Their bourbon selection is seriously impressive, with everything from approachable pours to rare bottles that climb well into the triple digits. They also offer curated bourbon flights that change depending on availability, which is a great way to try something new. The decor deserves just as much attention as the drinks. The room is filled with warm wood accents and subtle Baltimore nautical theming that gives the space a really immersive feel. The centerpiece is the historic cannon that was dredged up from the harbor during construction of the hotel and is now displayed beneath the floor as you enter the bar. Service has always been 10/10. The bartenders clearly take pride in the craft of making cocktails and have the bourbon knowledge to back up the impressive bottle collection.
