Looking back at my wedding day! My wife and I are truly happy with chose to go with The Biggest Limo!! From the first day we met with Karen, his profesionalisem, his politeness, his attention to detail, and personalized service really won us over before we even go to see his inventory or limos! The amount of care he showed us to help make our big day much easier for us was truly a blessing. He has been in this industry for a long long time ans really knows the profession. He was able to help us understand which of his limos is going to be the best fit for what we are invisioning our day. Karen, was able to accommodate both a love DJ for us to party to during the drive as well as help arrange policy escort throughout the whole day! Karen truly made our big day magical and so much easier for us to be able to enjoy our big day! We are now clients for life, and will be working with Karen again and again! As a guy, the limo/transportation was very important to me for my wedding. I wanted the best limo, and the Olympus (World's Biggest Limo) was perfect. It looks beautiful, has more than enough space inside, had an actual DJ that kept the party going, a bar, and most importantly, it made me feel like a KING. We had police escorts the entire time, like we were royalty. That was one of my favorite parts of my wedding. Riding in style and making that day YOUR day. Every person who saw the limo as we were riding around town took out their phone and took a photo/video of the Olympus limo because truly was a sight to behold. Karen was the nicest guy, very professional and made our day the best day possible. He took care of everything! Thank you so much and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best. Very professional service we experienced with the biggest limo. I had booked a different company for my sister's big event (Quinceanera) and they cancelled on me last minute (was looking for g-wagon limo). When I called thebiggestlimo, Karen did an outstanding job helping me and I was able to rent their Brabus G wagon (absolutely gorgeous) at a very reasonable price. The Biggest Limo is the BEST limo company in the business!! We used their services for our wedding, and we could not recommend them enough. From start to finish, they did a phenomenal job. Having used multiple limo services before, they cannot compare to the level of detail, attention, and follow-up that the Biggest Limo demonstrated. I communicated with Karen, one of the owners of the company, and the man is a true professional and great person. He would respond quickly to my calls/text messages, provided competitive pricing, and even assisted us to track down a vintage classic car for our wedding photos (which he did not have to do, but did anyway!!). Karen also handled a very difficult situation and did so in a manner that went beyond our expectations. We had a situation with the Limo we had reserved (the Range Rover limo), which had gotten into an accident four days before our wedding! What did Karen do? He took active steps to find a replacement limo, and it was MULTIPLE TIMES better than what we had originally reserved. As Karen told me during the call, "I will never let my customer down; and I'll track down an equal or better limo if the problem was on my end." THIS is the customer service that defines the Biggest Limo. They will do what's necessary to make sure your special event goes smoothly and without a hitch. Karen handled the situation quickly, efficiently, and just left my wife and I impressed. When he called to advise us of the situation, he already had the replacement limo ready. I cannot begin to mention how humbled we were left when we saw the replacement limo. Karen, you are an amazing person and we are very thankful for your services. Karen has excellent customer service skills, always responsive and pleasure to talk to. Limos came in a perfect shapes right on time at 11 o'clock as we ordered. Super easy booking & great responsiveness! We had such a great time- booked the Range Rover limo for the night to go to DTLA and he gave us exceptional service. (He arrived early, made sure we knew how to operate music and AC and let us have a good time by driving around downtown LA until we were ready for our next stop) He even gave us not 1 but 2 bottles of champagne to ensure we had the best time! The biggest limo is the best. On October 5 we used biggest Limo for my best friend wedding and Karen was amazing. This limo company is awesome, I book it for my cousin's wedding which was scheduled on October 12 2013. We book the Range Rover limousine the service was great, the driver was on time, the limo was very clean, they even had their own music video's to play with a great sound system. I love working with this company! This is our second time renting a limo from them and they never disappoint! We were referred by multiple friends and decided to stick with this company. I wanted to go with a classic and luxurious limo for my engagement so I chose the white Rolls Royce and it looked great. Our driver got us to our destination on time even though there was horrible traffic. He knew all the back roads to take and exactly where to go from. He took us to Long Beach to take our pictures, and then back to the banquet hall in Glendale. He was super sweet about the whole thing! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know! read more

I have hired hundreds of limousine services, and I have very high standards. I can tell you without any doubt Kevin and Vick from The Biggest Limo are the best around. We arranged transport for a Winter Ball, and they arrived in the most amazing limousine with a full bar (an actual bar where a bartender can serve, DJ booth, and piano! I have honestly never seen anything like it. And it was immaculate, and tasteful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole process. These are good people running here a good honest business. When I called Karen inquiring about the Olympus I was unsure if I wanted to pay the money for this luxury. Hesitant whether or not I would it would be worth it but I decided what the heck why not? I'm honestly so glad that I did. This limo was one of the biggest surprises for my wedding and everybody couldn't stop talking about it. For anyone who needs limo services i highly recommend the biggest limo! I had booked a limo in advance, last minute the company called and canceled.. I was stuck without a limo the day of my event.. Luckily I found the biggest limo...I called last minute and the service was great they accommodated to all my needs.. I had been shopping around all day and the deal they gave me was amazing!! We reserved the World's Biggest Limo for my son's birthday party. While the adults had a restaurant dinner and went home afterward, 20 kids aged 13 were shuttled from West Hollywood to Chatsworth to Woodland Hills. They stopped for photo ops, played their music and had a blast until 1:00 AM. We used it to drop everyone off and they made sure, with our chaperon, that all the kids got through the door at their homes safely. My only problem was getting the adults out of the limo so the kids could leave on their ride! The adults all wanted to go ;-) It was a big hit! read more

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. The biggest limo should be renamed to the biggest scam artist. First of all, I had to beg the owner to arrive at my wedding in the morning for services i had already negotiated and deposited for with a contract. After begging him (you can imagine a week before your wedding you don't have much options) he agreed to come. The limo came WITH DUCK TAPE on the right side. Literally the entire right side had plastic bags and duck tape holding the door together bc the limo got into some accident the night before in Vegas. As if that wasn't bad enough, when they dropped us off to the venue after church they wouldn't leave us alone when we paid them by check. We paid EVERY SINGLE VENDOR by check. The owner personally called my husband (the GROOM) and was asking him to LEAVE HIS OWN WEDDING and find cash. I even took the phone (mind u I'm the bride) to try and calm him down, but he started harassing me too! NO BRIDE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS! We had even tipped them in cash! A generous tip believe me. Eventually we had to get security to kick them out. As you can imagine we were horrified. After we called security he still wouldn't leave until the security threatened to call the police. Even after the limo driver left the owner had the nerve to text and call my husband. It's not my problem if the owner is a shady guy and doesn't want to accept checks so he doesn't have to pay his taxes. Unless you want your wedding or any other event ruined you should not use this guy. He is a self proclaimed criminal- something he appears to be very proud of. Do not fall for his "discounts" or his BS story and his fake charm. He's a total con artist and an awful human being. No person in the right mind would do this to anybody ESP a couple on the WEDDING DAY. Shame on him. I don't know how he sleeps at night. read more

Mr. Karen was more than an answer to our prayer! He came just in the nick of time and the "40 foot party bus" colossus, was more than we expected! The former limo company who contracted us for my son's event cancelled the service on the last minute. Scrambling for a replacement was rather daunting until I came across Mr. Karen. He was very professional but personal. He was in contact with us all through the night to make sure we're very well taken care of. The driver was professional and very careful. We got the Colossus for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and literally could not be happier. The reason we wanted this instead of your typical limo is so that we can all stand up and party in the limo as we traveled to our destination (no crouching!).
