[[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly servers. Ample menu. Appropriate serving size for the price. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and continuously asked if there was anything I needed. Service was completely on point. The reason I gave it a four star instead of a five star is strictly opinion. The salsa did not have a blend or flavor profile that really matched the rest of the food. I feel like it left an odd taste that just tainted the flavor of everything else. Well, they have an extensive drink menu... The drink that I selected was very lackluster. With so many flavors on everything else I was just disappointed in the experience that their beverage option offered. If I were to return, I would try a different beverage to see if perhaps it just happened to be the one I tried that day. Very happy to see a nice selection of mocktails.

The first spot I've tried in the foodie factory and what a great start. If the other spots are half as good, I'll be stoked! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We decided to sit in the small indoor section. There's maybe 6 tables inside so be prepared to take one of the many outdoor tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You may need to order using the QR code if you do sit in the outdoor courtyard area-just a heads up. But no matter where you sit, you're in for great food and drinks. After crushing the complimentary chips and salsa, I managed to save enough room for some taco action. I had the cauliflower pastor tacos and was really happy with the vegetarian options. The flavor and spices were amazing! Loved the pineapple salsa topping. A little sweet to go with the savory. My friends had a variety of items including steak tacos and one of the rice bowls. Everyone was impressed. My only teeny tiny suggestion would have been that the cauliflower be chopped up a bit. The pieces were large which made the tacos hard to bite into and rip apart. But I had napkins and inhaled them nonetheless so it's a pretty small gripe in the scheme of things. Just my one suggestion. The service and drinks were every bit as awesome as the food. There's a large drink menu, mostly margaritas but some other cocktails, wine, and beer options. Drinks were basically a steal at only $8 per margarita. It's rare to find a drink in Orlando for only $8 so I happily sipped on a passion fruit margarita with the meal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely on my restaurant roster now but note it's in a pretty loud and energetic area. There was loud music going which did make conversation challenging.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for a quiet place, skip or save for a different occasion.

Service was very good and flavors on point. Margarita was delicious! The unfortunate part was we all went to try the Birria and they were out! There's no excuse for not having it!!!! We were the first people I. The place.

The place was packed, yet he made sure every customer was well taken care of. His service was incredible. When I told him I wanted to try as much as possible during my visit, he completely understood the assignment and recommended some amazing drinks. At Park Pub, we had the Come and Get This Pollen, I'm The Problem, I'm Vanilla Baby, and Tom Holland cocktails. Each one offered a unique experience, and I loved every single one. The bar also has a cozy Western vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. One of the best parts is that you can order food from any of The Food Factory's restaurants and enjoy it right at the bar. Take advantage of that--you'll thank me later. We kicked off our food journey with Buttercrust Pizza, ordering the Kickin' Hawaiian on the ultra-thin crust. Their pineapple is seasoned, which takes the flavor of the pizza to another level. It was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Next, we ordered from Grilled Cheezus. Their take on the classic grilled cheese comes with a bowl of tomato soup, but here's the fun part: the sandwich is pressed in a waffle maker. Every little square becomes the perfect vessel for scooping up the soup. It's such a creative twist on a classic comfort food. After that, we tried the award-winning wings from Kai Asian Street Fare, and they absolutely deserve the title. They were packed with flavor, cooked perfectly with a crispy crust. To finish our feast, we headed to Cafe Bueno Waffles. I couldn't decide, so I ordered several: the Churro Waffle, The Classic, and the seasonal S'mores Waffle. Even after trying them all, I still can't decide which one was my favorite. After this incredible food experience, take a relaxing walk around Oviedo on the Park, just steps away from The Food Factory. It's the perfect way to end an unforgettable day.

The cocktails I selected were not all that strong, but they were visually appealing. I absolutely loved the Buffalo Rock Shrimp. It had the perfect amount of spicy kick. We ordered an additional one since it was such a hit. The edamame is addictive. The only dish that fell flat for me was the Coco Roll. Nothing special really. Our server Lucy was hardworking and provided stellar service. She guided me to try their rośe sake, Amabuki, which was beautifully light, crisp and smooth. Lucy had us laughing and feeling good. We would love to be served by her again. This location is artistically styled inside with eye-catching Asian touches. It gets busy and ends up being somewhat noisy, but we could still hear each other at our corner table. The intimate lighting creates a sophisticated aura. Soon I'll return for their brunch since it has received rave reviews.

Amazing Happy Hour with Creative Sushi & Cocktails…read more Sushi Pop exceeded our expectations! Their happy hour is one of the best in the area, with a fantastic selection of sushi, small plates, and handcrafted cocktails at great prices. Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully plated, and tasted incredibly fresh. Some of our favorites were the crispy sushi tacos, which had the perfect crunch and were topped with creamy avocado, fresh herbs, and flavorful sauces. The bao bun was soft, fluffy, and packed with tender, savory meat and crisp pickled vegetables. We also tried several sushi rolls, including spicy and fresh fish options, and every bite was well-balanced and high quality. The tuna dish was exceptionally fresh and melted in your mouth. The cocktails were just as impressive--creative, refreshing, and beautifully garnished. They're definitely worth trying during happy hour. It was the perfect spot to enjoy drinks with friends while sharing a variety of dishes. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and sophisticated while still feeling comfortable and casual. It's ideal for date night, girls' night, or a fun evening out. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience even better. Overall, Sushi Pop delivers outstanding food, excellent drinks, beautiful presentation, and exceptional service. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend checking out their happy hour--you won't be disappointed!

I think some of the rhythm games could maybe be less loud or maybe more contained since a lot of them are next to one another and it gets hard to hear the game you're playing. A few of them are also difficult since they are in Japanese only, so it'd be nice to have a little guide on how-to-play. Most are pretty intuitive, but some are more difficult to figure out. Our last visit, one of the basketball machines wasn't working and the skee-ball was a little wonky. The 1 vs. 1 games on the 2nd floor were fun as well. We always end with a few games of pinball on our way out. Some of the games you can see the wear-and-tear since my last few visits, so I hope they are doing well enough where they can repair or replace them soon. I don't think I've tried any of their food or drinks, but there's a lot of shops nearby to eat and drink before or after visiting!
