Got delivery from here. Turkey and cheese on a garlic bagel and a rainbow bagel. Prices were crazy high. For almost 11 dollars for my turkey and cheese bagel and looking at some pictures they have I was expecting a monster bagel sandwich. It was not. It was kinda cold and small. Honestly I've made better ones myself way cheaper. And 4 bucks for a rainbow bagel that was not even sliced or toasted no butter or anything is insane. What a wonderful Saturday morning stop! The bagels were still warm, the veggie cream cheese and pumpkin cream cheese spreads were home made and delicious, and the staff was so friendly! The whole place felt sparkling clean and sunny, and I appreciated all of the precautions such as plexiglass sheeting, signage about masks, etc. We've been trying all the bagel shops in the area and finally found, in Bagel House, "our" bagel place. I ordered everything bagels and they were delicious. You could tell they boiled the dough first, and baked it fresh on the premises. The bagel was still warm. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You could smell the rye, poppy and sesame seeds. The blue berry muffins were delicious with plenty of blueberries and the cake part was moist. They are open for pandemic. You can call ahead or stop. Service is outside at a service window. Thank you to the owners for feeding us during this crazy time! read more

I love a good bagel. After reading the reviews my husband and I stopped at The Bagel House this morning. The location is not too easy to find but we found it and stopped in. My husband ordered an egg sandwich and I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. While we waited we Had coffee which was good. The staff was friendly and the place appeared to be immaculate. Unfortunately the bagels were not up to par. They were rather dry and very dough-y at the same time. My bagel was not even toasted and I ended up throwing it out. If you know bagels and like a good one this is not the place for you. I wish them the best and maybe they will get a better method of making a good bagel. read more

My husband and I have been meaning to try this place since we discovered it a few months ago - we were both off work today and so finally got to try it and I'm so glad we did! The everything bagel I had was perfect and so was their homemade garlic & herb cream cheese. As a bonus, the amount of cream cheese on the bagel was perfect (I hate when there's so much I have to scrape it off!). My husband enjoyed his sausage, egg & cheese on a poppy bagel. Do not order delivery from them. Ordered night before so it was last minute. Delivery app said, ordered being prepared, order being picked up...then suddenly they can't complete order...the one that was being prepared? Wouldn't have ordered from there anyway after reading other reviews....seems like they nail it or totally mess up order. Found this place this morning when I had a craving for bagels. Ended up buying a mixed dozen and two varieties of cream cheese. The bagels were still warm by the time I got home and I just devoured an Everything Bagel. Wow. Perfect crust with soft interior and great taste. Seems they've only been open since April, but I am sure the secret will get out soon that this is the best place around for oven fresh bagels. Excellent customer service, too. Born and raised in North Jersey, I came across this bagel shop while in the area for a work trip. The store is clean, up to date and has delicious food. My boyfriend and I stopped in for bagels on a Saturday morning, on our way out of the city for the weekend. It was a quaint little place, with very nice employees, and everything was extremely clean. However, it took about 15 minutes for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese (one with bacon) to be ready. Once we unwrapped the bagels, we were a bit disappointed, as the everything bagels had nearly no everything seasoning on them, and my "toasted" bagel was not toasted at all. I feel as if it might have just been an off morning for the crew there, and I would be willing to give it a second chance. Please put more seasoning on the everything!! read more

I always passed the bagel house on my commute and wanted to try it due to my bagel obsession. The outside of it and the outdoor seating was very cute. I appreciated the extensive menu and there were many things I wanted to try. I was in a rush and wanted something simple so I just ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. There were 2 people who had already ordered in front of me and one other person behind me also waiting to order. I waited for my order to be taken for a very long time to the point where I considered leaving. I stayed because I knew I wanted to still give them a try but I could see the other customers getting upset as well. My simple order ended up taking a very long time and I didn't like that it wasn't a fast moving shop like most bagel places I've been to. The bagel was kind of hard and there wasn't a huge amount of cream cheese on it. I see they have good reviews from other people so I would maybe try it again when in the area. read more

Tried this since Abington All Star Bagel closed, and I need to find a new bagel spot. Nice variety of bagels, but it was a bit slow to get my order. Staff was friendly, but considering I ordered three of the same bagels (with cream cheese, not toasted) and it was not crowded, it should have been much quicker. The bagels themselves were pretty good; enough 'bite' on the outside, but chewy enough on the inside. The cream cheeses that we picked (garlic for me, strawberry for kids) were great, but they really skimped on it here. Both flavors were some of the best I've ever had, but they barely put any cream cheese on any of the bagels. I'd go back and try more, but hardly a 'go-to' spot after this visit. read more

Exactly what a small business should be. The owner was as the register the first time my husband and I checked it out, and he was very nice and friendly, taking time to ask us questions and get to know us. Just tried their brand new delivery service and when my order wasn't right, the driver immediately called to get the right order started, and a new sandwich was delivered minutes later, with part of our order refunded. The owner and employees seem like genuinely nice people interested in servicing the neighborhood. Consider giving them your business instead of going to a chain!
