I've been going to Thai Rhapsody on and off over the years when I'm in the area. Since I've been stuck in the area the last year I've been ordering take-out at least twice a month from Thai Rhapsody. The food had been great all summer with large portions. Recently I noticed a change in the flavor (basically very little flavor) and serving size of the dishes. My friends and I stopped by here on Saturday for lunch. The inside was beautiful. We got seated fast, as there was no wait. We ordered the chicken phad thai, mango sticky rice, curry and sides of rice and sticky rice. Phad Thai 4/5 (the flavor was good, but it had a hint of sweetness, which I don't like in my phad thai) Curry 5/5 Sticky Rice 1/5 Mango with Sticky Rice 0/5 Beef Salad 2/5 (a little bland) Mango drink 5/5 Strawberry drink 5/5 Service 5/5 I was a little disappointed in was the sticky rice. It was still hard when we ate it, especially the sticky rice with the mango. It wasn't fully cooked. Could've just been an off day for sticky rice. I absolutely love their corner set up! Outdoor seating available and surrounded by beautiful flowers. We ordered their chicken satay, chicken pad thai, prik king with chicken, and crab ragoons. My favorite dish was the prik king and chicken satay. The spice level we chose was 2. But that seemed spicier than what we anticipated. It was all good though. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Went to dinner with friends here. No wait to be seated on a Friday evening at 6:30pm. That should have been a flag. We shared everything. We got the leaf wrap appetizer, Tom Ka soup and beef Phad Thai. Flavors were good yet I was underwhelmed by the meal. something went wrong with this restaurant, we were there a month ago and the food was delicious, the pathi shirmp was perfect when we asked for 1 or 5 in the hottness rating. We were there today and almost all the food was just surgery sweet and in smaller proportions. There was no spicy hot in the number 5 rating and the fried rice was soggy in small proportion. I was craving Thai food around the area and this one was one of the restaurants that popped up. The photos looked nice and i liked the ambiance from the photos. When my boyfriend and I went, we were confused at first because the doors and windows were curtained and thought it was closed, but when we went in, it was dimly lit but not too dark and had modern thai decor feel to the place. Never seen this place so empty before! I'm used to going in here for lunch when it's usually packed. Ordered the Tom Yum soup, Phad thai, and Three Knights. All seafood style because of my recent diet changes and I no longer consume meat. For some reason my phad thai was not as flavorful as my older visits. Seemed like because my plus one and I were the only and probably the last customers in, the workers got sluggish. My waiter wasn't necessarily rude, but seemed a bit annoyed that we walked in when he wanted to rest(?) So Yes this place is pretty smooth, I don't know about the chicken Pad Thai, it wasn't incredible but that might be because I ate desert first and pretty much abandon my meal. We want to go to play in Mill Creek town center bc it's close to home . Surprise me the restaurant was changed new owners recently and let me tell you the foods was fantastic the taste was a lot better than before, it's not so greasy and sweet and too much oil like they had in the past. The Singapore noodle doesn't have any flavor, taste like they forgot to put salt in it, just had light curry taste. The meat is over cooked. The other dish has a photo from the menu but the tastes a bit salty. Maybe we didn't ordered the best dishes they have but what about the service? I've been coming to Thai Rhapsody since 2011 and this entire time they've managed to maintain a consistent level of quality. I have always ordered their Pad Thai, even when I'm ordering something else too! The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. In what I consider to be a great sign of how the business is run, they have a very high retention rate of staff. I recognize most of the people working in 2022 from 2011. Nice decorations, mediocre Thai food. I ordered drunken noodles and my husband ordered pad Thai. Staff was friendly, but not very attentive. No one check on us until we were almost done eating. Ordered our food medium spicy, but there was no spice whatsoever. No condiments on the table, but when someone finally checked on us we requested hot sauce and it was brought to us. Stopped in here because I found out they had gluten-free and vegan options. They did not disappoint! The food us great, and they can use coconut milk to make Thai Iced Coffee or Thai Iced Tea. Four spicy isn't all that spicy, so if you're into spice - ask for the spice tray! It is gluten-free, but the Thai peppers are in fish sauce. Does the chef taste their food here? Flavor is sub-par at best. I was really looking forward to a great meal but was greatly disappointed by their pad see ew. The pork was bland, fat was left in the dish, and most importantly the noodles had no "wok" flavor to them. Seemed like someone just boiled rice noodles, tossed some sauce on it and forgot to taste their food. On top of that, their Tom yum soup was extremely bland. i order my food through uber eats and after delivery i realized i never got my thai iced tea. after confirming with the uber driver got to know he was never given the thai iced tea and i was really disappointed as that is the first thing i look forward to when ordering thai. i called the restaurant and Thisun was really kind enough to come by himself and drop the tea and also gave one complimentary. i love their thai iced tea, red curry, rice paper rolls, spring rolls and basically have been ordering this repeatedly. would recommend to give it a try for sure read more

I went with some friends a couple of weeks ago and was really no impressed with the place. The customer service was terrible. No one came by to give us water for at least 10 minutes after we sat down. It wasn't like the place was packed out. In fact the waitress was just standing behind the register looking at her phone, I think. They also were not very helpful when giving advice on what is popular or what is good. She just kept telling us that everything was good. Yeah, that's helpful. Customer Service = 1 Star I ordered the Crispy Chicken which was more breading than chicken and looked like it came from the frozen aisle at your local grocery store. It tasted that good too.
