I have been searching for a particular refrigerator for weeks. I had searched many sites and read many reviews. Tony the salesperson, was very up front and honest with me. I had many concerns with many of the other stores and he explained to me the good and bad with buying a used refrigerator. I was convinced that I should make the additional investment to purchase a new one. He gave me a really good deal. I checked around and could not find a better price. They set up the delivery for the next day. It was a very painless process. The next day I was contacted by the delivery person Rene, who gave me an hour window in which he should arrive. He arrived on time, was very friendly and reassuring through the process. He was patient while I emptied my old refrigerator hauled it out and brought in the new refrigerator by himself and did and incredible job. He waited for us to clean and scrub the floor once he removed the old refrigerator. Again he told us to not worry and take our time. He patiently waited for us to get things ready. He then placed the new refrigerator and made all of the connections. I can truly say it was a 5 star experience from the purchase to the delivery to the hauling away of the old refrigerator. I would highly recommend them and will be returning to them for all of my appliance purchases. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that place the customer first. read more

I had a great experience shopping with this company! I found an item I wanted that was $400 below MSRP at Home Depot new out of box. The customer service was awesome and they were patient with my delivery schedule as I was waiting on construction. They delivered the item exactly as described and were there for me when I needed to make an adjustment to my order with complete support and great customer service. I was desperately looking for an LG pedestal for my new dryer and the employees here were very helpful over the phone. They were honest about damage on open box items and sent pictures. The prices were great and they are very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have shopped here prior to purchasing my new washer and dryer because I saw the same open box model for almost $1000 less than what I paid next time I'll go here first! Good selection, but even better pricing. Once we agreed to pricing, the appliances were delivered. Driver was on time and courteous. Lastly, my installation required a y splitter to connect the dryer to water line. I thought they were going to charge my extra, but the driver simply went out to his truck and came in with the hose at no extra charge. read more
