My brother has a peanut allergy which is really prevalent in thai cuisine, but they were able to accommodate him no problem! Wow, another excellent meal!! This is our second year coming here during our beach vacation and it doesn't disappoint. The food is hot and delicious and the waitresses are the absolute sweetest! Not pictured is the chicken larb, which is amazing. We also ordered the ginger stir fry and the cashew stir fry which were so tasty--I was glad to get some veggies in my system this week. Then to top it off, we got the mango sticky rice with coconut milk---IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!! Our order included Vegan Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, Basil Fried Rice w/Chicken, Panang Curry, Pineapple Curry w/Chicken, Yellow Curry w/Shrimp and Egg Rolls. Everything had great flavor and everyone really enjoyed what they had. The only complaints were that the "hot" was not very hot and the curries were a little on the watery side. We craved Thai food, and noticed this is close to our condo and has good ratings. It was a Monday night, and the establishment wasn't busy so we got right in.... I mentioned to the hostess one of our couples wasn't familure with Thai cuisine, so be prepared to help out with choices - she did a great job of helping steer them away from items too spices, or ones suited to their like - thanks. We has a delightful meal and enjoyed our choices. The lady's picked sampler platters, Jack got stir fry Vegs with shrimp, and I had Pad Thai with pork. The sampler platters were a real hit, the veg stir fry excellent. I enjoyed the Pad Thai, but it was a little spicier than I preferred ( my choice). If you are a fan of good Thai cuisine- try this unassuming place and they will do everything they can to fulfill your desires- they were certainly working to make everything perfect for us. We had gotten carry out a couple times earlier in COVID and was pretty good, however the true test was last night dining in person where things didn't continue to cook and steam while you travelled home - a 30 minute ride for us (that's how good it is). Everything was very well prepared and delicious. We had larb, papaya salad, thai basil chicken, drunken noodles (probably the best of the great dishes) and red curry with Shrimp. Note they spice things well, so medium is plenty spicy for most people, only be "hot spicy" if you know what you are doing! Service from the owners was also excellent. We found this little Thai restaurant ( Thai-O-Cha ) just over the DE/MD border in Ocean City that I think is awesome. Here is a review - honest and down to earth. The food is superb. Period. We heard about this restaurant last year and decided to make the drive from Rehoboth Beach to Ocean City. This is our fourth trip there, I think. It is about a 20 - 25 minute drive and absolutely worth the effort. Sometimes the best food is found in what I'd call "hole in the wall" restaurants. This is one of those places. Tanya and Keng are the owner/operators . Tanya runs the dining room and Keng is the kitchen chef. His talents as a chef are amazing. I've eaten in quite a few Thai restaurants and this is one of the best. The food is plentiful, very fresh, well-seasoned, spiced perfectly to your specifications and tastes really, really good on your taste buds. For 2023, there is a new menu, easy to understand with quite a few new additions. It was a chilly night so three of us started with soup, hot and sour and the coconut soup. Both served piping hot and delicious. You can get them vegetarian or with your choice of protein. The cup size is really the bowl size... and the bowl size is HUGE, served hot and delicious. One of us had the potstickers which were full of flavor, For our entrees, we had sweet and sour chicken, drunken noodles (both vegetarian and with chicken) and a new addition to the menu, pad wun sen... simply flawless. The glass noodles make this dish more healthy, along with the fresh vegetables. All of the entrees were large , seasoned perfectly, had the right amount of heat (as ordered) and really really fresh. As a family owned business, I consider this restaurant outstanding. The personal service, the freshness and quality of food and the authentic Thai flavors are executed flawlessly.
