    Croissant

This place has great baked goods. I got a croissant and a sourdough today and they were both awesome. I'd put the croissant on par with a French bakery, which is nice to have in your town. I'm not sure if they are mostly a commercial bakery that is sometimes open to the public, but the oven there is massive and what you'd expect for a good bakery. The sandwiches are also good. I like the BLT and chicken salad ones. They usually take around 5-10 minutes to make them, but they are fresh. My only nitpick are the hours. I kind of wish they had a bread vending machine for when they aren't open.

YES!!!!!! Freshly baked bread (and pastries) right in Wakefield Center (Corner of Main and Richardson). Breads are nice and big and reasonably priced at $3.50 each. Looks like they now range from $3.50 to $4.25. Purchased a French and a Maine Grains Wheat and my only complaint is that they are both so delicious I could easily eat both of them in their entirety. I really hope that this business makes it in this location as the area was really lacking a place to purchase freshly baked breads prior to their arrival. I have tried to visit daily since they opened. They are closed on Monday's.

    Pumpkin Pie!

I told the girls this morning that the pies looked and smelled so good that I was ordering an extra pumpkin because I can't wait till Thursday. This is by far the most amazing pumpkin pie I've ever had. The crust is something special! The chocolate croissant I had for breakfast was equally as out of this world as the pumpkin pie. I can't wait to try the pecan on Thanksgiving. This Thanksgiving I'm thankful I found your shop! Thank you!

Amazing! First time going and will be back to get all my bread and breakfast treats. The place smells of warm bread and buttery treats. Got the Florentine breakfast sandwich, 3 loaves of different breads, a cranberry/orange scone and the the biggest cinnamon bun I have ever seen. They may have converted this non scone fan. Everything was all so incredibly delicious.

Possibly THE best blueberry muffins I have ever had. Wish they had some gluten-free options, so I could bring my husband with me!

I fell in love because while enjoying a cappuccino and breakfast sandwich, I got to watch them greet just about everyone by name, including kiddos and dogs. About half the customers came with their 4 legged friends which was sweet to show and explains the wall of sweet doggie Polaroid. They also asked about folks family, how their move went, how their work was, ect in a way that shows not only do they truly care about their customers but their customers come back over and over. I can see why. Adorable little spot has it all figured out. Cute area with easy front door parking, tables inside and out, to go options and great food.

The eggs were super fluffy and the brioche was nice a soft. Unfortunately the croissant was not of the same quality, instead of being flaky and light it was dense and bread-like, pretty bad. Staff was very nice and service was fast. There are a few small tables but it's a tight space and gets loud quick. Overall I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and would get it again.

First visit since COVID to this charming but cramped and aging shop with over-the-counter service,…read moreabout a dozen different muffins, and a single tiny table by the window. It's almost entirely takeout and on weekend mornings the line is as packed as a subway car during rush hour. The staff is efficient, courteous, and businesslike. I bought a box of muffins at opening and the whole box felt warm-- a great sign. -- Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffin: I ate this in the shop shortly after opening, while it was still piping hot, with the raspberries nearly a liquid and the chips somewhat melty. Nice soft texture and good contrast of flavors. -- Blueberry Muffin: I broke off and sampled a piece a little later in the morning (okay, 15 minutes later). Still somewhat warm, with a sponginess leaning toward Play-Doh territory (not necessarily a bad thing), but overall good. Neither noticeably sugary nor noticeably buttery. Blueberries were closer to adequate than impressive. Good muffin but with no standout characteristic to hang your hat on. -- Cranberry Muffin: Probably the best of the bunch. The highest crown (though no overhang), with a crusty surface and a good amount of big cranberries on top. Decent understated flavor to the dough, almost biscuit-like. -- Chocolate Chip Muffin: Overloaded with chips on the top surface (I'd hesitate to call it a crown), with none below. Plain dough that's thankfully not overly sugared, but not particularly moist. These muffins aren't cheap. Once you factor in the tax and tip, it's close to $7 each, and we're not talking about particularly large muffins. If anything, they're small, with no overhang and no streusel. Nothing wrong with small (they're dense, so will still fill you up), but for the price it catches your attention, as does a "coffee house" with only one table. The muffins are a well-deserved 4 even without overhang and streusel, but the other aspects bring it to a 3. Best for local pick-up.
