    On the way to Sausalito

The food was very good. We had pad see ewe w/chicken and chicken saute. The outside and inside tables were all dirty. We had to ask them to wipe table after being seated. We were the only ones there.

One of the best, if not the best, pad see ew I've ever had!! And in Sausalito of all places???? So random! I was craving Thai food and decided to get this place because how cool is that name while my party went to the restaurant across and I'm so glad I did. There was a generous portion of protein and the spice level and flavor was exquisite. I got the spicy and it was def spicy- had to sip the Thai tea between every bite which I'm not mad about because the Thai tea was also so delicious. I will be thinking about this place forever and ever.

Good Thai food in Sausalito. We stopped by for lunch today while visiting town. Parking was available in the street outside ($2.50 per hour, 3 hours max) and we were seated right away. We weren't too hungry so decided to get a few appetizers - satay chicken, fried calamari, roti with yellow curry - all of which were good. The best dish was what followed - sticky rice with mango dessert - which was enjoyed by us all! Service was adequate, and total bill after tax and tip was a little over $70.

The is a small restaurant with both indoor & outdoor seating and a modern and inviting atmosphere, up the stairs on the 2nd level of businesses on Bridgeway near the harbor. After being out in the cold, watching the Sausalito Lighted Boat Parade on Saturday night, we decided that ThaiTanic was a fitting option for dinner. We ordered for takeout, and service was friendly, with about a 15-minute wait for our food to be ready. We got an order of shrimp rolls, roti with a side of curry, pineapple fried rice with beef and added prawns, and grilled thai steak. Wow, everything was amazing, especially the juicy and flavorful steak. Of the items we got, this was my fave, but all of the dishes were really good. I definitely recommend this spot.

Food is fresh and delicious. This is only one of two Thai restaurants in Sausalito. Both are good. Totally worth it!

Don't let the punny name fool you- ThaiTanic serves up authentic flavors. As a Drunken Noodles lover, I can confirm this spot delivers. The portions are generous and combines a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and garlic flavor with fresh Thai basil. A huge plus: beef is the same price as chicken which made my protein choice very easy!

Was in town for the day and stopped in for lunch. We were the first to dine in as we arrived around 11:30a. They open at 11am. Staff were ok. Not super friendly just took our order and brought our food. The restaurant isn't really big but there are several tables. We ordered the following items: Tom Yum Goong Noodle Soup Pineapple Fried Rice Chicken Pad See-ew Beef Pad Thai Chicken Green Curry with tofu comes w/ Jasmine White Rice Everything we ordered was good. I honestly loved everything. We were a party of 6 so they added a 20% gratuity. My favorite was the green curry chicken and pineapple fried rice & tom yum goong noodle soup. I would definitely dine here again. I want to try the mango sticky rice next.

Came here after coming back from a hike and we were seated immediately! Good: - Generous portion sizes and the price is super cheap for the amount of food we got - The tom kha gai dish was really good - I loved the sweet and savory combo - The khao soi was decent, I liked the tom kha more, but it was huge! Good soup and curry flavor - Very nice staff! Very cute date spot. Food came out quick. Bad: - The place is pretty modern but casual and we had to flag down the waiter quite a lot Overall would come again! Super

I think our vibe gives people to dine in. This place is a small family restaurant in saucelito. After we got sat. The whole place became full Just like that. with 2 servers and 3 cooks..They were very consistent and fast. Not loosing the Thai Food quality. I'll give this place a 5 thumbs up . Their Crispy Thai Leaf salad is i'd say the Best. I live in San Francisco but their Thai Leaf Salad is the best Ive tasted. Nui the Server was on top of the Service. Calm yet very quick. Had Salmon too..Id be back here again thats for sure..

So happy to rediscover this tucked in spot today. Lovely service & veggie pad see-ew was fresh & flavorful!

Thai Tanic serves up fine authentic Thai food from the TomKha soup to PhadThai. Located in small, cozy space with good service.

I like the Fermented Tea Leaf Salad here better than anywhere else. And I've eaten at all the other places. This salad is packed with all that salty, sour, crunchy, tea...leafy flavor that you get a fraction of in other restaurants. I don't actually order anything else. Partner orders some things mostly with duck; I don't like duck but here it's good enough that I will steal a piece. Curry is bomb. Best part is they don't mix the salad at the table or do anything but bring you lots of salad quickly and then let you eat it in peace. The people who run it are very nice. We've never had trouble getting a seat and we don't want to have trouble so just go when we're not planning to be there, ok? It's a cute little place and I hope it stays open because I don't know what I'd do otherwise because I seriously love the salad. Not expensive, as well. Now I want salad.

*Vegetarian Foodie Review*…read more We went with a group of friends for the first time, the day before Father's day, for a father's day celebration. This place has a nice typical burger-joint kind of vibe. We were worried about getting a seat since we were a group of 10, but we got seated within 5 mins of arriving, no reservations needed. Ordered: 1) Napa Truffle Fries: 5/5 2) Seasoned Fried: 4/5 3) Silverado Veggie Burger: 5/5 - Housemade patty. Omg, this was delicious! Being a vegetarian, I always love patties that are made in-house rather than the kinds like impossible patties, which I truly can't stand. 4) Grilled Cheese Sandwich (from the kid's menu) - for my 5 year old. It came with fries and she finished it all. She mentioned it was really yum. 5) Some fruit mix drink (non-alcoholic): 5/5 - can't remember the name, but it was amazing. Service was fairly quick, considering it was a busy Father's day weekend. Next time I am in Sausalito, I am definitely coming back!

I really enjoyed the thoughtfully curated omakase menu arrangement. A standout highlight for me was the tender baby ginger sourced from Hawaii and marinated fresh in-house--I've never had anything like it anywhere else! The chef was engaging and informative, explaining each course so you know the exact origin of the ingredients and how they were expertly prepped. The final dessert course was way beyond my expectations: the slightly warm, chewy green tea mochi paired with the creamy vanilla gelato was an absolute match made in heaven. My sole, minor complaint is that they charge extra for tea. For a high-end omakase experience at this price point, it really should include complimentary tea to provide a seamless, complete meal.

They also had some more interesting creations, like the sesame salmon with lemon cream, which was a fun change from the more traditional pieces. The highlight for me was a dish prepared by the kitchen that had a piece of fish lightly fried in potato starch and served in a seaweed and vinegar broth. That was probably the most surprising dish of the meal and one of my favorites since the different flavors were subtle and worked well together. They also had fresh wasabi, which was a nice touch. The chawanmushi didn't have quite the smooth, pudding-like texture I was expecting, but the flavors were really good. The mushrooms, ikura, and subtle hit of yuzu worked really well together. Super popular spot with lots of seating and different seating options, and pretty much everything was full when we went.
