Hubby and I love Thai food, and since our small town of Kimberling City has no Thai restaurants (and no decent Chinese restaurants but that's another story for another time), we gladly made the 25 minute trip to Thai Thai for Valentine's day dinner. NO REGRETS! Probably the best fried calamari we've ever eaten -- light crispy batter, not chewy, not greasy, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I had Beef Panang, he had Chicken Pad Thai. Both flavorful, just the right spice level (I asked for medium) and crisp fresh veggies. Also beautifully presented. We sat in the back corner by the fountain and we heard water instead of everyone else talking...which was fine by us! We are headed back tomorrow night for my birthday, can't wait! read more

Unfortunately not enough people strolling down Commercial St. in downtown Branson were inclined to eat Thai food. Personally I'm sorry to see it go, (now closed) but my husband doesn't like Thai food and we seldom went there....so we were part of the problem. Too bad, as we do need more ethnic variety in Branson. read more

Love thier thai food. It can be spicy if you want to or on the mild side. I always drop by for lunch when in Branson. The portions are very generous and often one meal is large enough to share. If anything needs a little attention it would be the service. It could be more attentive some days. read more

Excellent food in Branson that isn't a burger or barbecue. You can even eat vegan here if you need to clear the arteries. Even the kiddos liked the dumplings and orange chicken. Wish we would've tried it sooner but felt obliged to hit all the traditional fare first. read more

The only Thai place we could find in the area but it was delicious. Crab fried rice (real crab- small pieces but good flavor), pad siew, pad thai- all were really good and with nice presentation. Service was a little slow but friendly. read more

This is Thai how I remember it. We used to have a little hole in the wall Thai place back home and this is nearly spot on. The 1st place we've found near Springfield yet that has great Thai. I was really hoping to give this eating establishment a higher rating but sadly I can't. The workers were very friendly but the spicy noodle dish I ordered rats yes the cheap Thai food...bad so bad. It has no really flavor just spicy, which is usually. Not the case with good Thai food. I was hoping the Thai tea would be better who doesn't love that earthy sweet taste! Well the ratios were so off I could barely taste the tea. I was so disappointed it wasn't even worth drinking so I throw the subpar drink away. Since it was a nice day, we decided to order takeout, planning to eat at the local park. Btw- we had our mutt in the car and didn't want this "little guy" to keep whining while we were inside the restaurant. The waitress at register was friendly, and noticed the other workers there were also Thai. I hoped the chef was Thai also. I may be strange but I like my crepes made by French chefs, my Mexican food made by Mexicans, etc. So I ordered pad Thai, crab fried rice and shrimp rolls. At $37+ I thought, this better be some amazing food or large portions. Not so amazing and my styrofoam container with the entrees were half full. Picture small salad w/tiny sauce on one half and a mini burrito sized portion wrapped in aluminum foil on other half. As far as tastes go, the pad Thai was on the sweeter side but good, the tiny shrimp rolls and the crab fried rice...just ok. Overall, just your average Thai food... but what a beautiful Spring day! read more

We love Thai Thai. Outstanding food and nice ambiance. We have been eating at Thai Thai since it was located in old town. Parking lot can be a challenge to get in an out of. My wife loves the Green Curry. I try everything and the food is excellent. The staff is always friendly. This is a must stop each time we come to Branson which is about twice a year. read more

I am a local and have eaten at Thai Thai many times for over 3 years... both at their old location and their new one on the strip! Yum! They have the BEST fried rice EVER.... a meal in itself. I went to the new location located at: 1615 W. Highway 76 Suite H-1. I love their food. I had the Beef Salad and it was soooo YUM! It was very fresh and really hit the spot. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the servers were very friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to going back to try something else from their menu. My lady and I came into town and wanted a good lunch. Thai Thai had decent reviews so we went and ordered two of the lunch specials. I had red curry and she had Pad Thai. The curry was really quite good, as were the noodles. Total cost was around $20 before tip and our waitress was good. It took a bit long to get seated since there was ample seating open and I recommend asking for a table away from the fountain as it was actually quite loud, but for a change up in eating options, I recommend this place. read more
