I will write this review and rate the following areas: initial contact, days leading up to the event, event day and lastly, post-event. Initial contact- Garen was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and very accommodating. Initially, I had secured the yellow bus but unbeknownst to me, its supposedly bad luck to get a limo other than white ( who knew lol). Garen was very understanding and made the switch to the G wagon limo. Leading up to the event, Garen sent a confirmation text to ensure we were still on track with the event and if there was any changes to the itinerary. Rostom was the driver designated for my Brother in-laws wedding and showed up promptly at the agreed time I provided. Rostom was professional and pleasant to interact with. He asked for us to take a look around and he covered all functionality of the bus. At no point did I feel his driving was questionable. He ensured that all safety points were covered with myself and all guests boarding the limo. After the church, we all hit a wall and needed a caffeine boost and he did not push back and recommended the most appropriate Starbucks that would allow ample space to park the limo. Lastly, after the event, Garen followed up for feedback and solicited for feedback to ensure we had a wonderful time and if there were any opportunities for improvement. I have never worked with a limo company that was as professional, accommodating and customer centric. I wish I could give this company 10 stars..... because Karen truly truly deserves that and more! I got married October 5th and booked 2 limos with The Biggest Limo. We had the Colossus and the Range Rover limo. Karen was such a doll! He showed up to our house and hang out with the boys while they were getting ready, they had such a great time and he fit right in!!!! My driver was in front of the house waiting for us girls exactly at the time we told him to show up. Once we were married and were all inside of the huge Colossus, we had a freaking BLAST! Where do I even start??? I am absolutely disappointed and mad at the service this company has provided. To begin my 18th birthday the limo driver arrived 45 minutes late and when I confronted him about it I was spoken to with an extremely RUDE attitude being told that he was held up getting the limo washed at 8 o clock at night. As I explained to him that I was upset about how me and my 20 guests had been waiting in the cold for 45 minutes he then started yelling and pulled out his contract and shoved it in my face insisting he was on time even though it was clearly discussed he would arrive at 7:30. Once we finally left at 8:15 (45 minutes later than expected) he suddenly realized he needed to makeup for lost time and began to drive like an absolute maniac on the freeway making all my guests get motion sickness and feel nauseous and sick. I myself has gotten so nauseous from the erratic lane changing and high speed. The minute I got off the bus I threw up and had to sit down for 15 minutes due to getting dizzy, which is not at all how I was expecting my birthday party to go. Not only did this happen to me but it happened to three other guests as well! As if that wasn't enough as we pulled up to each location, and he parked at least 3 blocks away making me and my guests (many of which were wearing high heels) walk the distance to get where we wanted to be. And finally as the night continued every time we wanted to pull up to a location he hastily would ask me to send him the address. For example, when I asked him to take us to the Santa Monica Pier, he rudely told me knew where it was yet wanted me to text him the exact address. Normally when I pay over $1,200 to hire a limo service I expect the driver to know where he's going especially in a city like LA. But this wasn't the case. In the nauseated state I was in, I had to one by one text him the address of each location while I'm trying to be a good host to 20 guests and have a decent time as well. On top of all of this the final stop was to take me and my party to a restaurant, after another 20 minutes of erratic driving he pulls up to the WRONG restaurant! Then he complains and yells at me telling me it was my fault in front of all my guests. After he delayed us for 45 minutes in the beginning. Then 20 minutes to the wrong restaurant he insists we ran out of time, and that the four hours are up. He took us home and shooed everyone off the bus in a matter of seconds and took his $1,000 (that he only accepts in cash) and rudely drove away. WORST SERVICE EVER. RUINED MY BIRTHDAY. read more
