I love to eat for starters so when I heard a lot of good things about this place I was excited to try it out. I go to wing stop about once or twice a month so I am familiar with wings and fries. Buffalo spots look of the wings & fries looked great and just like their pictures but the taste wasn't all there. It is very average and nothing special it's about $10 for the largest plate which can be shared between two people easily. It was okay don't get me wrong just not as good as I was expecting. Also I left a $3 almost $4 tip which to me is kind of a lot considering they don't serve you or anything it's equivalent to any fast food place I just think it's nice to tip when they ask. But when I did tip the girl sort of seemed huffy as if I didn't tip enough when all she did was ring us up. she also didn't say thank you and just handed us our receipt! The food is fire! The buffalo wings on fries is just a couple made to be with each other! They are quick so it was perfect for lunch. I've been here twice for the Buffalo fries (Lemon Pepper flavor). They are the highlight of the show. The wings...not so much. On my first visit I ordered wings, half lemon pepper and half bbq. 1) it didn't seem like the seasoning penetrated the chicken. 2) The wings were cooked light. My favorite thing here are the onion rings, highly recommend! I had the best customer service, especially a young man named Marlon. He was so attentive, and charismatic. He made sure my buffalo fries came out with the right amount of chicken and sauce for every bit. I have been to other locations, but none compare to this one. My first time coming here was great; the sauce and fries were well seasoned and tasted good. My second visit however the server didn't get my order correct. They gave me regular buffalo sauce instead of the cajun sauce I ordered. Also, the buffalo sauce was different from the last time i got here. It was very salty, almost overwhelmingly salty. I've been here a total of 4 times but, only actually ate here once. The first time I went was okay they took an hour to get me my food. The past two times I went both I called to place my order and both time my order was "never called in" which was a complete lie I showed them my phone receipt which was called in 30mins prior. So I called in my order because I had just gotten out of school and it takes me 30 mins to get there. So I made my order they told me it was going to take about 20 mins. Perfect. I get there 30 mins later I pay and the women at the front tells me she's just waiting on our fries to be done it should take 3 mins. Perfect. 3 mins go by and people start getting their food. Another 5 mins go by now people who were behind us in the line got their food. Another 10 mins go by and people who literally just walked in got their food. The woman at the front saw we were getting frustrated and asked for our name. She said it's going to take a few minutes cuz they haven't started making our meal... we were just sick and tired of this place we just got our refund. I go to buffalo spot a lot, as I said above it's one of mine and my friends favorite places. Today, my boyfriend and I went in and ordered 2 Regular buffalo fries; what we always get when we go there. We ordered at 1:39 and waited 45 minutes for our order. When we got it my boyfriends food was not warm and the fries were soggy. I took it up to the register and the woman who was working there was rude and took it from me, not offering any type of sorry. They did remake it, and even then, the fries were still slightly soggy. I have never waited anything longer than 10 minutes for this same exact order, even when 8-9 of our friends came in and were ordering at the same time. I'm so disappointed in this experience today.
