This is some of the best Thai food I have ever had, not only in Oxnard, but period. I accidentally stumbled across this Thai restaurant on Doordash when trying to find some Thai food near me and decided to give it a shot. I got the pad see ew, and it is seriously outrageously good. The flavors they bestow upon this dish are incredible, it has the perfect balance of salty, sweet and umami with the garlic they infuse. Noodles are perfectly cooked, veggies crisp and delicious. I ordered a Tom Yum soup and got something completely different. Tastes like regular chicken soup but super bland. It came with with cabbage, broccoli, and green beans?! There is absolutely no lemongrass or any of the usual veggies in the soup. Definitely not the soup I ordered I also ordered it spicy and there is absolutely no spice. It wasn't busy at all when I picked up my food so I don't know how they mixed it up or what in the world they gave me. We also ordered Pad See Ew, it was ok, nothing special. Fantastic Thai food! We've been here twice and this will be our go-to Thai restaurant. We ordered the chicken satay, tom kha soup with chicken, panang curry, and spicy eggplant with basil. Each dish was full of flavor and delicious. We usually don't order desserts, but we decided to have the mango and sticky rice. All we could say was, "Wow!" I love spicy foods and I love trying new things so I ordered the Spicy Fried Rice Basil and added the vinegar and red pepper toppings (as recommend) and it was a great spicy combo all together. Really good food and service. Came here on a Sunday night it wasn't super busy but it was nice that our waitress kept checking up on us. We got the pork dumplings which were really good. This restaurant is amazing! Very good flavor however it can be very spicy! Make sure to get mild unless you're very well accustomed to high heat levels. Portions are plenty. Came here today with my good friend and the food was absolutely fantastic. The pineapple curry with chicken and rice and vegetable chow mein and the beef salad and the shrimp salad everything was amazing. We had no room for dessert. But we were thinking about taking home some mango and sticky rice with coconut ice cream just saying. LOL this place is right around the corner for my Airbnb so convenient and just absolutely great. I've been here a few times and loved it! They are super kind people and the food is wonderful. My fave is definitely the Kabocha Curry. I order it with veggies instead of meat or tofu, and it's heavenly every time. The only minor thing is that we ordered the Chicken Larb on a delivery order through Grub Hub and it wasn't the best we've had, but it could have been because it is best served fresh in the restaurant. Very disappointed. We ordered shrimp rolls as an appetizer and rad na and drunken noodles as entrees. The shrimp rolls came out after 20 minutes of waiting. They were cold and the batter was soggy. The appetizer included tempura style vegetables that weren't cooked properly. My wife's dish came out with too much garlic for her to eat. When we asked to substitute another dish we were told we could get one but would have to pay for the original entree. We paid the bill but will not go back again. read more
