Thai Basil with Tofu (supposed to be chicken)
    Naturally D.

Visited 3/11/26 for lunch to go. Parking is tight, too many spaces not a lot of room to exit a large vehicle. Service was timely for a to-go meal. I ordered Thai basil with chicken. Food was tasty however, I did not receive chicken, I was given tofu. My order was taken down incorrectly. I was in a rush to leave to get back to work and did not review the food before I left. It's probably not a good idea to be in a rush in case your order gets taken down incorrectly.

Needed someplace to go for dinner on Christmas Day because neither my husband and I wanted to cook and the kids didn't come to visit for the holiday- so Thai Pot Cafe was open!! Yes! If you love noodles this is the spot to get them from!!! Spicy and what I found out is that they make the wide noodles in house!!! You can not beat that!! They put jalapeños peppers and spouts in them to give them a kick for sure! Only thing I wish is that they had mushrooms and I could add shrimp to my dish. . Neither here nor there I love those noodles! I also ordered an appetizer the shrimp wrap but hmmm I would not recommend that - no flavor at all and it looked intense. My husband ordered something that looked like it came out of an alien movie but the shrimp In the dish was great so he gave me a piece of his shrimp. My mother in law ordered the fish...hmm she didn't like it because it was really spicy and chewy.. My brother in law ordered an amazing iced chai coffee!!!! Delicious!! Not sure what his meal was but he ate it all! If you looking for fresh drunken noodles Thai pot is the place to go! If you want carry out order early!

Plenty of parking. Nice touch of umbrellas on the ceiling. Service was good. Food was on slightly higher side but this seems to be trend on most of Thai restaurants. The sampler platter was ok. So was my Kang Keow Waan (green currie). Tom Yom soup was ok. Nothing really stood out. Maybe I was too afraid of their spicy levels? Everything i ordered was on mild side. My friend ordered fried rice which was good. Repeat

Penang curry. Tasted like regular curry.

Met up with some cousins here for dinner on a Wednesday night around 6pm. We were seated quickly and the place was pretty busy. What we swallowed: *TOM KHA: This was watery. OK flavor. *BASIL CHICKEN: This was pretty good *PAD SEE EWE WITH BEEF: This was the best dish out of everything we ordered. Flavorful. Delicious *PAD THAI: good flavor *RED CURRY: Why was it yellow? *PENANG CURRY: Yellow curry that tasted just like "red" yellow curry. It didn't have that distinct 'penang' taste, just plain curry. *GLASS NOODLE SALAD: Refreshing and tasty We ordered a lot of dishes and I would say they were all decent. Not sure why the red curry was yellow and my penang curry just tasted like curry, not that distinct penang taste. Our server was nice but we all agreed this place was a hard decent.

Best Thai food I have ever had. Fresh, not oily like most Thai food. Service is great. Tried almost every dish on the menu and they are all the best. Pad Thai is my favorite. Drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao) 2nd then Pad See Ew. Salad is good and soup too. Used to be in small strip mall in one slot but now triple in size. Get there early for lunch! Outside seating during warmer months is nice to just hang.

Had dinner here with my mom and little brother after some shopping! Great ambiance, amazing service. Attentive, quick, clean location! Our server kept checking in on us making sure everything was to our liking. Food was amazing! Definitely will be my main spot when I visit from Florida for some Thai.

Love the food, love the service, hate the serving sizes for the price. Most other local Thai places give a lot more for slightly cheaper.

I wish there were more substantial carb options on the menu or a side of bread to add to the salads. The greens are extremely tender and I thought the salad was dressed really well, it's just difficult to justify paying almost $20 for a lunch that is not filling. Atmosphere is very casual and airy, honestly it seems like a good option for a work lunch if you have an office nearby.

As soon as you walk in you can see their hydroponics system growing the most beautiful produce. You can also purchase their handmade dressings and greens to go!! They then use all this incredibly fresh and flavorful produce to craft intricate salads, soups, and sandwiches. All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

Over the span of my visits, I had the chicken banh mi and a salad with chicken. The banh mi, although not very authentic, was a hearty packed sandwich that encompassed a flavorful aioli and crunchy veggies. The chicken salad was packed with fresh toppings and juicy chicken (quite the opposite of those skimpy side salads some restaurants serve). I appreciate the straight and to the point menu, not much gimmick, just select categories and a couple options. The team members were friendly, the establishment is clean and well maintained, and ingredients taste fresh. I'd recommend BriDer to anyone and especially to those looking for some healthier options.

The sandwiches and salads are a classic. Super delicious and you can't go wrong with any of them. I really like the Banh Mi sandwich, Porchetta sandwich, and the caesar/brussel sprout salad. Then you have the classic Brider cookie. Touted as the best cookie in Denver/Colorado. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because sometimes the order would take a while. I know there are a lot of factors for order time, but I would still highly recommend Brider to anyone in Denver!

Got everything home, it was packed very conveniently for takeout, still hot, still great. Everything was amazing. I'm not gonna recommend anything in particular because it's dim sum. The shumai and pork buns came out first and really heightened our expectations. Both were delicious. The sauce that came with the shu mai is one of my favorites that I have ever tried. The pork buns are served with a spicy sauce which my dad liked but I decided to pass on. After that, we continued to get more and more disappointed. The Kung Pao Shroom Trio was not our favorite. The sauce on top was lacking and this dish really needs some protein. We also did not enjoy the cheeseburger dumplings. They did not have any cheese in them and the spicy mustard on top did not go with what we felt like the theme of the dish should be. I will say that every dish has great presentation. When we went, it was late. However, none of the servers seemed extremely interested in helping and they would drop items and quickly leave before you could say anything. They do have an online order and pay system which is really nice and the food comes out quickly. They do keep your sodas filled. The ambiance is definitely more bar like (again, makes sense since it was late) since they have a bar upstairs. Not a place for kids. We would come again for some shu mai and pork buns, but that's all.
