Took a little while but it was worth the wait!! Spring rolls were delicious and crust was light and fluffy. Red curry chicken was absolutely fantastic per my Wife. And I had the crispy pork delight . Pork was on point and crispy with a sauce that was perfect. Staff were very polite and speedy, the room had plenty of room and very accommodating. We will be back for sure when in Richmond.

We live in walking distance so tend to walk over. There is free street parking nearby if you do drive. It's also a great takeout spot. Their pad Thai is pretty good, but I like their pad see ew the best for noodles. When we've gone, we've eaten inside, but it seems like they have a beautiful patio in the back. The service can feel a little slow if you're in a rush. If you're doing takeout you go upstairs to grab your order. If you want to dine in, you go down to the left. On a recent trip, I tried their salmon curry and it was incredible. I highly recommend ordering this wholesome and delicious dish. This is a wonderful spot for Thai food.

Parking is available on the side, or you can usually find street parking nearby. I really liked the industrial atmosphere, especially the swings, but we ended up sitting closer to the bar area. Our server was super nice, and the service was quick throughout the meal. FOOD REVIEW Sabai Platter - 3/5 Not bad for shareable during happy hour, but some of the items were just okay. Pad Thai - 4/5 The flavors and spice level were balanced really well. Pla Muk Tod (Calamari) - 4/5 Good overall, but I wasn't a big fan of the dipping sauce. Pik Gai Tod (Wings) - 4/5 Flavorful and really good. Moo Sam Chan (Fried Pork Belly) - 4/5 Tasty and flavorful, though a little over-sauced for my preference. DRINK REVIEW Thai Tea - 5/5 Refreshing and enjoyable. Thai Mojito - 5/5 Really good and refreshing as well. Overall, good food, great drinks, and friendly service.

I noticed a discrepancy between the amount on my receipt and what was actually charged to my card. It may have only been a small difference, but that's not acceptable under any circumstance. A dollar here or there adds up, and it raises real concerns when it appears to be a pattern. I had intentionally left a cash tip to ensure it went directly to my server, not through the business. Fortunately, I kept my receipt after hearing about similar situations happening before. When my statement came in, the charge didn't match. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, and the floor manager said someone from management or accounting would follow up. Over a week later, I never received a call. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. What should have been a nice Friday night dinner ended on a frustrating note. Unfortunately, that's what made the experience memorable--and not in a good way.

Don't be afraid to tell it your deepest darkest secrets. If the haunted ATM/robot friend is not reason enough to stop by, it should be noted that the food is excellent. Chicken Bangcock never disappoints and the portion size for all their entrees is a value. Perhaps the finest item on the menu is the Chicken Pad Se Ew with flat noodles and Chinese broccoli. The first time I had it, Unicorns danced around my mouth and giggled. The dude behind the bar is a bad a$$ and makes all kind of dope drinks. I would like it if he wore a velvet cape and cowboy hat while he waits on customers. In fact, the management should consider mandatory cowboy hats for all staff members working dinner service. Ask the barkeep to pour you a triple shot of "tortilla" with a lime wedge and your life will be changed forever- all your wishes will come true and you will no doubt end up in a drunken stupor talking to the broken ATM machine that perpetually sits next to the bar.

My tech lead said this is her go-to Thai restaurant whenever she's in the area, and I was curious to try. The interior has no frills, which is fine with me. As long as the food is good, I don't really care. PAD SEE EW - 16.99 +chicken, wide noodles, and Chinese broccoli This is my go-to basic Thai order if I don't know what else to get. The pad see ew had a good "wok hay" flavor and the sauce was perfectly savory with a bit of sweetness. The wide noodles could have been a bit more chewy (felt like they were a bit overcooked). The entree lacked egg, Chinese, broccoli, and chicken as it was mostly noodles. I felt a bit ripped off. The portion sizes were large so most of us had leftovers for another meal. Personally, I would rather have more toppings other than carbs with a smaller portion. Overall, 3.5/5.
