Service by Lillie 5+ stars, not just for us but also in seeing how she handles other customers. She's great at reading customers and knowing how to tailor the conversation. Busy when we got there at lunchtime, but still no long wait, which was great since I was hungry! Clean and quiet with pleasant music, yay! Many places to loud and cold. Not here. As for food, it was fresh. Since I don't eat meat, my biscuit was a tad dry, tho the whipped butter helped. Potatoes were a nice serving, and both soft and crispy, salad fresh and tasty. Nice to know they have many options for vegetarians, and customers like me who are vegan aside from dairy. Don't mind what's hidden (eggs, broth, anchovies, etc), as long as I can't taste or smell. Will definitely try again now that I've sampled three of their sides. Can't wait to try the veggie hash and/or Benedict minus the eggs.

Good breakfast/brunch spot. Food was good and service was quick/nice. Got the country fried steak and the gravy was so good. Huge portions as well. The chilaquiles with chorizo were also delicious. Country fried steak came with pancake on the side. The butter was whipped and super smooth. Right off the freeway and near a hotel/gas stations.

Delicious breakfast enjoyed here on a road trip stop off of HWY 5! Friendly staff...nice breakfast/brunch/lunch choices. Super fresh ingredients and innovative flavors. I ordered the breakfast club, so good! My husband ordered The Spicy Mexican (he was so pleased with each bite). A perfect spot to stop and fill your tummy!!!

The best Brunch in Redding. Victoria, our waitress was awesome, friendly & attentive and recommended the best mimosa flight I've had in awhile. I had the best breakfast tacos vegetarian style & the food was delicious. The home fries were good and my breakfast tacos were delicious. They even gave my a fresh jalapeño to add to the deliciousness . Overall great brunch experience and I would definitely recommend. The mimosa flight was so good ! & my friend loved her bacon and food. Good and attentive service, glad I checked this place out. It was amazing ! Thank you

The Brunch House offers one of the best breakfasts in Redding. The extensive menu includes Early Bird Specials (M-Th until 11am) that offer a great value. We got mimosas and the 'Two and Two,' which includes two eggs, two bacon strips or sausages, and hash browns or country potatoes. Served with toast and beverage. It's a generous fill up your tummy portion for only $10.99. The service is quick and the atmosphere is lively. Pay at the register.

Chicken Fried Steak with cheesy eggs. My kid took this picture, so the angle is weird; the steak is larger than it looks in this pic.

We stopped here for lunch while on a longer road trip and boy did we pick a good one! The food was delicious. It had great portions and great flavor. The service was good too. Our waitress was fun and friendly, but not overbearing. Looking around at other people's food, the pancakes are definitely the standouts at this place. I wish we could have tried more!

My friend and I went here for bunch and I was skeptical because this building was a Denny's for decades, but don't be fooled, this is NO Denny's! Everything on the menu looked so good and our server had to come back 3 times to ask if we were ready. We finally each decided on something savory, but ended up splitting the Churro French Toast (because how can you resist something like that?!). My Latino Heat Skillet was so good and super flavorful. I could tell it was made with quality ingredients and wasn't greasy at all. I will definitely order it again. My friend loved her meal as well but we both indulged in, and loved the Churro French Toast. It's perfectly sweet so you don't need syrup and the flavor and texture, with the balance of crunchy and soft, is perfection. Everyone was super friendly, we were greeted nicely, our server was fabulous and as we were leaving everyone said bye to us as we walked out. I am SO glad my friend suggested us eating here and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new breakfast spot in town. If you're just passing through, this is the place to go for breakfast, don't bother with the others.

Monte Cristo with hash browns and a side of eggs.

This place was amazing their food their staff Victoria was welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious! We enjoyed a monte cristo; basically French toast with ham, turkey and cheese. I normally make these at home the day after Thanksgiving. Never did I have them at a restaurant until today. This place is not to be missed if you're in the area.

Now this is what brunch is all about!!! As a person that doesn't care for American breakfast because it's so repetitive it's nice to have a restaurant that is actually putting the effort into their fantastic dishes! First and foremost the blueberry lemon cheesecake pancakes are one of the best things I've had on the west coast! I don't think there's any pancakes that can compare nor compete with the ones I tried here. Chefs kiss to the crème brulee French toast. It's definitely one I did not expect to like as much as I did. And if you're more on the savory side like I am then the brunch burger is definitely a good option and the Latino heat omelette will have you feeling like Eddie Guerrero! For you non meat eaters, get the veggie hash. And last but not least, the stuffed French toast is a dessert, breakfast and brunch all in one. Shout out to Brandy and the rest of the crew. This place should be on the Yelp 100

First visit today. Country fried steak was really good but the star of meal was the sausage gravy. Will return.

Located in the Placer Heights Plaza, next to Starbucks. Same plaza as Holiday Market and CVS Pharmacy. We were seated immediately as they were not busy. The menu was a bit different than online. Our server came to take our order. He didn't introduce himself and seemed like he didn't want to be there. We decided on the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken sandwich and catfish po' boy. When the po' boy came out, we thought it was burnt! We didn't know the catfish will be blackened by default. We thought it will be fried since it is a po' boy. The options can be blackened or fried based on the menu online. We were not given those options by our server. They brought out the food but didnt provide utensils until minutes later. Fried green tomatoes: It was good. Fried perfectly. The dressing that was tossed with the side salad was super salty. Catfish po' boy: Fish was tender but super salty as well. Fried chicken sandwich: Pretty good sandwich. Chicken was huge. The fries was so soggy, not crispy at all. Also very greasy. We were a bit disappointed as we drove out of our way to try this place. Nice ambiance though. I felt I was a bit underdressed lol

I ordered the breakfast burrito and my partner had some pancakes. The burrito was decently sized tasted fresh and was nice and filling, no complaints there. The pancakes were really good and fluffy. Staff was friendly whipped up some spicy salsa for me since my breakfast burrito needed a little kick and was very attentive. There's a good amount of seating for the size of the place and they had a small bar area which I thought was a nice touch. Solid little spot of people to stop by and grab a bite to eat.

The place specialized in their really delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice. The restaurant has a distinct orange colored theme to it and seems like it's well loved in the area. The service here felt a little rushed and not always super helpful. I had some questions about the menu, but the server seemed a bit impatient like she had other things to do. I didn't appreciate this, but sometimes people have harder days than others. The food here was really good! I had the Arizona Enchilada Omelette, which had carnitas smothered with tomatillo sauce. The carnitas were really tender and super flavorful in that sauce. The Orange juice was so good and so refreshing. Perfect for the 107 degree day outside. I would come here just for that orange juice. I also want to mention how much I like that you can get a pancake here instead of toast. The pancake was. Like having dessert after the entree. So glad I stopped here for breakfast, but I do wish the service could've been nicer.
