Small but a nice traditional butchers shop

Walking up to the place I was a bit skeptical at first. but once I walked in and was greeted by the friendly butcher. They have food cooked and ready to go or you can order a burger and they'll cook it with their fresh Kobe ground beef. Their produce is fresh and local. I have to give it to them for being around so long and providing fresh and locally sourced meat and produce. They even have homemade hummus and potato salad I'll have to try next time. I also picked up some wild bore bacon but I'm flying back to so cal tonight. So I told the butcher that and he double packed it in ice for me to take in the plane. Now the price are really good because everything is organic or all natural. They also have more exotic meats if you like to try new things. I would definitely go back and try more things.

Haven't had a chance to try Bratwurst but go my self a Raw Milk. Tastes amazing. Customer service - awesome Knowledge and product description- awesome Will recommend and will come back again, again, again Hope to get some Bratwurst next time before they sold out ;)

Went here for lunch today, and everything was delicious. The café had a choice between a hamburger (plain or bacon bleu cheese) and a chicken burger. We ordered two bacon bleu cheese burgers and one of the chicken burgers, and the food did not disappoint. The meat was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and homemade. Both sandwiches came with a lot of toppings, but I would have added a few to make the burgers perfect. I haven't tried the meat yet, but they had an impressive selection. I will be going back to get some!

Apparently the lesson here is just because bacon is advertised on the website doesn't mean bacon is actually ensured to be in stock.

This place is the best example of how you can overcharge when your service and product far exceed expectations. I can tell you that I couldn't tell you the difference between corned beef or pastrami and never really cared. I don't like corned beef and if you can believe it, I've never had pastrami before. I had a half of Pastrami Dip. It came with chips, potato salad, a pickle spear and hydrox cookie. The half of sandwich had twice the meat that you would get on a full-size Arby's dip. The potato salad was about 3 oz, which was plenty based on everything you got with the dip. At $20 it would be easy to call the meal a rip off, but the quality, portion and flavor made it well worth it. My only know what the bottle of Snapple at $4 Those bottles are $2.50 or 2/$4 at 7-11 and the 6 pack is often on sale for $5 at Safeway, so at 2x minimum, I thought it was too much, especially since the place didn't have water, your only beverage choice had a cost. The beef was super tender. The flavor wasn't life-changing, but it was clear, their roasting process infused flavor. The au jus was r ally good, could have used some salt to offset the lightly seasoned beef, but it still worked. The service was flawless and welcoming. It was clear they were concerned about eat diners experience. I would have rather had fries instead of potato salad and chips, but if I return, maybe I'll try one of the burgers since they come with fries. No rush to return, but that doesn't change that this is an under the radar spot that you should give a try.

A place where you go to get a d*mned good sandwich. We ordered a Philly steak sandwich and a Reuben. Both sandwiches were intimidating in size. Flavor-wise, they packed a serious punch. Both sandwiches were loaded down with meat and were cooked to perfection. If you want a seriously good sandwich, this is your place.

It's dark, has a bit of a modern feel to it. There is one side that has the BBQ tables and the other half of the restaurant has the regular. Big restaurant, so if you have a large party this place can accommodate. Service: Great! Got there at 11:30, I think we were the first people. It's a real mom & pop shop - I talked to the son, Andy, who works here with his father and grandfather. Andy's a trained french chef, it sounds like everyone in the family are chefs - runs in their blood. He's really proud of his family's restaurant, and told me about how they are selective in where they source all of their food - beef from OR, ban chan ingredients from some Korean farm, some other protein from Idaho - he could name where they sourced all of their ingredients and you can taste it in the food. Food: We ordered 2 lunch sets Lunch JUNGSIK Set · 2 fried mandu - okay, bulgogi - good, mackerel - okay - I just don't prefer it, squid - there was a lot of veggies and kind of had to search for the squid, tofu stew - good I probably wouldn't order this one again Lunch BBQ Set A Pork belly - great cuts, beef bulgogi - so one of these they pre-cooked for us, and the other they did on the grill - I honestly think the one they cooked in the back tasted better - more tender and juicy, brisket was great - small pieces, but good bite size. I'm not sure what the marinated pork ribs were, they had a spicy pork - I'm not sure it was ribs though, but still was good. Really liked the egg souffle, but I think if you're into cheese - get the corn cheese. I would probably order this again. LA Galbi cooked in kitchen - the BOMB!!!! Banchan - They had a good assortment. We normally get refills, but there was so much food in the lunch sets that we didn't get any. There were some different banchan that I had here that they don't normally serve at other Korean places, so I liked that. They also sell their homemade kimchi and banchan in a fridge next to the cash register. Dessert - they threw in a free dessert drink - sikhye - it was cold and refreshing - also a nice surprise! Recommendation: So this place does feel a little pricy about $50/person and we didn't order any drinks, but for the quality and variety - it's worth it. If you're doing a lunch set, shell out for the more expensive set - it's worth it. Favorites were the LA Galbi and the egg souffle.

Yes, it's a lot more pricier here than at other places but the difference is in the meat quality. I also like that they grill our food for us, so we can focus on eating without worrying about the meat burning. Banchan was delicious, love that we get purple rice, and I'm obsessed with the egg soufflé! Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

It is like a food court where you grab a plate and serve yourself and then pay by the amount of food you grab. The pricing is very confusing. They have two prices, one for meats and the buffet station and one for just the buffet station. The buffet station was very limited and look very sad. The meats were okay but overall overdone and chewy. They didn't have any traditional sauces you would usually find at a Brazilian restaurant; they only had some salad dressing bottles. There is virtually no service. They don't really speak English. They don't have a menu and everything is self serve. It is pretty cheap if you just go for meats and don't get a drink.

The food tastes just like good homemade cooking, and I love the fact that they offer both à la carte and buffet options. They also have great Brazilian drinks, snacks, and desserts. During the week, you have the option to pay for food by weight or enjoy an all-you-can-eat option for a set price. Plus, they always serve free Brazilian coffee.
