Lately two breakfast sandwiches are wrong--on a bagel instead of croissant & it's missing the extra bacon. This past Sunday, though, was a new level of incompetence and attitude. We placed our normal order, but the employee typed in breakfast wraps, not bacon & cheese croissants and then proceeded to argue that we said wraps. So, of course the food was wrong after we went to drive off. My husband went inside and the woman said, "Well, that's what happens when you change your order." He didn't yell, didn't argue, just said "We'll have to agree to disagree" and took the correct food. Seriously, I have worked in customer service for 32 years and would be fired if I ever said anything remotely like that. Do better, Dunkin'. Please.
