Spring Rolls (1/2 an order), panang chicken

Very cute, intimate restaurant with great customer service. This was our 2nd favorite meal in Canada. We had standards, spring rolls, green curry shrimp & chicken, and panang chicken. mild-medium spice so a nice warm kick. Both dishes were full of flavor. The chicken was tender and the shrimp a great size. For drinks we had cocktails and ginger beer. Was happy to see they carried Fever-tree. Stop through. You won't regret it. Note: parking is a nightmare.

Got takeout. Overall very tasty. The khao so (noodles in a coconut curry sauce) was the star for me. Pad Thai, pineapple rice, basil beef and spring rolls all good not spectacular but worth the price. Now the hot and sour soup was exactly that! Nice for a change that it's not a wimpy spice level but more robust and flavourful.

I decided to try this place as I was in this area and it had good ratings. We got a table without reservations, the decor was really nice. We ordered Thai Ice Tea, Cashew Curry, Holy Basil and Spring Rolls. All items were average in taste. We ordered the cashew curry as mild spice still it was very bland. The service was very slow, we almost waited for 45 mins for our food to arrive. And when it did it was wrong order!

Got here for dinner tonight! We have visited the one in Mississauga but discovered there's a new one in Etobicoke (close to home) ... So happy to have them near by The food is delish! We ordered Malay curry, fried rice and spring rolls. Everything was great, fresh ingredients. Parking could be an issue but there's street parking GreenP on opposite streets. Highly recommended... we'll keep coming back!

I came here for an intimate celebration for my birthday. Great standard service and the waitstaff was willing to sing happy birthday on her own with my family lol. The decor of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming. The food was excellent and authentic. I had high expectations for this location since I had visited their College location before. We had the veggie green curry (even mild is a bit spicy), grand pad thai with beef and ginger chicken. I would come here again!

Had an amazing late night dinner on our first night in the Toronto-area at Thairoomgrand! We enjoyed the Panang chicken and shrimp, Ginger chicken with jasmine rice, Thai spring rolls and Crispy fish. All items were excellent and experienced great customer service. Definitely recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, they provide decent portions and the presentation is nice. The restaurant is cute and colourful and inside, you'd never expect that looking from the outside. The staff are attentive and kind as well. I would recommend this spot if you're in Etobicoke.

    Gorgeous space

So we are new to the city and exploring restaurants all over. We are big foodies and this place came highly recommended. The ambiance is inviting, global decor and clean space. The staff courteous and swift which I really like. Our food was on the table in 10 mins of ordering! Love that... The food was very good, their crispy chilli oil was the star of the show. We ordered Keemao, Holy Basil chicken and crispy fish. Everything was great and their spicy is not crazy thai spicy, so folks can be adventurous!

Tossing Yusheng (Lo Hei) with the girls today for abundance, prosperity, and good relationships felt so special and meaningful. Throughout the incredible feast, we bonded with the host, connected with each other, and shared so many laughs. Honestly, what more could you ask for? We had an absolute blast! Thank you so much to Kiss My Pans for hosting such a fun and memorable event. It truly felt like being invited into your home for a dinner party, where we were warmly welcomed and treated like VIPs. And while every dish was impressive, the chili crab was the star of the night -- absolutely outstanding. The homemade sambal was equally unforgettable and packed with flavour. We came for the Yusheng and left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs!

Laksa was one the top dish to try in Singapore but it was too hot and idk why I didn't order it in Toronto during the cold... so I shall come back. Instead we got a bunch of items to share. The beef rendang and roast chicken rice were my top picks. The beef was tender and portions were generous; strong lemongrass flavour which I absolutely loved. The roast chicken rice was also perfectly seasoned and tender, paired nicely with the flavoured rice. I'd come back just for the roast chicken dish. The char kway teow was not shy of wok hei, a classic. Kaya toast was delish as always but wish the toast was cut thinner. I was looking forward to the roti prata and curry chicken, it was good but not great. The curry reminded me of Vietnamese curry. The prata was on the oily side but very flakey.

We were quickly seated and the service was really attentive and appreciated. At around 6-630pm the restaurant began to quickly fill with couples and families. We had the chicken and shrimp Pad Thai and the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goring. We really enjoyed the fried chicken, coconut rice of the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goring, and the amount of spice in the sambal onion and anchovies. The noodles in the Pad Thai had a firm texture which we liked, but for me the sauce was a bit sweet. If coming to the restaurant from 6pm on a weekend, the parking lot is very busy and you could be circling for a parking spot and having to move around vehicles that are double parked for take-out orders.

We were seated right away and menus provided at the same time. There was a Lunch Special menu but we decided to order full portions from the regular menu. We were able to order right away and our drinks and ice water were brought out. Our food was brought out fairly quickly, all of it being hot. Roti is a must order item! The noodles were also very tasty with the shrimp not being overcooked. Fried chicken was crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. Service was attentive with the servers checking on us every so often and clearing empty plates away. When we were done eating, the server packed up our leftovers for us instead of just giving us containers. You can pay by card or cash, but just be advised that they do not accept $100 bills. Parking was pretty easy to get a spot that wasn't too far from the entrance.

The place was far from crowded when we showed up, and we were told to check out the menus and place our order at the front. We decided to share the House Special Sandwich ("Pork loin marinated with house special recipe, tomato, fried egg, cabbage and peanut butter") and the Malaysian Street Style sandwich ("4oz ground beef with a taste of M'sian spice, tomato, fried egg, lettuce and sweet & spicy sauce"). (I also got a milk tea to drink, and it was really good. Very rich but not too sweet.) The sandwiches were both excellent. They were packed with flavor and the various components all worked really well together. The Malaysian Street Style did flirt with being just a little too sweet, but it was balanced out with the other components. Everything was decently priced, too. The bill, with tip, came out to around 25 bucks, which is great considering the quantity and caliber of food we were given.
