Same great service a year later. Menu is bigger. I asked the waiter which was better, beef stew pho or Bún riêu? He said the Bún riêu was better. So, it was combo pho and Bún riêu again. Large size for both. Soup had good flavor. I almost finished the Bún riêu this time. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Several credit cards offer cash back on this restaurant, so we were able to stack two deals, using credit cards offer and Fetch. Will be back again!

This is a great Vietnamese restaurant! We went here last night to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our server was very welcoming. It's next to a movie theatre, so you can enjoy a movie after having dinner. The location is great. The restaurant itself is big and clean. I loved how every table had Sriracha sauce which is my favorite. The food was delicious. I highly recommend their lemongrass chicken if you like spicy food. There options for vegetarians as well. There are plenty parking. Definitely give this place a try .

A pretty nice spot off of Laguna blvd. Came here with my mom who is in a power chair. The restaurant is very accommodating to ADA folks. Lots of seating in the restaurant. The servers were very quick to seat us and bring us drinks. The food came out really quick once we ordered. We went with the beef chow fun, crispy rolls and pork spring rolls. All the food was super hot and fresh when it arrived. Our favorite had to be the crispy egg rolls. They were full of meat. Awesome flavor in each bite. The chow fun left a bit to be desired but I still enjoyed it and the marinated beef in it was bomb! I loved the spring rolls as well. They were huge. Also the hot tea was wonderful. I would love to come back and try their pho next time :)

After an eventful day, our group decided on pho as our next move. Ha Noi Pho was the destination of choice due to its proximity and the group's enjoyment of it. Our party of 10 came on a quiet Sunday evening. There weren't too many diners. The restaurant is spacious with ample tables for a range of sizes. They also have a waiting area for take-out orders. There are also claw machines and other things to look at. Service by everyone was nice and efficient! They have so many options, not only for pho but also for other dishes, both meat and veggie! I had a small Chicken Breast Pho. It was so comforting and warm. It tasted like how it should! I was pretty full from our earlier activities, so I took most of it to go. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. For those looking for a comforting bowl of pho or other Vietnamese dishes, check out Ha Noi Pho! They're located in a complex off Big Horn Blvd. with ample parking. Thanks for such a great time and meal, everyone!

02.02.2026 - HA NOI PHO - ELK GROVE, CA - This time going in, I purchased their GRILLED PORK BANH MI. I even asked to add Paté. Took it to go and left. Did some errands and ate it right inside the comfort of my home. I like the freshness. It's probably better eating at the restaurant. The guy at the counter was nice. The restaurant is clean. My sandwich was ready in 5 minutes.

Beef Phở You can pick from different beef combinations (like brisket, tendon, tripe, meatballs, and more). It was quite good. The broth was flavorful, light yet comforting Beef Fried Rice It was so good. Big portion too--definitely shareable but no judgment if you finish it solo

I enjoyed the combo pho broth and Hanoi-style noodles here! I also ordered a Viet coffee and it was delish! Ps. The father and daughter team were great too! I'll be back soon, thank you!

Great Noodles, Egg and Seafood Dishes! SITREP Alex T. wanted to throw a fun Chinese New Year soiree, and we ended up invading Ha Noi Pho! THE SETUP Located in Elk Grove (20 mins south of Sacramento), our crew all converged on this yummy restaurant and got a number dishes to try. Inside a strip mall right off the main street, there is plenty of parking in the lot and it's FREEE! LE MENU From fried rice, spicy noodles, Asian omelet-like creations, there was so many excellent items to try: * I got an order of and enjoyed noshing on the Shrimp Spring rolls. So good and so hearty! The peanut sauce is always a must! * And my Beef Pho Noodle bowl was out of this world. Of course I had to order the chili sauce to give it extra *oomph* for my taste buds. Everything was reasonably priced, and although this was billed for us a brunch feast, I got out of there for less than $20 and was quite stuffed. THE LOWDOWN An excellent spot for pho and other Asian dishes!

Chicken Wings! [Elk Grove CA] My second time dining here. The first time was during a UYE held by Alex T in late January 2025. I ordered the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings with a side bowl of Beef Fried Rice. The wings were a hit and everyone I shared it with in my table unanimously agreed also! I can't remember how many pieces it came with. The wings were flavorful and I loved the crispness of the skin. Craving that salt & pepper chicken wings I came back the following month with my hubby I ordered the same thing while he chose the Grill Meat with Rice Plate. When our food was served it wasn't the same crispness on the wings. It had the same delicious and amazing strong flavors but I longed for the crispy skin. I asked one of the servers and he said it was prepared differently, a much lighter crisp and something like "easy on the teeth"... huh?? ugh! my teeth can handle it LoL! Anyway, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't the same as my first experience but now I know how to order it next time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The restaurant is roomy and spacious and easily accommodate large parties. They also have a covered outdoor patio seating. Good customer service. I'll be back for a perfectly fried salt & pepper chicken wings! Review #3726

Food was decent. Staff were some young kids who didnt exactly get our order right. I ordered lemon grass chicken and was brought some spicy chicken dish. I still ate it and it was good. Everyone else said the food was alright. Overall, it was okay. The menu had so much on there it was a little overwhelming, not to mention the print was so small and kind of hard to read.

I am a fan. My hubs and I came in for lunch one afternoon. The dining room is pretty spacious. They had Fox news blaring on one screen and there were some folks out there with conservative stickers on their cars. That made me a bit sad, but that's not really the restaurant's fault. The waitstaff was super nice and attentive. I really enjoyed the food! I got the shaking beef and my hubs got the combo vermicelli noodle bowl. The waitress recommendded the grilled pork spring rolls and they were sooooooo good. Portions are large, and I was able to have a second meal with my leftovers.

G3. Grill Meat, Pork Skin, Shrimp with Rice Plate

Came around 11am on a Saturday. Really big space but only a few tables were filled. The chairs and floor were dirty at the table we were seated. The silverware that we got were also dirty. The pho broth was good and I upgraded my noodles to the "fresh wide noodles." It was wide for sure but it did not have that fresh softness I was expecting. Unfortunately it was a downgrade. The pork, pork skin and the rice were simple and had great flavor. Really enjoyed that dish, however when they first brought out our dish they gave us the wrong order (rice and pork only). We pointed out the mistake to the waiter and he looked at the plate and said yeah that's G3 before he reexamined the plate to see it was in fact not G3. Surprised the waiter didn't notice the missing items (rice, pork, pork skin and shrimp). He brought out the missing ingredients after.

Typical service at pho place. Never been here so thought we'd try it out So review is on the food. We ordered beef pho (regular and Hanoi style), pork chop rice plate, egg rolls, spring rolls and bbh. I didn't try the pork chop rice plate...pho broth was decent. So were the egg rolls and spring rolls. Didn't care much for my bbh broth because they added shrimp Paste in there and I don't like shrimp paste in my bbh. But I was hungry and hadn't eaten all day so I scarfed it down with a soda and white claw. Would I go back? Not sure.

Service was slow, and our food took a long time to arrive even though the restaurant was not busy. The bigger issue was the payment process. The menu displays one set of prices, but when paying by credit card, each item on the receipt appeared approximately 4% higher than the advertised menu price. Rather than showing a separate credit-card surcharge, the additional amount was built directly into the itemized food prices, making it difficult to determine the actual menu cost versus the card-processing charge. When I raised the issue, the server initially stated there was a credit-card fee and acknowledged that both payment options should have been presented. The server also pointed out that there was a small sign next to the register indicating a 4% credit card fee. However, I felt the concern was dismissed rather than addressed. If menu prices are cash prices, customers should be clearly informed and given a meaningful opportunity to choose between cash and credit pricing before being directed to the payment screen. What makes this feel deceptive is that the surcharge is not shown as a separate line item. Instead, it appears to be folded directly into the food prices on the receipt. As a customer, that makes it difficult to know how much of the total is actually food and how much is a credit-card fee. It creates the impression that the pricing is designed to obscure the surcharge rather than disclose it transparently. The payment terminal also calculated suggested tips on the total after tax rather than the food subtotal, resulting in higher suggested tip amounts. Between the hidden surcharge in the item prices and tip suggestions based on the after-tax total, it felt like a subtle way to collect more money from customers without clearly explaining how the charges were being calculated. The food was good, especially the Nem Nuong Cuon, but the lack of transparency around pricing and the slow service left a negative impression.

Grilled Butterflied Catfish DIY Wraps (Spring Rolls) 4/5* Tay Giang's version is ok and can satisfy my cravings, but it is a copy-cat version of the original slow-baked catfish from Southern California. It seems the catfish here is deep-fried, I believe to cut down on the wait time, but I still prefer the original Vietnamese version where they can take up to 45 minutes to slow roast the catfish. Still, this version is tasty with strong marination and slather of scallion/peanut oil. The deep frying creates a lot of crispy pieces for added texture to your spring roll. But warning.. if you order the small catfish, there isn't much meat and is mostly fried crispy parts, so I recommend the medium fish. Like all Vietnamese dishes, it comes with loads of fresh veggies and herbs. I also like that they provide the flattened vermicelli noodles (banh hoi) instead of rice noodles. They also give you a variety of sauces: tamarind fish sauce, regular fish sauce, and freshly chopped chilis to spice up as you'd like. Authentic Catfish Claypot 5/5* Catfish stewed in a peppery carmelized sauce. They didn't have the usual boiled egg with it, but this dish was bursting in flavor. Sweet, salty, savory, and lots of black pepper with hints of spice from the rest chilis. Best eaten with rice to soak up all the sticky sauce and flavor. This dish sends me back to my childhood days. Bun Bo Hue 4/5* Flavorful and lots of meats and veggies. I'm not a spicy eater, so I thoroughly enjoyed this BBH. Most other places make it too spicy right off the bat, but here they let you add your own spice. The noodles are springy and broth is perfectly salted to enhance the beefy flavors. Banh Xeo 1/5* Don't get this. This was terrible. The batter was so thick and deep fried, inside had too much bean sprouts and onions and not enough pork or shrimp. I've never seen onions in a banh xeo before and it was weird. The batter was what really ruined everything. Banh Xeo is supposed to be thin and crispy, but this was thick and crunchy. I've also tried their pho here and it was decent but not memorable. The star here, of course, is the catfish spring rolls. They do have an extensive menu though, serving a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes and well as vegetarian-friendly. They've gone thru tough times during the pandemic and I've seen vandalism and broken windows, but I'm glad they survived the pandemic, because this is the spot when it comes to Vietnamese catfish dishes. I'm hoping they stick around for many more years; we often frequent Tay Giang for dinner.

We decided on pho at Sit Lo Saigon after reading the reviews on Yelp from a few Yelp friends that I respect. Parking at this restaurant is plentiful as it shares a lot with many other businesses in a busy shopping plaza. This is the kind of place that you walk up to the counter and place your order then they assign you a seat. Its a very casual ,comfortable restaurant. There were two of us eating so we decided to go with the #3($15.95)which is with just brisket & the #4($15.95) which is brisket and meatballs. After a few minutes of sitting down, they brought our bowls out-I'd say less than 6-7 minutes. My first response was "WOW!!" The sheer size of that bowl is what struck me-it was huge. Then again for $15.95,I think it makes sense. I'm a weirdo when it comes to pho,as I eat mine in a particular way.I drink all the broth before eating any of the noodles or meats or side additions. So after doctoring this bowl up with the sides, onions, bean sprouts, jalapeños,lime,Thai basil and chili oil-I went to town on that broth. I thoroughly enjoyed that broth,It had a rich flavor that truly only comes from a long simmering process-It was very good. After enjoying all that broth,I went after the brisket and noodles, Slurp City for sure!! The noodles were wonderful and the brisket was nicely flavored and textured. I really enjoyed my #3 from Sit Lo Saigon. That being said, after dissecting their menu a bit,I feel like I missed out on some quality items. The Oxtail or the Bone Marrow versions of their pho sounds like they would be a whole different level-so I plan on coming back when I'm out here and plan on giving one or both of those pho bowls a try-they sound amazing and if the broth in those versions are anything like the #3,it will for sure be a memorable meal. In closing,If you find yourself out in Elk Grove and find yourself craving some amazing pho,I'd recommend fully stopping by Sit Lo Saigon and giving their tasty dishes a try.

I was extremely happy with the portion size of it! Most of the time when I order pho at other places, I finish too quickly. But here, I always leave with a full tummy with left overs to take home as well. The pho broth has a rich, deep flavor and the ingredients taste fresh. And the bone marrow is MASSIVE with a good amount of marrow in it as well as extra meat on the outside. I also love how they have tea as one of the complimentary drink options. My only complaint is that the pho spoons look like they have been used and abused. They are kind of unsightly. Other than that, I will be a returning customer!

When we were seated, the waiter asked if we would like ice water or hot tea. Because of the way the question was phrased, we were under the impression that the tea was being offered as a complimentary option alongside the water. We were surprised to find a $2 charge for each tea on our final bill, especially as the tea remained untouched. I feel the way these beverages are offered is misleading and gives the impression that they are free of charge. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that your staff can be more transparent about pricing in the future to avoid catching other loyal customers off guard.

The broth has that slow-simmered taste that makes it feel like a real go-to, not just a quick meal. Their menu is simple & not overwhelming, yet still offer many dishes. The service is another reason we don't really stray elsewhere. The staff are always friendly without being overbearing, and they check in at the right times. Orders come out pretty quick, even when it's busy. They keep it organized & running smoothly. It's a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, nothing too flashy but clean and welcoming with ample of parking spaces available. Not to mention they can also accommodate larger groups. Overall, it's chef kiss. We shall return!
