Okay, full disclosure - I personally haven't been the person to order/pick up the charcuterie boards/ packages myself and haven't actually been to the brick and mortar shop, so I can't speak to the ordering process and ambiance at the location. What I can speak on is the quality of the charcuterie boards and packages themselves. My sister in law loves this place - the last time I got to experience their one of their boards was at Thanksgiving (2024). She bought a large board that was one of the most beautiful charcuterie boards I've ever seen. She also ordered a bunch of their packages for our family when we were celebrating my brother's birthday and went on a mini road trip as well. They were absolute crowd pleasers each and every time. They use high quality ingredients and the packaging looks like art. Would love to actually visit and check out the place of operations at some point. I've been devouring these videos with my eyes for a couple years. My friend, I am about to save you the cost of a plane ticket to Europe. There is a place in downtown P-town in those white buildings at Augustine and Old Bernal across from the library that has those sandwiches. My understanding is the menu rotates, depending on what "the Board" and their bread dealer...the beloved Salt Craft...cook up that week. I showed up and got a sandwich with perfect Italian sliced meats, pesto, oil, herbs and greens, burrata cheese, all on fresh slices of Salt Craft focaccia. It was bonkers good! It was big and I could have shared it with my wife as a split meal, but I ate the second half a couple hours later because...I am a slave to my taste buds. Go try this! I'm a sandwich guy and I haven't had a sandwich this good in P-town in a long time. This makes up for losing 'Amelias', losing Vince at 'Me and My Friends', losing the 'Cheese Factory'. My Oh My!!! This is definitely the cutest place for a date with girlfriends or your significant other Everything about this place is a plus! We like this place because it's conveniently located in downtown but is not right on Main Street, it has its own parking lot (tiny but convenient) and right across the street from the library. BUT THE FOOD this time we ordered a "small" charcuterie board and shared a turkey sandwich. They have outdoor and indoor seating AND we need to mention how clean and cute the restroom is. I ordered a charcuterie for an event that got canceled. The mother/daughter owners, Denise and Kayla, were extremely accommodating and made it work to my advantage for rescheduling. The tray was remarkable-as gorgeous as it was delicious-very impressive. The array of goodies they packed into this thing was fantastic. I didn't think to take a picture until the tray was pretty much wiped out. I'm so pleased with both the service and the product I'm planning to order another one for Super Bowl. The price is definitely worth it, I've tried to recreate these boards but it truly can't be done. Fantastic little spot just off Main Street for onsite lunch or afternoon wine as well. We had The Board Room cater an event for 100 people and they knocked it out of the park! Every single box was perfect: high quality meats, cheeses, ripe berries, etc. and SO pretty. Our original intent was to offer something more hygienic than hovering around open platters at a large gathering, especially now, when this is of special concern. What a delightful little place! We just returned from having shared wine and cheese and charcuterie at The Board Room with friends. As well as doing larger platters for pre-order for parties and events, they offer smaller plates and wine for a nice, nibbly, on-site lunch. We picked up a couple of the individual plates and a side of crackers, and sat at one of their outside tables to talk and snack. They gave us a selection of meats and tasty cheeses, several different types of crackers and bread, and seasonal fruit. Yum. Definitely going back. read more
