We were headed back to PHX from Sedona and wanted to get a little down the road before stopping for caffeine and breakfast. It was (unfortunately) Mother's Day so this place was packed. They had a special menu and their staff was clearly working hard- but man service was much slower than we anticipated. 40 min for a breakfast sandwich, but we did get our drinks almost right away. We wish we had known how long the wait for food would have been so we could have just stuck to drinks and been on our way. I didn't love my smoothie. The Mexican mocha was just okay. I might would stop by again if I needed coffee along the route, but not on Mother's Day again. Overall experience was probably more like a 3, but the staff was working so freakin hard and were so friendly to everyone. Gotta round up for that hoping I just came on an off day. read more

Very cute little locally owned spot right on Main Street in Camp Verde. We are camping nearby for a bit (awesome hiking trails around here!) and wanted something unique for breakfast. You order at the counter and they give you a number. I ordered the avocado toast and an almond milk latte. Hubby had the breakfast sandwich and a cup of regular coffee. Both were absolutely fantastic! I loved the radish garnish. Service was super friendly and efficient. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating too. Cost was $32 so it's pricey. read more

Stopped a little way off the freeway for something other than Starbucks- Doesn't look like anything special from the parking lot, but as soon as you walk in you realize that this place is special. Wow what a great stop! This little coffee shop in an unassuming town does not disappoint and in fact was one of the best places we have been out to eat in a long time Coffee was amazing and hot and our breakfast burritos were excellent! We drive through Camp Verde often on our way to Happy Jack. Finally made a stop here and I am glad we did. First, I have to acknowledge how friendly the staff was. During this crazy covid time and most places being short staffed coming across a smiling face is rare. Every employee we came in contact with was professional and friendly! The cafe inside and out (along with the bathroom) were spotless. We ordered a couple Mexican Mochas one hot and one cold. The cold was better, but we enjoyed both! I got the veggie breakfast burrito and it was loaded with spinach, mushrooms, onions, red pepper, feta, potatoes, and I am sure I am forgetting something. It was wrapped nice and tight and didn't fall apart while devouring! My husband got the breakfast tacos - 3 to an order and he almost had a hard time finishing them. There was maybe a touch too much cilantro crema drizzle, but easily scrapped off. For me, it would have been just fine! I would much prefer to stop here than the starbucks right off the freeway. This is just minutes from the freeway and yes, it took a bit to get our food, but just like any restaurant you have to wait your turn! We will definitely be back. Keep it up! read more

When ordered "for here", the coffee comes in a glass or mug which is a touch I always appreciate. There are also a handful of food options on the menu which is nice. It's a small place and when I walked in I was amazed. A very great job with seating arrangements for such a small building. The service was great every time. They have homemade baked goods every day that are really delicious! I bought one or two items to go for dessert later on. The chai tea here is TO DIE for. I come here for brunch with my family every so often and I've never gotten a dish I haven't liked. The employees are very nice and work hard to make sure you get your food out as soon as possible. I opted for the veggie and cheese burrito. It looked like they make all their hot breakfast items to order (nothing pre-made). My burrito was excellent.
