I don't have a negative opinion of that first location, just nothing especially worth reviewing. Unfortunately, some of the tools I picked up didn't end up fitting my vehicle, which was frustrating. Considering it's about that time to get them switched out anyways, I decided to keep the spark plugs and coils to bring to a private mechanic. I stopped by this AutoZone location to see if I could return the rest. One of the items was typically non-returnable, so I wasn't sure what kind of response I'd get. Thankfully, the manager, Nathan, and the team member who helped me, Jose, went above and beyond. They listened to my situation, made an exception, and processed my return with zero hassle. They were understanding, respectful, and genuinely cared about making things right, something that's not always guaranteed when dealing with auto shops. I usually feel a little out of place in stores like this, but their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Napa products are covered by warranty. These guys refused to replace it or be of any help. So instead of getting it (rightfully) replaced 5 minutes from our house, we had to drive down to Wellington. And guess what happened there? We were in and out in less than 5 minutes with a brand new starter. Don't waste your time with these guys. They just don't care.
