    Entrance from parking lot

Went on a Saturday night. Followed the directions that social media posted. Went to the secret door from the parking lot. Walked up the stairs, knocked on the door. No one answered. We only got in because an employee was exiting to replenish ice. Not sure why they would advertise that entrance if they weren't going to monitor it. Also, the service was HORRENDOUS. It took us 45 minutes just to get a drink. We would have left, but we had already paid for the drinks, so we waited for them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I ordered the smoked old fashioned. It did not come out smoked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As I was passing through the narrow isle to use the restroom, I tapped the shoulder of an older bald man and said excuse me. He turned around and loudly called exclaimed how rude I was. I said "EXCUSE ME? I was just trying to get by." Then someone at the table he was talking to said, "This is the owner" and they all laughed. I'm not sure if that was the owner or not, but he was extremely drunk and rude. Also, the overhead string lights flicker nonstop, so if you are triggered by flashing lights, this will bother you. I'm not sure if this is bad wiring or supposed to mimic the electrical issues during prohibition. Overall, terrible experience and I will not be back. This could have been such a cool experience.

The design is incredible, they did an outstanding job of using the natural beauty of this Grand Tree and mixing it with a classy/beachy vibe. We sat at the bar on the second floor of the Treehouse that provided a relaxing environment and very welcoming Staff. While interacting with most of the Staff we primarily talked with Alexis, she made you feel like a regular whether you were or not. Alexis was phenomenal, very knowledgeable with their wine and drink menu allowing her to provide great options depending on things you like. We also had great experiences with Sidney, Jackson, and Bri, all assisted in making our visit enjoyable. We planned on drinks, maybe an appetizer, but decided to give dinner a go. As expected, Alexis' knowledge of the food menu was outstanding as she provided great recommendations for dinner. We started with the in house made Zucchini Bread appetizer, simply delicious. For our main courses we had the Prime Sirloin Steak Special, Grilled Shrimp, Sea Scallops, and 4 oz Filet. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned, too include the sides, absolutely delightful. Overall, I wish Norwood's was closer to home (Huntsville, AL) because it would be on our frequent flyer list of GoTo restaurants, whether for drinks and appetizers or dinner. If in the area definitely don't miss out of this Gem

They do have live music playing in the treehouse which is super fun! Food was good, didn't blow us away but for a beach town and a fun atmosphere it's a good go to spot for dinner. The service was good, we were all taken care of. The stuffed mushrooms are a must try and the scallops were really good!

It is a bit on the messy side, but that's to be expected with a well-stuffed breakfast burrito. My only issue with the food was the breakfast potatoes--they were noticeably undercooked and still had a raw crunch to them. The coffee was fantastic and came out quickly, which was a nice surprise. The service was also impressive. Despite working behind a very small counter, the team moved efficiently and kept everything flowing smoothly. The one thing that gave me pause was how the coffee was served. It came out without lids, and while customers were leaning over to grab their food, they were talking directly above the uncovered cups. I'm sure no one intended anything by it, but from a guest's perspective it wasn't the best look and raised a small hygiene concern. A simple change, like placing the coffee on one side and food on the other would be a much better aesthetic. Overall, Luma delivers great food, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. With a small tweak to the coffee service and a little more attention to the breakfast potatoes, this would easily be one of my favorite breakfast spots on Flagler Avenue.
