We got a vehicle and in the same day the engine light came on with a lot of codes that they cleared before giving it to us. Managers were talking to us like we are uneducated. Unorganized place. My car was completely not sold to me correctly ! If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would . When the car was sold to me I had to fill up my own gas and they only put $10 towards it. No clean job, the oil in my car needed to be changed which they did so nice job on service!! Michael Edwards was salesman . Completely not a man of his word . When I first purchased the vehicle I asked if theirs any other cars on the lot he informed me their wasn't but when I called other location they said the Richmond location just received cheaper cars on the lot . Great chance to get on your feet. Really rude lady taking appointments for oil changes. I've been bringing my car for almost two years for oil changes and she has not acquired one once of customer service skills. I was recently told when I called in to make an appointment for an oil change that appointments were no longer needed and I could just walk in. I was shocked and said okay. I walked in today and she's in there without a clue about "walk-ins". Instead of apologizing to me for someone giving me the wrong info and making me drive here, she proceeds to go back and forth with me about it but I wasn't shocked because this is the experience you get with her. Riund 2 We returned the truck friday night. No hassle return....lol...hassle is all they gave us. We tried to return the truck and get our money back. We were asked why we were returning the vehicle. We answered buyers remorse...and the fact that YOU LIED TO US. About what he asked. I replied. The u joint, oil change, spark plugs, evap code, passenger seat broken & torn weather stripping. Let me start by saying I used to sell cars; but, this is the first time I've ever purchased a car from a dealership that I didn't work at. I've also done a European Delivery before. Therefore, I had high expectations for this car-buying experience. I would say that this is a dealership that is untraditional. They do in-house financing for consumers who have less-than-perfect credit. They don't waste any time here. You don't really shop for a car FIRST. You go in, sit down, and fill out all of the credit paperwork before you look at the selection of cars that you can afford. I really liked that. My credit was damaged due to the strain of a divorce. I actually tried to get a car loan 2 months prior to this experience and got denied. This time, I brought in a co-signer and was assured that they could help. Once we were told the paperwork that we would need to be considered, we went home and got it, then came back that same day and they delivered. I appreciated that very much because they treated us with dignity and respect. Our salesman Demetrius and our finance manager Mr. Baez were laid back and really wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Once we were given our budget, we selected the best car available that suited our needs. There was a slight mix-up over one particular car that, first, was in our budget, then wasn't, then was again after we committed to putting down $500. We got the car we wanted but this was the only slight hiccup that we experienced. All-in-all we were treated nicely by the staff, the car is perfect for us and I would recommend to anyone with less than perfect credit and a decent income to check them out. Only reason I give a star is because there's no option for zero. I have had the absolute worst auto buying experience with this dealership ever. First car they sold me had such a bad transmission slip it acted like it was going to leap out of the car. Second vehicle also had a slipping transmission and lots more including terrible vibration which the dealership stared wasn't there. Took it to a tire shop and the tires were out of round causing massive vibration issues. They told me that regardless of how poorly the car was maintained and even though they verbally stated and on paper that the car was safe, pressing the service manager on the glaring issues went nowhere. He wanted me to leave the car for an undisclosed amount of time to fix all the stuff they should have fixed before I took possession of the car. Looking at the Carfax it's apparently obvious they lied about it not being in a major accident and maintained. I am paying almost 4 times the value of the vehicle and now have to spend another 6700+ to repair all the stuff they claimed was ok. I purchased a new to me 2013 Chevy Cruz and unfortunately due to life and credit issues this is where I had to go to get me a car ASAP. The customer service ,while there ,was good, but aftercare is totally "we're doing you a favor". I got a car under a two year warranty on specific issues as long as I kept up with oil changes. First, I had to stop and get gas when I drove off the lot. Now, I know they are not a huge dealership, but when purchasing a car I've never had a dealership not fill you up. Not two weeks of having the car was it alerting me that an oil change was needed. But the topping on the cake was today taking my son to school. Driving over a sewer cap, that's on every street in America, all of a sudden I hear a rattling noise and the car was riding a little funny. Took it to a shop close to the school and it turns out my rear shock was broken. The shop did a fix for me and suggested I fix it completely ASAP. I reach out to Auto Connection to see about them fixing it because I just purchased this car in November!!! This was not a pot hole or deep pocket in the road I hit. It was a flat road!! The say it's not covered and I would need to pay out of pocket. I was in a desperate situation and needed a car so I ran across auto connection. I had $500 down and got a 2007 Buick with 86000 miles. I well I'm paying aLmost $15000 for this old ass car ! Whatever right I pay $400 a month. Well 3 months in to having this POS it gets turned off for late payment ... okay my fault ! I asked for extension until Friday payday and they turNed it off that morning cool. So I go to work , pay the full month payment and it's suppose to be automaticAlly turned back on. So 5 hours later I return home and it still will not start ! So I couldn't reach anyone until Saturday morning ! Ok so then cOme tow the car at 10am because the cut off box isn't receiving signals. I kept calling and finally I get told it's ready "thanks for the call". So I get a ride to pick it up. Okay so fast forward to today, not even a week later. I get to work and my car makes the Same noise it did when it was about to be cut off. I go to start it on lunch and won't start, my payment isn't for qnother couple days and I'm not behind on anything !! So I call at 12:36 and they said they couldn't find me for the owner of the vehicle smh. So they find me & they have to tow the vehicle again (mind you a guy who picked it up p Saturday said if during the week it would be returned back to me but due to it being short on weekends I would have to pick it up). So it's now going on 3pm and they still haven't called to tow it. They don't have a loaner vehicle they have zero sympathy being that is my ONLY means of transportation. They don't have an urge of urgency, they are just a so nonchalant and thIs is on their end NOT MINE. They don't know anything about it being towed back to me , I get no knock down on the price due to being inconvenienced not ONCE but TWICE. Really regret my decision of going through them. Service on the cars are literally temporary and seem to go right back to the same problem within weeks. The amount of the car's worth are literally nothing and you pay more than a new cars payment for them.
