally after making me check the bags several times and jump through hoops, she said she would credit me for the missing items. Weeks went by and the credit never appeared on my account. I stopped by late one day to get some Pho. It wasn't actually the best I have had, because I have had this soup at my Thai friend's house with her family on several occasions so I know exactly how this soup is supposed to taste. I don't know if it may have not been that great due to the fact that I came there late or if there's another reason why. The soup had the meat, and veggies in it. I asked for the spicy sauce but when I looked in the container it was just a dab of sauce. When I eat this soup I usually like it spicy and I like to add my own cilantro, culantro, and other condiments. The only thing I had to add to the soup was the noodles and the bean sprouts. I may try this place again. But the first impression wasn't all that great. Hopefully, my second impression is a big improvement from the first, or I'll just continue to make my own soup or go to another Thai restaurant on the way home from work where their soup was absolutely superb! read more

Excellent food! I always get chicken pad Thai and it is amazing here. Very generous serving sizes. My girlfriend likes the pepper steak and chicken fried rice. we have only been there a couple of times since we just moved to Hiram, but we love it. The service is also great. I work in the area and it's my favorite place to eat. My family sometimes comes out from Decatur to have lunch with me and they love it too.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The dining area is small but cozy and homey feeling. The employees are very friendly and the service is good. I've tried many different dishes and haven't been disappointed a single time. There are two reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The big one is that for the prices I feel they skimp on the meat. The other is (so far as I know) the lack of liquor license. Girls' nights out are more fun with wine. read more

Tonight was my first time visiting this place because my husband's friend said the food was amazing! I like Thai food and thought trying the pad thai noodles with shrimp and chicken would be great eat. I was wrong, I couldn't stand the smell of it let alone the taste. it's almost smelt like throw up in my mouth so I sent the dish back and ordered some simple wings which were unseasoned but bearable with the sauce. Finally it was time to pay, the check came out and still had the charges for the pad thai noodles on them. I asked the waitress about it and she said the older lady (who I only assumed to be the owner) would not removed the charges for the uneaten food I sent back to the kitchen. I asked 3 times and the lady said no. finally I decided to dispute the charges with my bank. I should have know this lady was rude when she yelled at some other customers who came in restaurant at 9:30 and she said they don't serve people after 9:00 because they close at 10 and if they sat down at 930 they needed to be gone by 10. The owner is rude and nasty. If she is going to be in the restaurant business and expect people to patronize her business she needs to do what right and moral, especially if she expects customers to come back. I would never go back to this place and I would never reccomend it to other people. On a scale of 1 to 10 it got a zero in my book for worser than worse. Oh and the other couple left without eating because the owner was so rude to them for no reason. read more

I had a major issue tonight with TM customer service. We placed an order with Postmates that was confirmed, prepared, and ready for pickup, but when the driver said the restaurant said someone came in and cancelled my order, I called the restaurant directly. Spoke to two different ladies who gave me several excuses--first, someone walked in and cancelled my order (?!), next that they started to prepare my food but the owner said to stop because they were losing money, and then she said they have no affiliation with Postmates...seriously???!! I completely understand having issues with post mates, but I got nothing but a list of excuses...the driver was there waiting for my food and they still refused to remake/deliver. This owner is rude with customers and clearly doesn't put customer service first. Is sad. We order pickup from TM weekly and this unfortunately will be our last order. Will be going with Kennesaw Thai from now on. read more

Good food bad customer service, I wanted to surprise my GF with Thai food and she likes this place. I explained that I was getting food for my GF and she was not helpful at all through the ordering process. I can understand I wasn't sure but she didn't seem like she wanted to help and was annoyed (maybe she was having a bad day). I told her I wanted a shrimp basil she proceeded to ask, If I wanted fried or steamed rice and what meat. I replied beef ( I assumed this was a side). When she brought the food out there was no shrimp. I explained the misunderstanding and she said I wanted beef, which was true but it was after I told her shrimp because I thought it was a side. She was very sure of herself and said If I wanted shimp I will have to charge you. I just left because I couldn't believe that she wouldn't accommodate. So I will not eat there again because of the service I received and I'm sure they don't care but I will choose to spend my hard earned money somewhere else read more

My family and I came here on a Saturday for a late afternoon lunch. The restaurant was a bit empty but service was still good. We started off with the crispy calamari, veggie spring rolls, chicken satay, thai steamed seafood and tom yum soup as appetizers. Personally, the crispy calamari was my favorite of the bunch. The calamari was prepared perfectly. The exterior had a nice crunch while the interior was still tender. We proceeded to our entrees which include pad prik khing, pad thai, red curry and green curry. The amount of spice in each dish executed wonderfully. I like a good amount of spiciness to my dish so I requested my red curry to be a tad spicier than normal. If you like spice, you could always discuss it with your server to customize the dish to your liking. My two favorite entrees were the pad thai and the red curry. I give them 1 for customer service. I have been dining there supporting this tiny restaurant since they opened. Many of times that have given me the wrong meal or not mention that they do not have the ingredients listed on the menu for the ordered dish. They substitute without asking the customer if they would mind. We always brought the errors to the manager but they apologize and attempt to recoil the dish that has been sitting on the table. We have given them passes for poor management because we enjoy the food. Today I had my husband pick up my order because I'm sick. The order was placed over the phone. What he delivered was not what he paid for so I called and spoke to the manager. She refused to provide a refund or comp for my next meal so I explained to her what an inconvenience it would be to drive back there. I offered to take a picture of the dish but she said they had to see it. I had my husband return for a refund. After supporting their business for years they will definite lose out on our business. All because of a $10 meal that they screwed up on. I will be sure to share this experience with all the people that I introduced to this spot read more

Both the Panang Duck & Basil Duck dishes are great!

My fiance' and I went here for lunch about a week ago. My fiance' really enjoyed his meal of grilled chicken Satay w/peanut sauce and beef Rama 5. I enjoyed my Basil Rolls until I found a hair rolled into one that I pulled out. Big no no! I also ordered some Thai spring rolls, which were done perfectly as was the Pad Thai. However, though the Tom Yum was delicious, they obviously used canned mushrooms in the soup- another no, no, and had a slice of tomato in the soup, which is unheard of in real Tom Yum soup. Wth? I ordered a Thai iced coffee, which was done completely incorrectly; it was still luke warm and mixed. The customer mixes the cream and coffee, not the restauraunt- plus it should be COLD, not remotely warm. I ordered their Mango and sticky rice to go and later discovered the mango a bit over ripe and some kind of small lint mixed in the rice. So... yeah, not too happy. I gave three stars because 40% of everything was good (incl. my fiance's food) and the customer service was good, but the rest... I can find at a better and more traditional Thai restauraunt.
