We decided to take a little detour off the highway on our way home to Phoenix from Flagstaff. What a delightful little establishment! This is surely a hidden gem with the cutest inside-eclectic, fresh flowers on each table, light and airy! It is counter service then they will bring your order to you. We were greeted by several very friendly staff on arriving. I had a few questions which were answered without pause. I was going for breakfast, but they took their last breakfast order around 10:30. I ordered a quesadilla and a cold brew. My son of course wanted a piece of tres leches pumpkin cake. Oh my goodness! The cake! We found this little cafe on a Saturday on our way from Sedona to Phoenix. We just missed breakfast hours, they stop serving at 11am so we got lunch. I got an iced chai tea and the BLAT sandwich which wasn't bad. I wish there were more pieces of avocado and less bacon but overall not bad. It comes with either salad, chips, or fruit cup and I did the fruit cup which tasted really fresh. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food or drinks. read more

The layout is nothing fancy but the service is excellent and reliable, their plants are real. Now their food and drink is what makes this place memorable. Each order is crafted in a way that distinguishes it from your typical latte or sandwich. Eg. Sausage & egg sandwich (forgot the name) The eggs were fluffy, real, and cooked to perfect consistency. Beyond my favorite coffee shop in the entire verde valley. The kindness and staff are so exquisite and the coffee never fails. This place is constantly making new pastries, and nailing them every time. The consistency is always on point and I can't help but to mention again how much of an incredible staff is employed here. The coffee is made with love and the food is so delicious, I'm convinced the chefs are top notch. I truly think this is my favorite place to get a snack, eat a meal or just enjoy a nice beverage. It seems the owners changed around 2020 but they didn't bother to update their social media. I couldn't find a website or a menu online but since there appeared to be recent reviews I decided to take a chance and check it out. There was a lot of business on the Sunday morning we went so I guess the lack of updated social media is not hurting them. Unfortunately they only had one food menu and it was at the counter so you have to wait until you get up to the register to be able to look at the menu. It would be nice if they had a menu people could look at while waiting. Anyway I uploaded a photo of the menu so you can check it out in advance like I would have liked to. I had the Huevos Rancheros (daily special) which was very good. My wife liked the avocado toast. My son didn't care for the breakfast sandwich because the moscato sausage (whatever that is) had some spice he didn't like. I tasted it and I'm guessing it was cumin. Drink menu contained standard coffee shop fare. Staff did a good job even though it was very busy when we were there. read more

This place was amazing! Coming home from Sedona we stopped by several places offering breakfast on Sunday. Each place we stopped gave us nothing too appealing to keep our business. Hungry and in need of coffee we pulled out the phone and began a quick search. Coming down the freeway, we saw the reviews, photos and became curious!! Trust me, you should make this place a must stop! This place shines from its staff to the food. The lattes are excellent and the breakfast menu was extremely appetizing. It was hard to pick! The avocado toast was fantastic and my husband had one of the breakfast burritos. The burrito was made so well, he never needed a fork, (sign of a good Chef). We even got a peak of the lunch menu. This family owned restaurant is a true gem! The staff is on point and they run like a well oiled machine. We ate the food so fast that photos of empty plates would have filled this 5 star review! Delicious! Found this place on a drive from Parks, AZ to Saguaro National Park. It's a long drive and we left long before we were hungry. Camp Verde is where we got hungry. This café is a small blink-and-you-miss-it place as you drive by, but is definitely not to be missed. Hubster had the 3, 2, 1 plate and a mocha latte while I had the lemon ricotta waffles and a plain latte. The lattes were great! Food was wonderful. Very tasty. Definitely recommend this place! Returned two days later and had lunch. I had the Reuben sandwich and Hubster had he roast beef sandwich. Both were wonderful! read more

LOVED this cute little spot. Great Coffee that you could tell was freshly roasted. It was piping hot and smooth and the Staff were incredibly nice! We are staying here for a month and will be regulars while we are here. It's really such a neat little spot. So often in small towns you will find coffee shops that aren't real coffee shops but rest assured that this one was the real deal! This was a nice little find for me while driving through Northern AZ. Thanks A Latte is a cute little coffee shop in Camp Verde. Their coffee menu is pretty basic - Cappuccinos, Lattes, Mochas, etc. For food they have sandwiches, bagels, breakfast burritos and salads. They also have a variety of pastries. The decor is fun to look at and they have an open mic night for local musicians on Monday nights. The service wasn't bad and I noticed that lots of locals hang out here. I ordered the Verde Macchiato - an espresso drink with caramel, vanilla, and steamed milk. The drink was good but didn't stand out for me. I wish I had more to write but I just stopped in for a quick pick-me-up. I'm a big supporter of local businesses and wish them well. read more

I believe that they have renovated since the last time I've been here which was a few months ago. The atmosphere feels fancier and comfier. The staff was absolutely amazing as usual. Great little coffee shop. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Lots of parking, if you don't mind the dirt. Ordered a Chai Latte, the one with more spice and a breakfast burrito. The Chai was so good, I really wanted another one but the line got too long, I took it as a sign that I didn't need a second one. After getting this big plate of food delivered, it turned out to be the wrong order. That's good because I knew I shouldn't eat that much. I was however very pleased with the burrito.
