Ordered from here a couple times. Tonight, we ordered: Pad See-Ew, Royal Pad Thai & Combination Fried Rice. Received a text stating our order would arrive 1 hour and 45 mins later. One hour and 15 minutes later, our order arrived. Smelled good, opened each container. Only to see 2 orders of Combination of Fried Rice and 1 Pad See-Ew. I called to let them know, our order was sent incorrectly, was told they'd send the driver back with the Royal Pad Thai. We started to eat, food was good. The mild has a little kick, not too much. Here's the kicker. The driver arrived with my Royal Pad Thai and took the 2nd Combination Fried Rice. Like, are you for real?? You messed up the order and are taking back the Rice? I could laugh at the ridiculousness but more disappointed in their customer service. Never again. read more

My family and I had been going to Thai T restaurant for several years and recently more frequently myself for their vegetable soup and egg rolls. On August 19th and 20th of 2021 I ordered and ate at least three vegetable soups. The next few days I began experiencing some very loose stools but with no stomach cramps so it wasn't severely alarming and I got over it. Again, on August 25, 2021 I ordered the same dish and after already ingesting more than half I discovered an infestation of baby cockroaches floating in the broth and in between the broccoli. My immediate reaction was to make myself vomit. And of course I am livid and will be taking action with the health department. To conclude, my family and I will not be returning. Indeed their food is delicious, so if you like eating cockroaches you can continue going, but we will not. read more

We come here often and usually have a great experience but we went here for lunch today and the chicken in the silver noodle tasted like soap. I brushed it off and kept eating and it happened again. I asked the waitress if they clean the chicken with soap because my food tasted like dish soap and she said no and nothing else happened. She did not accommodate the issue and I ended up leaving the food without eating the rest. The customer service sucked when it usually is great. And the food tasting like soap is a huge red flag. So let me start by saying that the dressing that comes with the dinner salad for the dinner special is MAYONNAISE! That made my stomach hurt. I couldn't eat it. The soup was basically vegetable broth. My spicy mint tofu had zero mint in it. The papaya salad was great & so was the Thai Tea which strangely enough they keep refilling for you. The waitress that served us was very attentive and friendly towards my son, which I appreciate. She checked up on us often and refilled my Thai tea every time before I even ran out. For their food we ordered the Fried cheese wontons, Vegetable pad Thai, Panang Curry and Fried rice. Everything tasted amazing and was exactly how we requested it(ex. Extra sauce for curry, perfect amount of spice requested) There wasn't too many people there so it wasn't overly loud. Wife made me come here. Wasn't really sure what to expect but I will say it was really good. Think of Chinese food without all the grease and a lot more spice. Had cheese Rangoon which could have used a little more crab but was well cooked and had a good flavor. Also tried the deep fried shrimp which I would say is above average for an Asian style restaurant. Wife had red curry chicken and we shared shrimp fried rice. Food came out wrong but they fixed it quickly. Was surprised as they had a large party on the dining room which normally leads to poorer service for the rest of us, but they handled it well. On a final note, the orange sauce that comes with the meal is addictive. May be too sweet for some but it really balances out the heat from anything you order. read more

My first time here I dined-in and everything was great. This time I ordered takeout and ran into a few issues. When my order was ready I asked about rice for my yellow curry chicken and I was told that when you order curry, you just get the cup of curry, rice is additional. I have never had that experience elsewhere, rice has always been included with it. The last time I dined-in it even came with rice. I paid the extra $3 for the rice and when I got home, a short less than 5 minute drive, my curry was cold, not even room temperature . It actually cooled down the steamed rice I put it over. When my friend recommended this place to me, I was super excited. My family and I are huge fans of Thai food so a new one is always on my radar! The first time I got Thai T, it was delivered & we got the dinner special. I got the chicken pad thai as my entree and we also ordered both egg rolls and cream cheese wontons on the side. Both of which are MY FAVORITE. Let me tell you, for that price? SO WORTH IT! I was completely stuffed and I still had more food for leftovers. The serving size is more than a perfect amount. You are guaranteed to be full with the dinner special because it includes a small salad, soup, fried rice, wontons, and your entree that you choose. Amazing. The second time I had this, I went inside the restaurant and ordered with a friend. The ladies working were all super sweet and took care of us the whole time. Came here last night for a quick bite to eat. Was around 6 ish there wasn't anyone else in there. We sat down and was greeted immediately . The waitress was very sweet and kind was friendly . Once we ordered : pad Thai dinner meal and yellow curry dinner meal and fried shrimp appetizer . The food came out quick, salad came out first ,it was a good amount. Then the fired shrimp and sweet and sour sauce came out next . Then the entrees and soups came out. The soup was good, was a decent amount ,the fried rice was a little bland for my liking ,and the curry was good too. They provided wontons as part of the dinner menu however I only two and he got 4 . The waitress always came to check up on us and was always there to refill our waters. Soooooo many choices on the menu! But, the menu made it very easy for me to order because they had lunch specials (served until 3 pm, I believe) and dinner specials (served at 3pm), WHICH is pretty cool! I never ate at any restaurant that has a special at any time of the day. Usually the lunch special ends at 3 and dinner specials start like at 4 or something. Anyways, I think the only difference between lunch and dinner was that lunch specials were served with white rice, while dinner specials were served with a shrimp fried rice. The dinner special came with your choice of entrees listed, a side salad, shrimp fried rice, soup and a couple fried wontons. I ordered the silver noodles dinner special with beef (first time ordering silver noodles at ANY Thai restaurant). It reminded me of pancit (A filipino noodle dish). I also shared a papaya salad (medium spice). EVERYTHING was delicious. I even picked at my friend's dishes. Also, everything was reasonably priced. I'm from Los Angeles and did not know the Inland Empire has amazing Thai food! My old boxing coach suggested this spot to me. So I came here yesterday in the afternoon to get some Thai food to enjoy whilst watching UFC 299. I was hesitant being used to places like President Thai, Paradise Thai, Ruen Pair, etc. I ordered some Pad Thai with shrimp, chicken, and beef, mango with sticky rice, and a Thai iced tea. The Pad Thai was so good it almost knocked me out my socks and shoes! The portion was generous, along with the proteins. The mango with sticky was good as expected (one of my favorite desserts of all time). Not to mention I was given a big cup of Thai iced tea to wash it all down. Why do they have to charge $2 more for the same size/portion of an entree and call it dinner just because they made the white rice into an unhealthy fried one?! In all restaurants I know, dinner size is a bigger portion of an entree and if it comes with rice I can choose either white, brown or fried.
