Our waiter was very pleasant and took care of us. The chicken wings were not good according to my husband and 2 family members that also got them. I got the fish tacos with rice and beans. Went to get a table for 4. Was refused seating until at least 2 people in the party were physically at brew brothers entrance. I've never before been refused seating just because my group wasn't all at there at one time. We were sat in the very back by the pizza station. Came to see Reno and stayed at Eldorado Hotel. We came across The Brew Brothers trying to order takeout. Well we have now eaten twice here. I have had the taco salad which comes with a large portion of avocado and sour cream. It had great flavor and had the tortilla as strips instead of a shell. I also had the sliders with fries. My husband had the smash burger which came with two patties and for extra charge he got onion rings which were good as well. He did try the wings which he liked but were hot. My mom, aunt, and I decided to grab some food here for me to take on the road back to LA. Yes, we were going to order pizzas since my aunt had a $100 Clorox credit that she needed to spend. So, my mom did not eat her carne asada tacos. I ended up taking those on the road with me also. Both kept extremely well in the trunk since it was snowing most of my drive back or snow covered. I pigged out!!! Now the hostess and waiter, Hugo, were extremely professional and polite. We were supposed to do take out, but ended up eating tacos and drinking at the take out spot. So I got to see them make our food. It's so clean, their kitchen and pizza space! Also, they chefs were really nice and focused on making the food look and taste great. 10/11/2025 first time trying this place. Came in around 7pm and was packed. Waited in line for about 20. Once seated the waiter was nice, the atmosphere was cool and our food came out super quick. We ordered a bbq tri tip sandwich and chicken Parmesan sandwich. The tri tip sandwich was drenched in so much sauce after two bites I finished eating it with a knife and fork, and the taste wasn't very good. On the chicken sandwich the Tolera bread was hard as a rock, the flavor was good until a long blonde hair came out of the chicken, sooo gross. But the manager was kind enough to take it off the bill. We stopped in before going to a show at the Eldorado. They don't take reservations, so we sat at the bar, which is first come, first serve. They have a good beer menu, but I branched out and tried a Pomegranate Spritz and my husband had a Moscow Mule. Whoaaa sounds delicious for those of you that don't know banh mi is. It's a sandwich that was created decades ago in southeast Asia ,Vietnam to be exact. We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and a Brew Burger (sauce on the side). While the restaurant was quite busy, the food came in a very reasonable amount of time. The pizza is a nice size - it's a personal size that one could maybe finish on their own, but it's great to share. The crust was good! Some crispness on the bottom, it was a nice thin crust style pizza with good flavor and amount of toppings. The Brew Burger was also good. The first one came with sauce on it - so the bartender had it remade right away. Second time, it was just as ordered. This is your standard burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I would say it was a solid burger. It wasn't a knock-me-out burger as I have had at other places, but very solid. The burger comes with fries and the portion was good. Great service and good enough food. Since there are limited options for "regular" dining within the casino hotels we ate here twice. The appetizers are a bit different but really good! We especially enjoyed the tempura buffalo style cauliflower. Shockingly it was over the top good, though it would help to have had them cooked a bit first since they were still hard (raw not cooked), but we decided that was better than being mushy. The burger was a mess bc they put so much of their special sauce on it. Order it on the side (or not at all if you want a better burger). Fries were good, crispy but not too crispy to be browned or burned. My friend had the salmon and said it was good, but WAY too much balsamic vinegar on top, so much so it almost covered it like a glaze - a definite no no for salmon. Again, service both times were top notch! That was rare compared to the other restaurant available where service was only good 2 of the 3 times eating there.
