Customer service over the phone was the worse I have experienced. I called just to make a simple adjustment to my order and was put on hold for 10 minutes, no one even checked back in. So I called back again a second time and I was able to let the one who answered (Marcel) that all I wanted to do was make an adjustment. She put me on hold again for another 10 minutes so I called again a 3rd time telling Marcel that I don't want to be put on hold anymore because I want to make an adjustment before the order was made. She then told me the order was already made 20 minutes ago and that she was the only person working the front and told me that I shouldn't have an attitude and that she was the manager and could give me the number to customer service. This place is not good. To specialize in wings and have the weakest slightly pale original hot wings is beyond me. I myself can make better hot wings than this place. They are extremely over priced, they're are better options for sure when it comes to hot wings. Their fries are extremely greasy, and the salad is definitely weak. As far as buffalo wings goes, this place is pretty good. I had their buffalo wing fries with "special sauce" on the side. Their hot is so not hot at all. I tried their atomic sauce for their wings, and it tasted like tapatio. The service was definitely what you'd expect from a food chain. The cashier was talking to her friends asking them about their adventures while taking my order. She messed up a couple times, and totally ignored me when I asked her to add my five star number. I love this location! The staff there is always friendly. However, the manager (I think she's the manager) is amazing!
