Always one of our go-to takeout food places. I've been coming here for years and just haven't got around to writing a review until now. The service here is always very friendly and fast, and the food always comes out hot and it is consistently good. Is this the best Thai food I have ever had? No, but they do everything so consistently well and they don't overcharge. We do sit down inside occasionally and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Let's just say this is not how Thai food tase like. I have been to Thailand and this is not Thai Food. Seems like they add Thai ingredients to make it look like Thai food. I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken and the Chicken was not fully seasoned. I can taste the raw taste still. Awful. And the smell of it had a fishy smell. I had the yellow curry lunch special with beef (would likely get chicken next time though, it just fits better but that's on me for choosing beef) it was a good size meal with a side salad not pictured and then soup, the curry, white rice, and some wonton chips. Our first time here because we were looking for somewhere that had healthy options for lunch. It was during lunch hour and it became busier as we dined in, but it didn't impact service. Upon arrival, we were seated and provided our drinks immediately. Looking for a thai place that delivered via grub hub because I had a $25 rebate for grub hub. We ordered their tom kha kai, yellow curry, spicy combination seafood as well as their honey duckling . Took about 30 min for them to be delivered. Food was average. 1. Honey duckling- looked like half a duck portion, or maybe a baby duck, cuz portion was so small. Also, the duck was 5 min away from being burnt to a crisp. The honey they had on the side was a nice touch. 2. Tom kha kai- cant go wrong with ordering this soup. Tasted great. 3. Yello curry- i ordered it with chicken, unfortunately the chicken was tough and not tender at all. It was like chewing jerky. Not to mention drier than dry, even though its been soaking in all that curry. Actual curry tasted pretty good. 4. Spicy combination seafood- needs more mussels in it. With a recent change in ownership, the quality of their food has declined and the once friendly service has turned into distasteful incompetence. The flavor profile was missing your typical Thai flavors of lemongrass, fish sauce, chili, and so on. It was more like the oily, soy sauce, msg, Chinese flavors. This place is DEFINITELY NOT AUTHENTIC!!! The corn in one of our veggie stir fry was spoiled. We asked for no egg in the vegetarian Fried rice, and they added egg... AND we were missing 2 items that we ordered. When we called them out, the waitress was like ohh I wasn't sure if you still wanted it. OF COURSE WE WANT IT, WE ORDERED IT!! One of my cousin's food didn't come til we were ready to leave. How annoying right?? Well to make me more salty, my lips are still dry from eating their food. I always forget to take photos because I'm so excited to eat the food when it arrives at the table. I am obsessed with their Yellow Curry (chicken breast meat) that has potatoes and carrots. You can choose the spiciness level and their "mild" even tends to be spicy for my family who loves spicy food, so know that their "medium" is pretty dang spicy. Everything I've ordered from there is so good. I'm Asian so I am picky about authentic Asian food. It's probably the only other really good Thai place around along with Sanamluang in Pomona/Claremont. Service has always been REALLY good for me and my family.
