Limu and spicy ahi poke bowl, Bikini Blonde beer
Kimberly O.

I've been here a few times now and it has always been a nice experience. Good selection of wines, starting at 8.50 for I think a 6oz glass. They also have unique choices of pupus to eat with your wine. The best part is their location inside the new Foodland Farms, since you may order food from the vast array of ready made choices...from poke bowl and sushi to steak and salad, rotisserie chicken, salad bar, hot bar, ice creme, pastries, pretty much anything your heart desires, and you may eat it at The Bar, and chat with the friendly bartenders.

Spago is our special place. My husband and I celebrated our wedding here three years ago, and we've…read morereturned every year since for our anniversary. It has become part of our story, and every visit continues to feel just as meaningful and memorable as the first. The setting is absolutely stunning. Between the beautifully designed interior and the outdoor seating overlooking the beach in front of the Four Seasons, it creates one of the most romantic date-night settings on Maui. The food never misses the mark. We started with an English pea soup that was exquisitely seasoned and beautifully balanced. I followed with the Broiled Miso Marinated Walu, tender, delicate, mildly sweet, served with sesame sauce and crisp cucumbers that added the perfect contrast. The rack of lamb was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. Dessert was unforgettable: the "Spikey Lemon" calamansi cake with yuzu curd and crunchy meringue, plus freshly baked donuts that arrived crispy, warm, and drenched in a divine chocolate sauce. Pure heaven. But what truly sets Spago apart, and what makes each visit unique, is the front-of-house staff. Over the years we've been lucky enough to be served by both Jeb and Mikayla. Jeb was also our waiter on our wedding night, which made seeing him again feel especially meaningful. He has a rare gift: he makes guests feel genuinely special. His knowledge of the menu is remarkable, he reads the flow of a meal perfectly, and he is charming, funny, and effortlessly attentive without ever being overbearing. What keeps us coming back isn't just the food or the atmosphere. it's the impeccable hospitality. One moment we'll never forget: on our wedding night, after I mentioned I was Austrian, Jeb surprised us with a Kaiserschmarrn. It was unexpected, thoughtful, and one of those gestures that instantly lets you know you're more than just another table. You're valued. Thank you to the front-of-house staff, thank you to the kitchen, and thank you, Wolfgang Puck, for creating a place that has become such an important part of our lives. We'll keep coming back.

The macadamia nut encrusted mahi-mahi, and the chef special fish were extraordinary. We had the papaya salad and chef's choice flatbread for appetizers and they were super yummy. She made great suggestions and even altered a few things on the menu to balance out the perfect meal. Easy parking, cute shops to check out treats and then headed to brunch. We were seated in the back overlooking the plantation. It was spectacular! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. We started with pork belly bao that was good- the pickled veg was the best part. I got a side salad with the papaya dressing and the maui onion soup en croute at the waitresses recommendation, both were so good and the greens were grown right at the farm. My husband got the Caesar salad with chicken, he liked it. One son got the loco moco and said it was good. We were very happy with the location, the ambiance and the food.

Colorful artwork creates visual interest to adorn original General Store architecture (presumably) of lofty ceiling heights with high operable windows and marries the vintage to contemporary. Both were served with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. The Prime Rib was 14oz and cooked perfectly. The Short Rib was fork tender and well seasoned. I hope they offer Kamaaina deals more often!

It added such a beautiful energy to the space and broke things up in the best way without taking away from the vibe. Every single dish we ordered was impeccable. Not one miss. The drinks were also perfectly balanced--crafted with intention, not just poured--and it definitely showed. Service? Top-tier. Our water glasses were never empty, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Huge shoutout to our server, Tori, who was absolutely amazing. She knew the menu front to back--ingredients, preparation, flavor profiles--and guided us with the best recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience. And the finale... the 24-carat gold dessert. Easily the best way to end the night--such a fun, elevated touch that made the whole experience feel even more special.
