During my last visit, I indulged in a chicken club (whole wheat) panini. Instead of pork bacon, they made it with turkey bacon. My side dish was lemon and herb potatoes. A must try! Crepes are huge, also a must try. Substitutions or additions to your meal or allowed and accommodated. After every visit to 3rd Wave, I leave full and satisfied. Most importantly, their healthy dishes don't leave me feeling like I need to join the gym next door. There are few booths for table service. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I was looking for something different for lunch and decided to give this place a try. They serve savory and sweet crepes and well as paninis. You can build your own crepes or choose from their list of specialty crepes. I ordered a turkey, tomato, avocado, and provolone crepe with Greek olive oil. The crepe was made to order and the ingredients were fresh. The cost was $8.50 which I found a bit high but the size of the crepe is about a foot long. The crepe itself was good, but I would probably go sweet next time as I don't think I like savory crepes in general. This cafe is located in the King's Court Gym building which is not the best location. It's not easily visible. Business was very slow the Saturday I went, just one table occupied. I wish the owners luck, but some words of advice - lower your prices, run more promotions, and get a bigger sign. read more

A savory crepe, large coffee and tip set me back $14 green backs. I ordered the Gyro crepe and French vanilla large coffee. The gyro meat was generous, but the flavor was hitting! I was looking for more flavor I guess. The coffee was ok, but pricey for organic. Not a big thing to me as I no longer consume coffee daily. Overall I wasn't too excited and probably thanks to that crepe place in Montclair. I'm not sure if I will return. I might try again with Mi Lady and update accordingly. I've had their Acai and pitaya bowls several times and both were good! Nothing crazy to write about to be honest. They're $9 but you do get a large bowl - still a little overpriced to me considering the toppings they put. The toppings are nothing too exciting... mostly granola (why?) and way too much of it to be honest, bananas, mango, and/or coconut. I work in the area and they deliver so I really order here on a last resort type of deal. The peanutaya is pretty good I guess. The mango one that I ordered wasn't anything special - it also had like 1 cup of shredded coconut on top and also on the bottom area. Seemed like they tried to fill space with the coconut. Food was good but the service got most of my order wrong on a slow day. We ordered crepes with gelato and two coffees. The person who took our order repeated everything back correctly but brewed and charged us for the wrong type of coffee which was way more expensive than the one we ordered (we ordered Kenya AA for 2.50 and they charged us for Hawaiian Kona for 5.00 and 7.50 for iced). To top it off, the (hot) coffee was served room temperature. They also forgot our gelato and we had to remind them we ordered it. Found this place after a Google search for crêpes near me since I'm constantly craving them these days. My favorite coffee/crêpe place is Coffee Shop in Hackensack, however, they are closed Sundays and also don't sell fresh juice, so this place wins on those things! Also, now that I live in this area, this one is closer. I had the breakfast crepe and an orange, carrot, mango juice. The crêpe came with a side of bananas, as per the menu it was supposed to also come with coffee, I didn't get it but it's ok because I didn't want any this particular morning. The breakfast crêpe was delicious- hearty, filling. The juice was awesome. I really also wanted a nutella crepe but I was just too full, maybe next time! The place itself is clean, the service was pretty fast. The parking was meh, there's a gym in the same complex and I guess a few shops, I think I remember seeing a hair salon...the lot was packed, but I did find a spot after 2-3 drive arounds.
