They do have big biscuits and the service was pretty good, but our food was not good. We spent almost $50 after tip for two people, and had to grab something after we left. Based on the reviews, maybe our order was just bad. My hash browns were flat due to them being so oily. When I pushed down on them with a fork, oil just ran out. They were not edible. We ordered our eggs over medium and they came out barely cooked. The bacon and breakfast potatoes felt and tasted pre packaged. I had a chicken fried steak which was fine. Based on my experience, if you don't mind paying a real high price for a large biscuits and low quality food, this is your place. read more

The food was very good and our waitress was great. The restaurant was clean. We were seated next to the patio door. It was a rainy/windy day and temps in the 50's so nobody was on the patio. However, the doorway had a waitress standing in front of it the entire time of our visit, as if to either guard the door or keep the patrons in line, not sure which. Eventually, 7 or 8 of the wait staff congregated there, shooting the breeze and joking around. Felt like we were dining in the employee lounge. This was all within about 6 feet of our table. The kicker was one waitress was going in and out of the door, holding it open at one point, creating a chilly draft. Another waitress overheard us commenting on it and told the waitress going in and out, with her reply "I don't care". I can't imagine any business in this economy paying people to stand around and ignore the guests. It's not the only or best breakfast place in town. We will be going elsewhere next time we visit Tulsa. read more

Went into today with my family party of 5 had to wait over an hour but hey it's our first time and we are all starving so the reviews seem good. Get seated order a traditional eggs Benedict which comes described as perfectly poached eggs. Well mine were over hard and being that gave me a lack of yoke I asked for a side of hollandaise sauce I was immediately met with opposition saying that would cost an additional $2.50 when I explained the sauce was needed to cover the fact the kitchen over cooked my eggs. The waiter left the table and went got Aubrey some form of a shift leader she told me that she could remake my plate but she could not bring me a side of hollandaise sauce it was just incomprehensible. Rather than make a scene I just did not eat my breakfast and they still charged me for my meal even though I only had two bites. Our waiter bless his heart was mortified and apologized over and over again however I paid well over $60 bucks for a breakfast I could not even eat!!! Plus had to deal with Aubrey and her rude behavior in front of my family is embarrassing!!!! If I was the owner and I knew my employees were jeopardizing my investments I would wanna know!! Have to say food was pretty good but service no so much . We waited 10 minutes for some to ask us what we wanted to drink my wife ordered oj and didn't even get it . We had to ask the person that gave our food for some because ar waitress didn't come back until after we had already started eating . She never asked if we needed refills so we had to share what water we had . I saw her standing up and the counter talking with the other staff we she could of been attending to use. The restaurant was not that busy so I see no excuse for poor service . I was trying to pick up my postmate order to make money to pay my bills because I recently moved to Oklahoma and I am struggling a little and instead of me grabbing my order and leaving to make more money once it was ready. My elderly aunt and uncle just got there and didn't even have the chance to read the menu. We were driving though Tulsa and decided to give the Big Biscuit a try since it had a "unique" name. We ordered the Ranch Hand Scram Bowl and an order of Biscuits and gravy, and our meals were extremely lackluster. The food is bland, the gravy is sort of ok, at best, the hash browns were nothing special and the biscuit was not impressive except for it's size. The Ranch Hand is supposed to have steak, but the steak in my bowl was thin as a piece of lunch meat, and half it's size of that lunch meat. We came in with high hopes, and left with $45 less in our pocket. You can buy a better tasting breakfast at McDonalds for a fraction of the cost. The only thing impressive of the Big Biscuit is the name and size of the biscuit. I don't know why this place has so many high ratings because it's not worth it. Maybe people in OK have never had a breakfast with real flavor. Either way we will never eat at a Big Biscuit again. read more

Wasn't overly impressed. Big negative for me was sausage gravy only. Ordered turkey and spinach omelet which was good but not generous by any means. $2 upcharge for fruit sub for potatoes. Upcharge for pancake. Staff not all wearing masks correctly, but when word got to manager, they fixed them. Okay hers another review. Went on a Thursday morning about 10:00 am. Got right in. Tried a biscuit donut thing under appetizers. For my taste, way too sweet wife loved it. Said she would order it again. Tried a second appetizer of a cinnamon roll type item. It was better to my liking. That will a repeat. I ordered the cheese omelet WOW!! It comes with a side and I ordered the biscuits and gravy. A meal within itself. The coffee is very good. Not quite outstanding. I love coffee and this was good. The location easy to get in and out. The decor is American and "homey" yet corporate. I get that it's a chain. Our server was great. She was skilled and very attentive. Answered all of my stupid noob question as this was our first visit. The manager checked on us well. I like that. I will be going back as time permits and work my way through their menu. Wife told me they have a cinnamon roll that will make you slap your momma it's so good. That will be my next visit. Overall good food, fast, clean, great tasting food and a good value. Give it a try. Add it to your bag of tricks. I'm not a professional food reviewer but I believe that when like a place let others know. I encourage you to do the same. read more

Was so looking forward to a big biscuit and great food. But so disappointed. The biscuits are big but not fluffy and certainly not big like I've had in S.C. The food is very mediocre. Ordered an omelet which was uneventful and small and not hot. My husband had eggs with a ham steak. His potatoes were the frozen kind that were fried with no seasoning. And not even served hot or warm. He asked for a biscuit and the server asked if he wanted gravy. Ok he said, but not expecting an additional $2.49 charge. They are not practicing covid guidelines as all the condiments are on the table and no one wiping them down after people seated have left.
