honestly, the worst customer service there is. came around 5:30-5:35 pm cause we're traveling from arkansas. first time being in missouri and just wanted some thai food. there were 6 of us that came. right when we arrived; the hostess made us wait 5 min to seat us. i mean it wasn't busy at all. right when we were seated we waited another 10 minutes for her to bring us menus. and nothing. when 3 people walked in; they got seated right away with menus. we asked the same lady for our menus & she literally threw the menus in front of us. at that point we were fed up, we took our stuff and walked out. there was no greeting when we walked in. this place needs to figure out who their hiring. i understand there are days where you're overwhelmed but i work in the food industry and if your employees are acting like assholes to the customers the work place is a bad place to be. read more

The food is very good. We've eaten here a couple of times when we're in Branson. They are able to adapt many of their dishes to be gluten-free. The service is great, and Clare is very kind and personable. read more

My wife and I ate at the Thai Thai restaurant last night. We had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. It was delicious. They gave us a couple of different sauces that weren't in the menu. The first was a pineapple sauce that was as good as any sauce I've had. The second was a sweet and sour chili sauce that was terrific, too. Service was great and the waiter was delightful. The restaurant is fairly new so the place is well decorated, fresh and fitting. The price of the meal was reasonable. We'll go back. read more

So I'm from the Dallas area and I came to Branson for a family trip and came to this restaurant. There are a lot of good Thai restaurants around where I live, but Thai Thai is for sure on par with the best Thai restaurants in my area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good Thai flavor! I came in with a group of 15 and their service was great and fast. No complaints there :) With that said, their food is priced slightly higher than I'm used to but the make up for it with huge portions and quality food. I would for sure say that it's quite worth it. I had the opportunity to try a lot of menu items coming with such a big group and all of the things I tasted had great flavor. On the other hand, their pho has pretty good taste but the portion is extremely small especially for the price. For an $11 bowl I expect a gigantic portion of pho. I can get a bowl the same size in Dallas for about $7-8. I give them the benefit of the doubt on this one because it's a Thai restaurant not a Vietnamese. Overall a great experience and if I come back to Branson I would definitely come back! read more

Super surprised with fantastic Thai in Branson, Mo, at a hole in the wall strip mall location. Lots of seating that works for families and groups and great staff and then the food!! Pho, Drunken noodles, Mango Curry and Siam noodles. All delicious and the portions are a bit over the top! When it came out, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the large platter they brought. Plenty for him to share with our daughter. It was pure yumminess!! Our son ordered a beef pho. This is my third visit here, and it was my least favorite so far. The service was non-attentive and pretty slow, even with hardly anyone there. My beef salad tasted only of fish sauce, which I couldn't stomach. So, I asked to have some lime juice to add to it and with that, soy, and some heat, I could eat it, but it was never enjoyable. We moved to rural Missouri from DFW almost a year ago. We really have missed good Thai food. While in Branson we gave this place a shot and we were pleasantly surprised. She had Yellow Curry and I had Drunken noodles. The curry was hands down some of the best I have ever had and the Noodles were good but not as good as the ones I've had other places. Update review------ They got a new menu, which is fantastic. They added PHO and lots of other great items. But again the main waitress is extremely rude. She acts put out by everything. It doesn't keep us from coming back because it's the best restaurant in Branson. I just wish they would be more friendly. We really enjoy this restaurant every time we visit Branson.....but the waitress we have every time we are there is sooooooo rude. We will continue to eat here but will request a different server. We get her every time we are there. On a side note the Red Curry and Pad Thai is great. read more

Stopped here for lunch during our vacation. The food was good but a little too salty. The wonton soup wasn't what we expected and they were very skimpy with meat. The service was slow and when we were still eating the waitress brought our ticket to the table. I hate that because it makes me feel rushed. Then she never came back for our ticket so we just sat there. Never asked if we wanted dessert or to go boxes. I wasn't impressed at all. I went to the register to pay for our meal and we left. We were craving Thai for lunch and we are in town for a few days, so we made our way over. We were greeted upon entry and seated promptly. Our server was attentive the entire visit. My Thai tea was mixed just right and served in a chilled cup. Pad Thai, Pad Se Ew, potstickers, and Pho were all flavorful and generous portions. Went to this place for the first time this weekend, my husband and I like to find the little hole in the wall places that are amazing and this is one of them. He had the pepper steak and I had pad Thai. Both of us split a plate of spring rolls as an appetizer. The food came out still steaming, nicely presented, and each dish arrived with an additional spring roll that I wasn't aware they brought out. The spring rolls were fantastic, as was the dipping sauce (was that pineapple?). The Pad Thai was excellent. The pepper steak was excellent. The restaurant was clean and busy but quiet, the servers were super friendly and the food came out in good time.
