Wish we had this in Roseville. We stop by to get che and nem every chance we get! The nem comes in a large roll- sweet and savory taste. I pick up a few and cut them into small snack portions. This place is located across the street from Lollibowl/Lollicup and a really short walking distance from Sacramento's Duc Huong Sandwhich store. They have their own little parking area but it is limited to like 10ish cars. It's not super packed which is good but it does get busy on the weekend afternoons. Service is quick with just 2 registers. It is also CASH ONLY so bring cash when you come visit here. Everything they have are made by themselves. They make their own in house itms such as fried tofu, fried stuffed tofu, tofu pudding, soybean cake, unsweet/sweet soymilk, pandan soymilk, fried sesame ball, and etc. They also have various homemade Vietnamese desserts called Chè as well. I love their pandan soymilk and would buy 1 almost every visit if they have any available. The Vietnamese dessert I like the most from here is their Vietnamese Sweet Corn Pudding called Chè Bắp. It is also the best value for the amount of fried tofu you get. $10 gets you about 30 pieces of hot and fresh fried tofu (fyi, it is priced per pound). This place is okay, compared to the dau hu places in SJ. It's closer in proximity for me now that I live in Davis. I got the dau hu chien nam meo (fried tofu with black fungus), dau hu nuoc duong (tofu pudding with ginger syrup), and the sua dau nanh la dua (pandan soy milk). The dau hu chien was pretty good, I split an order with my mom and basically ate half the bag for dinner. Dau hu chien is always better fresh than leftover. So... I don't have photos of it haha. The dau hu nuoc duong is good, they give you a whole vat of syrup to go so you and your family can adjust the sweetness as needed. I thought mine was kind of sour though. I've bought this tofu at SF Market. The location where they manufacture this bean curd is the same place where the eatery is. This is the first time (and last) I buy this product. The flavor is good (hence 2 stars versus 1), it's quite firm and good to use in linger cooking. The bad review is that the tofu had unhygienic contaminates embedded in it.
