I brought my car to The Body Shop Collision, asking them to fix some shitty work done by Marco with Auto Pros Collision Service. Francisco immediately identified the issue(s) and came up with a very fair estimate to repair it. What I really appreciated was the fact that he was upfront and said that they were busy that day (I came on a Friday) but suggested I come back on Monday so he can address the car right away, reducing the time that I would be without my car. He did a great job communicating with me during the repair process, and shared even more details about how terrible of a job the previous repair person did. There was a slight miscommunication between me and another worker at the shop resulting in me stopping by too early to pick-up the car. They could have easily just sent me away and told me to come back, but Francisco felt bad and offered to let me borrow his own car. That is above and beyond! I also want to comment that they are very fast, and thorough, responding to messages on Yelp. In regards to the quality of the work, came back looking great. Can't even tell that any work was done. This body shop is around my neighborhood and I wanted to check it out. Originally, I needed repairs for my passenger mirror and front bumper for my 2005 ML 500. Before I came to this shop, I visited a highly reviewed body shop that gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs. Although that body shop was stellar in being transparent of the price of parts and labor, it was a steep price for me to pay. I was able to meet Anthony to get another quote. His estimate was half the price from the other shop and I decided to go with it. He also gave a good price to repaint my hood, so I decided to add it as well.
