This is probably Sacramento's favorite Tofu go to places. I always get thier Pandan Soy milk and seasoned tofu and my wife would get desserts. In fact this weekend while we we're here, the line actually went outside the door. The are Cash Only and be considered and line up as you come in as there normally are two people at the register take orders and payment.

The stuffed tofu and lemongrass tofu are delicious. The sesame balls are also delicious. The only inconvenience is that they only accept cash, so make sure you have some on you. Private parking in front.

When we crave for soy dessert this is the spot. I like their ginger infused syrup and coconut cream with sago that comes with the pandan flavor. I love their sesame balls (banh cam). They used to be half the price so now they're 1.50 each. Note: Cash only. Take out only. Parking lot is also small.

Best sesame ball ever! 4 for $5

My sister dropped off sesame balls at my house the other day and I haven't stop thinking about them! Yeah, it's that good! I had to track this place down! The sesame balls are crunchy with very thin dough = less carbs = less calories. I think the fillings are made with green beans. It's not too sweet with a nutty flavor. It's really good. They also sell variety of fried tofu by the pound, fresh soy milk, and a bunch of tofu products. I get the feeling that they are a wholesaler. The lady spoke limited English, so I didn't want to ask her too many complicated questions. If you like tofu and sesame balls, give this place a try and thank me later ;-) Cash only!

This place is known for its fresh tofu and soy milk. The soy milk was still warm/hot in the bottle. The snacks are a hit or miss. The traditional Vietnamese desserts seems to be very popular.

Thanh Son Tofu is the best place to get your tofu or soy milk in Sacramento, in my opinion! The store is not very big, and sometimes it is very crowded. The parking lot is small but has a fast turnaround. All these problems are not problems if you're tofu lovers! The workers are very fast. I usually get in and out in a few minutes when I'm there to get the yummy tofu or soy milk.

This is by far the only local Togo Viet food, snacks, Chè, Soy Bean, a variety of Tofu to choose from. I could go on but forget all the names of their desserts. If you are a fan of homemade Chè (Viet coconut, tapioca, beans, bananas) desserts than you'll know what I m talking about. They also sell fresh Fried Bananas & the best sesame bean balls! Please send me an update if I missed something here once you try it! Only downside is the Cash only pay option but it's worth a trip to your ATM/Bank.

I'm 54 years old and have a 30-year-old daughter and my niece is 25. I don't even know how that would be possible. I was right next to them sitting at a table with my brother so of course I heard, and I got up and I said what's up with this grandma stuff, and he said that he answered her question and told her that he thought I was her grandmother. Honestly, I felt completely insulted like you're not supposed to say things like that to your customers or even about your customers. I felt myself getting ready to go completely off on him, so I walked away and went to sit back down. He had the audacity to tell my niece some people can't handle the truth. It's so baffling to me that a manager would say something like that. I know employees sometimes say inappropriate things, but he should know better!! This was supposed to be a nice family outing and he ruined my night. Luckily I have confidence in myself and his comment didn't give me a complex or make me like I look old. It was also disappointing because I went in there specifically to get an eclair, which is normally a decent size. For some reason, it was the half of the size and the same price.
