It came in great condition for the price so product was good but I would like to give 5 extra stars to the delivery team lead by Rene. We had a refrigerator delivered that morning by Home Depot's delivery people who would not install our refrigerator because our water valve was not turning. They offered to come back when we fixed the water valve. They said either that or they would have to turn off our main water line to install the refrigerator but they didn't want to do that either. So my husband over the phone had them just leave the refrigerator and he was going to install it. Since we were getting our washer sidekick delivered later that day my husband asked the Appliance Outlet delivery team to do it and they were more than willing to help us out! What an amazing experience from The Appliance Outlet. My fridge stopped working and I was frantically looking for a replacement and my sister recommended that I check this place out. I went online and saw what was available. I called and spoke with Jackie. She was very friendly and helpful. Everywhere else refrigerators are backordered and delivery dates are May and even as late as July. I was so happy to support local business. We ordered our first washer and the washer was not dispensing the detergent. We contacted the business it took awhile for them to respond and exchange the one we bought that did not work. They replaced it with a different model that has been worse. A thick layer of dirt and film goes on our clothes every time we wash them. I have used the washer cleaners to get rid of the scum but it is imbedded in the washer. I think the washer was used before we got it and returned by the customer then passed on to us. The dispenser for the detergent works when it wants too. We have had the repair company out 2x and it still does not work properly. I am very disappointed in The Appliance Outlets products.
