We came here for lunch and ordered off the Specialties menu, getting chicken lettuce wraps and the crispy garlic chicken. The wraps came with a quarter head of iceberg lettuce past its prime and the filling was ok, but nothing special. The crispy garlic chicken was a disaster, tough, dry, and it tasted like it had been cooked in oil that had previously been used for fish. It's rare that we don't finish a dish or request a doggie bag, but this was one of those times. I am glad to see that others have had better experiences here, but we were very unimpressed and won't be back. read more

I used to go to a Thai place in the Murphy's Corner strip mall (Safeway, McM's. etc.) before they closed and became a Vietnamese place. I had no Thai place until I discovered Thai Rhapsody. I've eaten lunch and dinner here a few times, and the food isn't bad...but not overly amazing, either. It's consistent for the price, I'll give it that. They have a semi-good happy hour, with some typical Thai items (satay, rolls, etc.) on special. Not much of a beer selection, though. It's an easy walk from where I live, so I like going when I walk down to the MC Town Center. Glad to see it's getting good reviews. read more

I would give this place a 0-star if possible. One thing you would notice that sets this place apart from other Thai restaurants is the obviously tasteful decor. Very beautiful on the inside, and I've never seen any other well-decorated Thai place. HOWEVER, the first time I went there, I did not enjoy the Phad See Ew. I find it a bit... odorous. I'm not sure if it's me, but first time with beef I thought the meat smelled old. Second time with pork, I thought it had a distinctly revolting smell. Drunken noodles however, I found VERY delicious! Nearing the end of the meal, though was another story. As I munched on my drunken noodles, I felt something very hard in my mouth. I spit it out, and there was a plastic bead! In my food. We complained, and the waitress (after a lot of poking it to see what it was) said she would get us another plate. She wasn't courteous in the least, and just whisked things away, not even bothering to apologize. However, we continued with our phad see ew. Only my friend discovered a hair. Luckily she didn't eat it, but we had eaten a whole plate that had hair in it. Needless to say, we tried to call the waitress to our attention again, only it took about 5 minutes of just waiting for her to even glance at us. When she finally came to us, we pointed out the hair and she LAUGHED. Only it was more of a scoff. Then she walked away, turned around, and quickly dismissed us. Not even apologizing ONCE, she just told us we didn't have to pay. Bottom line: You can get better quality for the price. read more

I'm gonna keep this short... Thai Rhapsody PLEASE SPICE YOUR FOOD!! Every time I've been here I've asked for 4 star (highest spice level) and it always tastes like 2 star or less!! I have never ever had this problem in ANY other Thai restaurant in my life, and it's so frustrating because I like the location, atmosphere, and staff. I have read many reviews complaining about this, so I would think they would realize it, but it never changes. If we say we want the highest spice level, we obvious want it very hot and spicy! "No, even better than 5*" Set in the upstart Mill Creek Ctr, along with many other choices for dinning TR is the place to go, having only eaten at a few Thai restaurants does not give me a great knowledge of all the cuisine the Thai world has to offer, but I am a professional eater don't you know. The staff is nothing short of A+ they are very warm, attentive and they did not interrupt me at my first bite(grrr) as many others have. I had seen Tom Kah on other menus and always thought I would try it some other time, and on June 6(our 10th anniversary) I ordered it with seafood and was blown away at how good it was(although small bowl), their rice dish was very good and Phad Thai as well, the other dish we had was on the specials board and it was Crispy Chicken..mmmm, so good. My wifey for many years thought of Thai as too spicy, and then tried some a couple of years ago and has now made Thai one of her favorite cultural foods. The only knock if it is a knock is their fresh rolls are of tofu I like them with prawns and second the bar is smallish as well as the drafts selection. Portions ration to price is not equal, could use more food. P.S. I tried the Tom Kah at another place and it was very blah. Sadly my second experience at Thai Rhapsody was worse than the first. The meal started out ok with great drinks and appies. But then the meal arrived. I guess if you like metal scouring pad bits in your meal - then this is YOUR place....When I alerted the wait staff, they took the plate away, said sorry and .......left. No offer of something else. So I had to ask for a menu to reorder something that would be 'safer'. Went with the spring rolls that had the hardest pieces of fried egg roll wrappers in it - it was like biting in to a thick bamboo skewer. They didn't charge me for my metal brillo-pad meal nor the spring rolls, so they redeemed themselves. But I'm not sure I"ll come back here - there are some better options in the Town Center and Siam Thai down the road is much more consistent. read more

Ok first of all love the decor. The food was ok, It's passing grade. I got a Raspberry Mojito and it tasted and look like a regular Mojito. No raspberry in it what so ever!?! We ( came in a group of 4) had 4 different waiters. Why? it got confusing since they kept on coming back to our table every 4 mins. They brought our food and gave us someone else appetizer, then came back and asked if we ordered it. Look at our ticket. If we weren't honest we would of said yes we did! If we had only one waiter they probably won't have made that mistake.....Who was in charge of expediting that night? Over all ok food, service was over the top. Thai Rhapsody is located on the main drag of Main Street in Mill Creek towards the end, right before it becomes residential. My husband and I came here for a date night and we were looking forward to some exotic flavor and some SPICE. We decided to sit at the bar because we like to chat with the bartenders and to our surprise, she had no problem putting on Jeopardy for us, a guilty please we don't always get to indulge in with our hyperactive toddler at home. Now, onto the food. Let me preface the rest of the review with this: my husband likes the kind of spice that will cause smoke to blow out of his ears. If you're looking for this experience in your Thai cuisine too, this unfortunately is not the place. However, the flavor and creativity of the food and the service were fantastic. I had an Avocado Curry which was extremely aromatic and delicious just know going into this place that the portions are huge so you get a lot for your money here. We'll be back. read more

This is our family's favorite Thai restaurant. Even our 6 year old requested to eat here on her birthday! We love their plate of 10 crispy egg rolls, which are a good buy before 6 pm. A few friends and I decided to go out here for dinner tonight. We were seated immediately, which we were happy about, but it went all down hill from there. Probably ten minutes there, we wanted to leave because our waitress was extremely rude and unhelpful. She talked to us as if we were crazy and every time she walked by, I noticed her glare at our table. Some time later, a different waiter came to take our order instead of her. Strange but he was definitely nicer than her. The only thing is that he seemed really unsure of what he was doing and he forgot to bring an order out for us. I suppose it was a good thing because we left immediately after finishing our overpriced appetizer - that's right, we only ordered an appetizer because we realized how overpriced the items on the menu were. Honesty, we should have left when we had the chance. In short, the service was beyond mediocre and the food is definitely way overpriced! Maybe I have bad luck with Thai restaurants but this place takes the cake for the worst Thai restaurant I've ever been to. I'm pretty disappointed that there isn't an option to give 0 stars because I definitely would've done it for here. This was the first and definitely the last time I'll ever come here. read more

I was pretty impressed the first time we ate here. We used to live really close to Zab Thai in Everett, so they were our go-to Thai restaurant. Now that we live in Mill Creek, I was really hoping we could find something just as good but closer to home. The first time we got the avocado curry we thought it was awesome. Our daughter loved the kids meal, and they gave her special attention. The second time I went back on a Sunday night with friends and it didn't go nearly as well. The food didn't taste as good, the service came with an attitude, and there was just flat-out something wrong with the avocado curry. I think that's enough for us to lose our patronage. And WTF on charging for rice. Come on, rice is cheap. read more

The 4 stars is mostly based on the food, simply because the couple times I have eaten here, all but one was for takeout. However, the interior is very nice inside, and the service when I went for lunch once left nothing to be desired. As for the food, I have enjoyed everything I have tried here. I especially like the cashew chicken lunch. I wouldn't consider myself anything near an expert on Thai food, but this is some of the best I have had. Seating is split between a few tables and the rest are nice booths. They have a small bar which I have yet to sit in, and there are 2 or 3 small tables outside for use in nice weather. Overall, if you are looking for a good meal and a nice (quiet) atmosphere in the Mill Creek area, this is a good choice. read more

Yum! I love thai food and I love that this place is walking distance from my apartment. I usually go with the panang curry and pad thai. That's right, don't judge...I USUALLY have leftovers. Another great thing besides the food is that this place has later hours than most restaurants in the area. Also, you can't beat the service! People are always nice and accommodating be it picking up a receipt days later that was forgotten and needed for an expense report or getting a bowl of water for my thirsty pooch. It hot and its cold what do you care about more? Well it was a chilly night and I wanted some spicy hot food so we decided to hit Thai Rhapsody. As we ordered our food the cold rush of air kept coming in as people were entering or leaving and may it slightly unpleasant to sit in our location. I guess I should have asked to be seated in a different area but you would think they would know better. OK moving on, so we ordered the Panang Curry and some Tom Yum soup. The spice of the curry and warmth of the soup were definite hit since we were shivering in our seats. So if the cold from the outside was not enough to put chill in the inside air one of the waitstaff sure had that taken care of. I'm not usually one to complain but there was not excuse for the lack of friendliness and seemingly rude behavior that was expressed. The flip side everyone else seemed very friendly and courteous. Not sure what I did to make this person so unhappy but perhaps she was just as cold as us and did not want to be there. So to sum it all up in a lines here is the following Food - Excellent 4 Stars Service - 2 stars for our waitress / 4 stars for the others Ambiance 3 stars nice but a little too dark Bottom line its the food for me and it was good. First off let me start by saying how cute this place is! Loved the decor and the space! Also, I love the fact that it is open later than most restaurants in the town center which was awesome as we decided to go get dinner at 9:30 pm while everything was closed. We got an appetizer which was the spring rolls, which were also super cute and mini! Then we both got pad Thai. It was great the flavor and everything was good. The reason I am giving Thai Rhapsody a 4 star though is due to their 2 and 3 start spice lever which is what we got. We didn't want anything too spicy but we both felt that we couldn't taste the spice at all which was kinda a bummer. Everything was great the food, the location, the hours, even the staff were great and quite funny I might add! Over the last year and a half, Thai Rhapsody has become my favorite thai restaurant! The food is incredibly flavorful, and well made. I've never tried something I haven't liked, nor has anyone that I've ever taken there...and I've taken a lot of people! Also, best Fresh Rolls I've ever had. Aside from the deliciousness of the food, I'd also like to give a big shout out to the staff. Regardless of if the group is small or large, they do a really wonderful job. Just a few weeks ago, I organized a lunch with over 20 people and thanks to the staff at Thai Rhapsody, everyone left raving about the service, ambiance, and flavor of the food. Moved to Everett this summer and have been trying to find a Thai restaurant that comes close to my favorite one in Bellevue. While a little different in regards to how the food is made, it was still absolutely delicious. The Pad Thai was plentiful and the sauce was sweet but not overpowering like other restaurants I've tried. The staff was also so nice, welcoming, and attentive even on a busy Saturday night like today. My family had a great experience overall and we look forward to coming back :) read more

Pretty average Thai. No combo's available so I got panang chicken... and got charged for RICE! So, I got a tiny bowl of food and a huge bowl of rice for 14 bucks. My wife ordered crispy garlic chicken and for 14 bucks that's ALL that was on the plate... a pile of chicken... I like to dine where there are plates of food that have more than one thing on them. There are 4 other Thai places within a few miles that I would recommend more. Overall 30 dollars with no drinks for MAYBE what I would pay 15 dollars for. All that aside, the food was ok tasting. My most favorite thai place :) Quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is really cool and the location is so convenient. I love their dishes and thai iced tea which I always get. The food comes really fast and the portions are HUGE. They always asked if I ate anything because I'm full by the time I eat about half of the meal. Their mango dessert is soo delicious as well as the fried ice cream. I moved back north though so I'm going to miss living across the street. read more

LOL this place is a joke. I am a picky eater when I'm hungry and my boyfriend and I thought we would try this place. First they gave him an old fashioned that was straight club soda... when he politely told them he ordered an old fashioned they had attitude. Then we ordered food and it took over an HOUR to get it. We watched a group of 5, and 2 other couples come in and get their food before ours. When food arrived they brought our appetizer at the same time. My food was cold and his was "warm-ish". NEVER going there again, and even if you do it's mediocre taste. BMG Thai is right down the road and is a way better option. If I could do 0 stars I would. read more
