Good spot to chill by the water after a long day at the beach. They have a number of different seating options outside. Food prices are in the $20-$40 range. We got the classic fish and chips and the grilled swordfish. The fish and chips were quite good. The fish was lightly battered and fried just right. Service was very good. Overall it was a good experience though a bit pricey. Parking is somewhat limited.

One of the best restaurants on the Farm Coast. The chowder is terrific and excellent fish and chips. It is always busy during the summer, but the outside bar on the dock is a great place to grab a beverage while you wait for a table.

Somewhat pricey but I've never had a bad meal. Great place to go have a drink on the deck on a hot summer night. Creme brulee is yummy!

The weather the day I went was ideal. The cold lobster roll is a decent offering. At $28, it's not super expensive, compared to spots closer to Boston. While it's not a huge roll, the lobster was decently tender and had modest flavor. It did not have too much mayo or filler. Not the most amazing lobster I've ever had but it's a good offering. The frozen lemonade, while it's about 8-10 oz, is nice deal at $2. The drink was smooth and not too sweet. Service was friendly enough and did not negate the good experience. The restaurant was clean and tidy, which can be the opposite at some of these clam/lobster shacks.

While we sat on the bench to get a table assigned to us we had a drink. For those who love frozen drinks this is your Mecca. There is a huge variety to choose from. I will caution you they are very pricing at $16 a glass. The better option is a flight of 4 small glasses for $21. The menu is extremely limited with a focus on oysters and lobster rolls. They do have a small bowl of chowder for $8. Again pricey for a cup but it was delicious. Now I am a lobster roll snob so I had to be critical. The serving of meat for a $28 roll that comes with chips was sufficient. My one critique that took away a full star is the mayo was very watery and made the hot dog roll very mushy. That is a huge turn off for me. If I go again I would ask for the lobster plain and get the mayo or butter on the side. The view is lovely and the staff very friendly so it is definitely worth the trip.

We generally sit outside during the summer months. We go to Horseneck Beach a lot and this place is a stable when we want a sit down dinner. They have a fire pit with wood, which I absolutely love. They also have a tent set up that has an outside bar and a lot of tables. We have sat inside before in October after surfing as it gets kind of chilly. I've had a lot of stuff on their menu. I'd have to say my favorite dish is their eggplant fries. They are cooked perfectly every time, come with an aïoli and are really just absolutely one of my favorite foods. The picture I posted is from a lobster BLT special and as you can tell, they didn't skimp on the lobster. I've also had their lobster roll, which is absolutely delicious. They have homemade coleslaw that accompany many of the dishes and I highly recommend that too. The staff is always great, especially considering that most of them are part-time and working a summer job. They carry soda from a local soda company, which is awesome as they support all local businesses, including breweries. The drinks are a little pricey, but aligned with other places that are open seasonally around the area. They have an extensive dessert menu with quite a few homemade desserts. I've liked everyone that I've had from them! This will remain in our restaurant rotation, and I would suggest that you check it out for yourself. It's a great family owned restaurant that makes you feel like family.

Busy Saturday of Labor Day weekend and thank God I was smart and made a reservation a few days…read morebefore because this place was JAMMIN. Somehow scored a 4:30 reso and from the second we walked in the energy was amazing. We were greeted at the door with so many smiles and the entire host team was so pleasant, not only to us but to everyone waiting. We met the GM Joe and you could immediately tell his team truly loves and respects him. He was running that front door like a soccer captain, greeting guests, helping his team, checking tables and keeping everything moving. We scored an amazing table on the patio overlooking the water and were greeted by Jennifer who was seriously the BEST. She walked us through the menu and pointed out some of the iconic and legendary dishes we needed to try. You could tell she knew the menu and genuinely loved the food she was describing. Right from the beginning she sold us on this beautiful raw tuna special, but obviously being in New England we needed oysters and some raw bar too. She recommended the grilled octopus to have in between our courses and told us we needed to try the chowders. Everything she recommended was spot on. Ohh and she told me I needed to try the Corporate Chefs Wife's own Hot Sauce!! It was so good! The cocktails were amazing and I finished with a mezcal cocktail that was an absolute A+. One of my favorite parts of the whole experience was honestly watching the hospitality and teamwork throughout the restaurant. Everyone was helping everyone. You can tell this place is really well run and that the people working there actually enjoy being there. Jennifer especially was just happy, genuine and so much fun to have taking care of us. Joe, Jennifer and the entire team, thank you for making one of my final end of summer meals in New England something I'll truly never forget. Amazing food, amazing view, great cocktails and even better hospitality. Can't wait to come back.

There is tons of seating but I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time to avoid waiting. We were seated right away while other walk-ins waited for a table to open up. We started with some Rhode Island Oysters and I love that it has today's date on it along with where they got it and what the flavor profile is. The 3 I tried were slightly salty, briny, with varying (clean/mineral) finishes. They were super delicate yet rich in flavor. The Caviar Cones were a bit gimmicky; the crème fraiche overpowered the caviar but it practically melted in my mouth. We got the Lobster Shrimp Fritters aka Bag O' Donuts which I surprisingly liked although they are pretty batter-heavy. It paired well with the Castle Hill "Windward Weiss" Draft. This is a great dish to just have on the table for sharing. For entrees, we got the Warm Buttered Lobster Roll and Fish Sandwich. I absolutely loved this Fish Sandwich. Crispy, flaky, light. The shaved lettuce and pickles added some fresh crunch. My only suggestion would be to swap the kewpie mayo for tartar sauce. The Warm Buttered Lobster Roll had large, fresh pieces of lobster inside. The brioche was nicely toasted & buttered but I didn't care for the lettuce and the crispy onions were good for texture but felt out of place. All in all, really solid lunch!

We rolled in around 5:30 on a Monday and apparently beat the dinner rush because there were still plenty of empty tables. Timing: impeccable. We were seated immediately at a high-top by the front window, and our waitress was right there with water, drink orders, and appetizer suggestions. No wandering around desperately trying to make eye contact with someone holding an iPad. We were off to a good start. The atmosphere here is always casual, lively, and cool. The bar? Always packed. Apparently everyone in Padanaram got the same memo. Now, the food. We started with the lobster rangoons -- crispy outside, creamy and gooey inside. Basically little fried envelopes of happiness. The Thai shrimp were tender and covered in a sweet coconut curry sauce. Delish. I could have happily kept dipping things into that sauce until someone asked me to leave. The New England clam chowder was exactly what chowder should be: creamy, savory, hearty, and satisfying. No unnecessary reinvention. New England knows what it's doing here. And then came the steamers, because when you're in New England, you get the steamers. It's practically a residency requirement. These were cooked perfectly -- tender without turning into seafood-flavored chewing gum -- and came with the traditional broth for rinsing away the sand and melted butter for adding back all the calories you just washed off. It's a beautiful system. The cocktails were fantastic, service was great, and the whole meal hit the spot. Sail Loft continues to be a solid Padanaram favorite. Come for the waterfront-town vibes, stay for the seafood, and definitely don't skip the lobster rangoons.

I wish I took a picture of my salad. I got the wedge salad which was just two small pieces of lettuce which was also a quarter inedible.
