Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The breading was nice and crunchy but there wasn't enough flavor, even with the dip, so I wouldn't order this again. I usually get the brussels sprouts as a side, and those are a much more satisfying, delicious choice in my opinion. My husband ordered The Roast Beast panini this time - I had a bite with the au jus and thought it was excellent. I love when restaurants offer mocktails and Melt has a few on their menu. The street noodles with tofu were good though. As well as the spring rolls the rice paper was extremely tough though like they weren't made fresh.
