This place is delicious. I ordered wagyu beef satay. Made with peanuts, hand picked from the mountains of Columbia. The peanut sauce is rich is texture, flavor and an explosion in the mouth. Do not order the thai tea &fresh rolls, save your money! This place is pricey! $17 for a shrimp pad thai.. too sweet and they need to put some lime on the dish. Other dishes are about $20 which I thought was up there but thought maybe the food would be worth it, another one off my list. read more

We stayed a night in Marlborough and were looking for food options for dinner. I was craving thai food, so based on Yelp, we decided to give this place a shot. We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and chicken basil fried rice. I wanted my drunken noodles to be thai spicy (they have a scale upto 5, so ordered 4/5) and oh boi, the food didn't disappointment. Flavourful and the spice level was exactly how I wanted. May have blown away the roof of my mouth for a bit, but hey, thats what I had asked. The rice was medium spicy and one of the best fried rice I ever had. Finally had s chance to try this place out...its awesome! The service was great and our server was very friendly. We ordered the Tom Yum soul to start and the broth was delicious with the right level of spice and all the appropriate fillings of mushrooms, scallions etc. For the main meal, we ordered chicken pad thai and chicken yellow curry. The pad thai was just as you'd expect it to taste and the yellow curry was delicious with plenty of vegetables. The lunch portion of the curry is also served with rice in the dish which soaks up the curry and is yummy. Will definitely go back. read more

This cozy little gem is definitely a place we would frequent if we lived in Massachusetts. The food is fresh and flavorful and delicious. The presentation was stunning and the service was gracious, accommodating and friendly. We tried the spring rolls based on another Yelp review and they are crispy hot and tasty. This is probably one of better Thai Food I have had in recent times. I think it's a fairly new place and with time they will only get better. Surprise to see only one waiter on a Valentine's Day, smaller places don't need more staff but on certain days you have to beef up the staff to provide better service. Over charged on paid bill The food here gets 5 stars but i could give it less than 0 for what they did with my bill. Our family of 3 dined at Thai Tamarind last week, I paid my bill along with the tip, when I checked my bank statement I noticed that I was over charged for my bill. The amount was more than what I had actually paid, I thought it may have been done by error so I called the restaurant to clarify this; the lady at the reception checks the details and blatantly asks me why I paid less tip and further adds that the over charge is only a few dollars, I was shocked when she said this. So this was not an error as i was assuming all along, the server had knowingly charged my card over what I had signed for. This is sheer misuse of a customer's trust. The tip paid by a customer is a personal preference and unless gratuity (which was not applicable to us) is specified it's the customer who decides the amount. The restaurant does not have any right to charge me over what I have already paid. The excess amount was refunded to me however for a few dollars not only have they lost a customer but they put the reputation of a good eating spot at stake. read more

Ordered take out a couple times from here. They have a great set up to pick up your food during this pandemic. I've ordered the Thai iced tea (not pictured), shrimp fresh rolls, and drunken noodles with chicken. Drunken noodles were good! A lot of onions but overall it had good flavor. Springs rolls came with two pieces but they weren't properly rolled so everything everything came out when I grabbed them. Thai iced tea was a 3/5 for me. read more

The food is incredible here in taste and quality. The problem is they are using the infamous 'labor shortage' excuse to increase profits. Service was horrendous to say the least. I understand they 'may' be short people, but the weirdo guy running the front and handling tables was rude for no reason. At least be respectful of your customers while your dealing with your fake labor shortage issues. read more

First time and I am so glad I came - the best Thai food I've ever had - I started with Thai steamed dumplings that perfectly cooked and seasoned- I then had Tom Yum soup with chicken- so good and quite spicy - and finally I had the drunken noodles with shrimp which was incredibly- so flavorful and very spicy - made my nose run - service was exceptional and everyone was very friendly- if I lived in this area I would be a regular here - I'll be back for sure - highly recommend this place read more

Been to this place multiple times but today's experience has been very disappointing. Order was noted down incorrectly. One person in the party ordered vegetarian cashew nut - but they brought the chicken. Another order of drunken noodles vegetarian did not arrive for over 30mins - when enquired was told that they never put it in. So they asked to wait few mins. When it finally came - there was hair in it - should it to the server and he took it back only to bring in the next order another 10 mins later. There was no apology from the owner/ manager and no display for courtesy. In fact when we spoke to them on the way out - she said that we made you a new one and didn't seem to care. My husband and I aren't typically people who pick Thai as a first option. We came with friends and were EXTREMELY impressed! I have had Thai in other larger cities and this was by far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. I ordered the drunken noodles with crispy chicken and asked for mild (per other reviews that it is very spicy). I would rate it about 5/10 heat-wise, which was perfect for me. I went with the spicy noodles, which weren't spicy, but were otherwise pretty flavorful. This was easily remedied by some chili oil. "Hot and new" per yelp but definitely sizzled out after our first and LAST visit. Service was beyond slow. Our presence was not acknowledged for a few minutes. They forgot my daughter's drink and my boyfriend's entree. Food was mediocre. They can't even get their basic noodle dishes and iced Thai tea right! There was no beer, wine or cocktails. They have Pho! Not a regular menu item thought. If you call ahead they will make it for you. It is a special occasionally and it is very good, basic Pho. The only place around here that have it. Wow!! Came in with no expectations, just trying to find something to fill our stomaches. The service was considerate and kind, atmosphere warm, and above all the food was magnificent. My friend and I got the Panang Curry with tofu and Green curry with chicken. We're both big fans of Thai food (who isn't??) and have been to our fair share of restaurants but we were completely delighted by how much we ended up loving the place. Stopped by on a quiet Friday evening early: about 5pm. Concerned that restaurant was empty, but the food and service was very good. Crab rangoons were very good. Had to let them cool a moment since they were quite hot. The chicken satay was good. Satay beef isn't on the menu. Salmon cho chee was excellent (best dish we had) with fresh fish and tasty sauce. Chicken with cashews was very good if maybe slightly salty. BYOB worked well with liquor store adjacent to restaurant. We brought craft beer for which the restaurant happily provided glasses.
